However, when I tried renting another time when I had a guest who would have benefitted from having access to a chair (beyond simply hoping that wherever we went had one available for visitor use), I called and never received a response back. I'd hoped to set up delivery of a chair for a weeks' use but since they were silent we didn't get to do that.

He let me know there was a leak and I needed to replace the motor, and he switched the manual deployment buttons so it would be easier for me to press in case I got stuck.
