When picking up an item for short term rental, I had to call the phone number I found online to find out what was going on and how I was supposed to pick up. Rental process was easy and price was reasonable. However, when I tried renting another time when I had a guest who would have benefitted from having access to a chair (beyond simply hoping that wherever we went had one available for visitor use), I called and never received a response back. I'd hoped to set up delivery of a chair for a weeks' use but since they were silent we didn't get to do that.

We decided to work with them again because their prices are good and our experience was good last time. This time they delivered the recliner quickly at a good price and we agreed they would return to pick it up in 2 weeks. Two weeks ended 10 days ago. No pickup, no communication at all. When we try calling them it's always a message that the voice mailbox is full. We don't know what to do. We don't want to store their equipment and be responsible for it for an indefinite amount of time. It's very frustrating and I would not recommend them or work with them again. It's too bad because other than this, they were ok to work with but this is a deal breaker and no way to do business.
