    My wife's bag
    David H.

Not very knowledgeable, in the world of purses, bags, pocketbooks , or what have you. But I know my wife needed a work bag and her birthday was coming up. So I came to COACH on 5th Ave. This location is busy; with people and products. Navigating the inventory here is not easy. Luckily I ran into Gianni. He was a great help and found exactly what I was looking for. The Empire 40. While he took great care in wrapping it up, I explored the rest of the store. The upstairs is almost like a workshop, where you can customize your purchase. They even have some cool stuff for men. My wife loved the bag, and used it right away. She even added her own charms to really make it her own. Special thanks to Courtney , for her in store help . I'm sure we will be back. Although COACH is associated with "high-end", the price of their products is reasonable. Considering the quality of what you are getting.

Was doing some 5th Ave shopping, needing some flats for an upcoming conference. I used to own some coach flats, so I figured I would pop in and see what they have. I was able to purchase a pair of clogs and some slides. I also wandered around and found a coach shirt. The store was huge - at least 3 floors. Jeanna (Gina) was an amazing help and was able to get me in and out with pressure-less sales. Would definitely come back when I'm town again!

Great store, great staff, awesome service. They had multiple floors with every item you could be looking for. The engraving station is AMAZING. The prices are to be expected for coach, but if you're thinking of getting a bag anyway going to this location turns it into a whole experience for no extra money.

I love this Coach store salespeople were friendly & inviting. I bought a few items b4 Thanksgiving & Black Friday. Plus my Birthday was also coming up a week after Thanksgiving so why not? There's even a place u can customize ur handbag on the 2nd floor near the Men's section. I liked the Ambiance of this store.

I was in NYC last weekend and my first stop was the Coach store. I loved it! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and explained where things were since there's 3 floors. The dinosaur made from purses was the coolest thing ever. I plan to come back and make a custom purse where you can choose the leathers, colors, hardware, tags, etc... The prices start at $425.00. They also had a ReLoved section, nice items but way out of my budget (one purse was $4,550). Anyway if you ever get chance check it out and ask for Gina, she was the best!

It comes with its own little dust protector. How cute is that?

I am usually the one buying a Coach bag as a gift for my daughter or daughter in law. I give them for the holidays or special birthdays. I love Coach and my Coach bag has been fabulous to me for the last 4 years. But, it was time for a new one. I was in Macy's and saw "The Carly" bag..my heart skipped a beat and I tried the bag on. It fit perfectly. I loved this bag. The supple leather, the beautiful black color, and the fine workmanship. But, the price was too high and I left without the bag. But, since I am a Coach devotee and I saw it online. It was on sale. I called but I found out that it was only on sale in the grey color. : ( Have no fear, the nice and professional saleslady offered me 20 percent off. Well, deal done. Coach bags are not cheap, but they wear like iron and are absolutely beautiful and timeless. My bag arrived quickly. It was overnighted and packed with exquisite care. It has its own cover and was packed from end to end in protective coverings. I am so happy. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness that I received from Coach and their employees. Thank you, Coach.

Wow! Biggest Coach store in the world!! The staff members were friendly. Our service was quick and easy. They were able to answer all our questions. There is a large selection of products at this store!! Men's, women's, kids.. so much! Shoes, jewelry, perfume! Prices are fair! There's surprisingly some cheap stuff at Coach as well, you just got to ask. We got earrings for $45. I'm leaving 4 stores because I wasn't totally blown away.. I've been to other coach stores and I feel very VIP there. I'm also sad that one pair of earrings was missing the little paper they go on.. instead they were put into a little bag. Kinda sad since the reason to go to a coach store is for good quality and a top notch experience.

When your bathroom has a side table, lamp, and a book - every trip to the throne deserves a touch of literary drama and proper lighting!

I give a shit where you take a shit... Stepped into the bathroom oasis at this place, and the decor was modern and clean, though it had all the excitement of beige paint. One large, private bathroom felt like I had my own VIP restroom. The custom soap made me feel like a handwashing maestro, and there was only one monogrammed paper towel - or perhaps it was a napkin - that I treated like it was the last one on Earth. I dried my hands with such elegance, I almost expected a round of applause. Bonus points for putting the toilet paper roll on correctly - it's the little things that make a bathroom feel like a five-star spa experience!

Coach Store on Fifth Avenue is the Flagship of all Coach Stores to me. I feel like I spend at least a half hour every time I visit. Sometimes I ask questions and I find the employees friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please. I'm always greeted with a smile when I enter. I've reviewed this store and taken photos but for some reason they're missing. Coach New York is an American luxury design house specializing in handbags, luggage, and accessories, where else would they strategically place their beautiful store but on Fifth Avenue. The price is worth it for the quality merchandise in my opinion. I've always preferred the vintage styles. The leather accessories and bags I've owned never wear out. I like the look of the original designs especially black leather bags and accessories. I have a change purse and a wrist bag both are beautiful black leather. The bag with the wrist strap is my favorite soft leather. I have a bag I purchased they call a bucket style bag. It's also plain black leather. There's two inside zipper pockets and comfortable shoulder straps. I've never had a problem with anything I own. I will add that Coach was founded in 1941 as a family-run workshop in a loft on 34th Street in Manhattan. They began with six leather-workers who made wallets and billfolds by hand. If you get a chance visit this store. It's an experience you won't forget.

Coach did a great job of hiring enthusiastic employees to work at their flashy story on Fifth Avenue in NYC.

Many of the items were missing buttons and they don't come with replacements. The store is quite small and has limited inventory, as well. If anything, it may be worth going in to confirm your sizing, but I'd rather shop at another boutique or online. I ended up having to go through corporate for a resolution for an item that ripped right after I bought it, after this boutique never returned my calls and was unhelpful and curt over the phone when I finally reached them. The experience and quality is H&M, but the pricing is at a premium. While I'll probably buy from MM la fleur again, it won't be at this boutique, which is a shame because it's the closest to my home and work.

MM Lafleur's stuff is overpriced and basic, but I can count on it to fit me well. I ordered $2K of stuff and paid extra for expedited shipping. I just wanted a simple solution and was willing to pay $ for it. Fedex then refused to deliver to my address because I had forgotten the unit number. After waiting 45 minutes on hold with them, I confirmed my name , contact info and the order number, and called from the phone number on the package, but they refused to deliver. (I gave them the correct unit number, or gave them the option of leaving it inside of a locked gate at that address they had access to, but they refused). I contacted MM Lafleur via email hoping they could make it right, but they basically shrugged their shoulders and said 'we've processed your refund, you should have your money back in 7-10 days.' They claimed that Fedex said I refused the package, which couldn't be farther from the truth. I'm going to be working all weekend and don't have the time to go on a shopping trip. I would happily go to a Fedex location to pick it up, happily arrange to be outside the front address when it's delivered. Insult to injury, they said -- 'please update your address so this doesn't happen with future orders.' Sometimes people make mistakes with addresses, I've never had a Company refuse to contact the carrier to make an update. Just laziness with a side of "not my problem" attitude. It didn't seem like MM's customer service bothered to read my email and wasn't interested in engaging. (Maybe they're using AI instead of employees, who knows). Maybe their reps are paid based on how quickly they "resolve" cases. I know I shouldn't be shocked by crappy customer service, but I've had better experiences with Spirit Airlines. MM LaFleur -- do better.

I feel like it's free aromatherapy because they have tons of diffusers going on but never overwhelming. I also appreciate this location is wheelchair accessible. The employees are helpful and never pushy. It has the usual stock of home goods and clothing for men and women, but I don't think this location is particularly large if you're looking for the full array of what Muji offers.

If I could rate Muji's customer service separately from its products, it would be one star…read more The problem isn't that mistakes happen--it's how Muji handles them. My order arrived with missing items despite paying oversized shipping and waiting days for delivery. Since then, I've been stuck in an endless cycle of apologies with almost no action. After nearly a week of emailing back and forth, I was asked to provide my order details again. Why? The entire email trail already contains everything they need. Instead of reviewing the case history, each representative seems to start from scratch, wasting the customer's time because they can't be bothered to read their own correspondence. Muji has mastered the art of apologizing without actually resolving anything. Every response is filled with sympathy and promises to "look into it," yet there is no urgency whatsoever to fix a mistake that was entirely their responsibility. Once they have your money, you're left waiting while your case sits in limbo. For a company that promotes quality and simplicity, their customer service is anything but. Poor communication, zero ownership, endless delays, and customers forced to repeatedly chase for updates. Paying extra for oversized shipping clearly doesn't translate to better service when something goes wrong. If you're lucky enough to receive your order intact, you'll probably have a good experience. But if there's a problem, don't expect Muji to treat it like a priority. Based on my experience, their customer service is all apologies and no accountability.
