    Before with sunblock marks

A sales associate at Stuart Weitzman suggested that Coach has the best leather cleaner on the market. So to Coach I went.... Daisy warmly greeted me at the door and asked if I needed assistance. She guided me to the leather cleaner and moisturizer which I wanted to purchase. She was so nice and even gave me the "kit" that included a large soft cloth for use. The cleaner worked wonders on my Longchamp work bag that I have started using again as part of my post-COVID world of normality. (During the pandemic I have been using a Patagonia backpack with outside pockets for alcohol sanitizer and hands free carrying.) Unfortunately my sunblock left white patches all over my bag. I also used it to clean and condition a Vince lamb leather jacket. The end results speak for themselves. Thanks Daisy for being so helpful and nice. PS. Leather is an animal's skin. I figured it deserves the same level of care as my own skin does.

I have so many of my grandma's vintage shoes to bring in and know that I can trust them to do a great job on every single pair. Is it expensive? Yes, a bit. But are you paying for skill? Absolutely. They're craftsmen/women and deserve it! Thank you and great job!

Whatever product they used or method they used it changed the color of the leather. It made them way darker in certain part of the boot very inconsistent. You can see in the pictures the different shades in the leather. It gives the impression that only one part of the boot was cleaned. I wish they would have giving me a quick run down of what they were going to do to the boots. Not cool walking around with half tan half brown boots. They charged $35 for this color scheme. They messed up my Thorogood boots. Not a cheap boot. I don't recommend this place. There another Cobbler in town that did my other work boots for half the price and they didn't change the color on the leather. STAY AWAY.

I'm sympathetic to personal issues, but seriously, how often does a business have family "emergencies"? I've lost both my money and a pair of perfectly fine loafers, not to mention the several drives be had to make as a reward for giving them my business. Never again!! Outrageous.

He made the process so easy and offered helpful insights as we made our selections. The delivery process was simple with clear communication leading up. It's rare to have reality exceed your expectations -- that has been our experience every step of the way, including with the product we received. Guests always comment on just how comfortable the mattress is and are shocked that a sleeper sofa could be this supportive. I'm posting this review a while after our purchase and have to say, this piece was built to last. Thank you, Sean!

Sean was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy, we had not planned on purchasing anything, however, we had found the perfect one and we were able to bring it home right away. This is an amazing place to shop in downtown Palo Alto, and yes, you can find some amazing things…read moreto wear here, even if your summer capsule wardrobe is primarily made up of solid neutrals. Everything that I bought over here this summer is made of 100% cotton in Nepal. I bought some ivory/cream/light beige cotton/linen pants that were so comfortable and flowy. I also bought some pale pink cotton pants - and they feel very neutral in spite of being pastel. I love the "criss cross" opening at the ankles of all the pants that I bought. Very cool! No patterns. Just neutral solid pants. Each pair of pants was about $58 but totally worth it because they're very durable. I wash them on the delicate cycle with just a little bit of gentle detergent, and dry them on a clothes line in the sun (they're dry in less than fifteen minutes). They had lots of white cotton tops; unfortunately none of them were sleeveless or just a wee bit longer sleeves than sleeveless. I'm not a fan of full sleeves in the summer. I made an impulse cashmere shawl purchase on a cold summer night here because it was cold outside and the air-conditioning made the restaurant nearby (Tamarine) feel like the North Pole. It was a neutral ivory/cream color with a super-tiny dark brown herring bone pattern on one side. I like it because if I want a lighter looking shawl, I have the cream or ivory on one side, and if I want a darker looking shawl, I have the dark brown on the other side. A bit spendy at $200 and most definitely not vegan, but I was freezing... I do own a few woolen sweaters and leather shoes, although I really try hard not to buy wool or leather. Cashmere is so, so, so soft and feels so lovely on the skin. Like Sarah Jessica Parker in Sex and the City says about cashmere: it's a cashmiracle! They have some cashmere scarves in neutral solids too. The only downside was that the music was deafening. It made me want to leave the store as soon as possible, instead of staying for hours and trying on some more clothes.
