If I could give this place no stars, I would. The food is too expensive and nasty. I ordered…read morechicken enchiladas with red sauce, and I got a tortilla with fibrous chicken and a red sauce mixed with mole. It was disgusting. The guacamole was brown, and I got a dollop of sour cream. My mother-in-law is from Monterrey, Mexico, and she would chastise me if she knew I ordered food from this place instead of making it as she has taught me. Furthermore, the huge lummox, who claimed to be the manager, was rude and attempted to physically throw me out because he served nasty food. He did not want the other customers to hear what I was saying, which is understandable. Still, hear me out so you can do better. But wait, he even tried to speak to the others around him in Spanish about me, as if I did not understand him. I speak Spanish, too, but perhaps my darker skin confused him. There are more people who look like me who speak Spanish because we speak the language of our captors. He needs a history lesson. This place is for people who are not accustomed to eating REAL Mexican food. The stuff they serve here is not good, and the service is even worse. Tex-Mex is not Mexican food.

Visited Cabo's the other night for dinner. Went on a Thursday when the daily margarita special was…read more$6.99. (Pre Covid it was $3.99). We sat in the bar area and ordered the Fajita Nachos with chicken. We ordered them without green bell peppers. They arrived at the table with bell peppers. They quickly remade the nachos which were very good. They were hot and filling. The server was friendly but our bill was incorrect. We were charged full price for the margaritas... not the daily special price. They corrected the over charge. We found the chips and salsa bland. No salt on the chips and the salsa lacked much taste. We may return. We visited often pre-Covid.

I came across this food truck at Sagara international food event…read more I was intrigued by the fusion of Indian and Mexican food. I tried the lamb, the veggie and the chicken tacos on corn tortilla instead of Naan. They each had cilantro and onions but the meat and veggies were Indian flavor. I preferred the chicken, then the lamb and the veggie came in last. I would have put more of the sauce on them but it was hard to walk and stand and eat as it was and didn't want the tortilla to get soggy, but the lamb needed it most. It was interesting. I would try again, especially the chicken and I would like to try on the Naan next time and use all the sauce they provided for the lamb.

Such a fun and unique taco truck! The Indian-Mexican fusion flavors are creative and executed…read morereally well. The service was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were happy to explain the menu and make recommendations. There are great vegetarian and vegan options, which we really appreciated. A cool touch is that you can bring your own chips for the walking tacos. Since they're a truck, you'll want to check their social media to see where they'll be and when (we found them outside Patel Brothers in Castleton). They do a lot of events and aren't always in one spot, but they shared that one of their New Year goals is opening a brick-and-mortar location, which would be amazing. Definitely worth tracking down!
