My cycling journey at this CycleBar began back in 2017. While it's gone through a few ownership…read morechanges since then, it is still a well run studio. Compared to other locations, this one has a fairly large locker area which is helpful during class changes. As one class exists the cycle room and the next class is waiting to enter, the locker area can get very congested. Thankfully this one is large enough that it allows the waiting cyclists to move to the out of the way so those who just finished can grab their gear from lockers, towel off, etc. In case you're wondering there is a small wait in between classes as the staff needs this time to clean the cycle room, bikes along with replenishing each bike with fresh towels. The cycling room is theater style with 40 bikes waiting to be challenged. There are a couple of TV monitors which are used throughout some classes to allow each participant to see how they're doing in comparison to each other (there's nothing like a little competition). Just before class starts, the door to the room is closed and the music (and fun) starts. Once class starts the trainer does a superb job of encouraging everyone to dig a little deeper and get out of their respective comfort zone. At the same time, they remind everyone to respect any injuries, etc and to modify as required. From the owners to the instructors to the support staff, all are very inviting, helpful and encouraging. They are always available prior to the start of class assisting those that need help with the check-in process, shoes, bike adjustments, etc. As for parking, there is plenty of it available in the shared lot. CycleBar has both memberships which renew monthly or package of classes can be purchased. If you're looking to energize your exercise routine (or start one), I highly recommend checking out this CycleBar. All you need to do is show up. They provide shoes, towels, water bottle and water. Be prepared to work hard and have fun doing it.

Update: I previously rated 360 Cycle as 4 stars a couple of months ago, but something has occurred…read morethat has caused me to downgrade my rating. In January 2019, I purchased 4 rides and only utilized 1 of them. I logged into my account earlier today and noticed that the system now showed that I didn't have any ride credits left even though I had only utilized 1 out of 4 purchased rides. I assumed that this was just a mistake; therefore, I reached out to the business in order to have my account corrected. However, I was told that the rides that I had previously purchased expired after 30 days. I was not aware of this practice and nor did I see this written anywhere during the purchasing process. I am extremely disappointed in how this situation was handled. I will not return to this establishment again and I will make sure that I let everyone know about my experience on Yelp and Google! My friend & I recently started attending the 360 cycle class on Saturday mornings with Sandy. You get a great 45 minute indoor cycling experience with high energy music and lots of sweat! Prior to the workout, the staff provides you with a seat cushion and a heart rate monitor to track your progress throughout the ride. Post workout, they provide you with an aromatherapy scented cold towel to help you cool down quicker. You might be wondering why I gave this company 4 **** out of 5 if I had such a phenomenal experience, it is because of the cost of the classes. It costs $15 per ride which is why I only go 1x per week. Or you can pay $8+ per month for unlimited access which is more than what I pay for a gym membership. Other than that complaint, I would highly recommend 360 Cycle!

Life Time Las Colinas means a lot to me. As a Day 1 member, I've spent countless hours there over…read morethe last two years since its opening. In many areas, the club shines - its strength and conditioning equipment, instructors, and health programming are unmatched and, most importantly, I've met great people. As good as the club is, and no doubt, great things are happening there, it's really expensive - and the last several months I have constantly been questioning if I should be paying what I do. I mentioned in my first review in July I felt the club was slipping. No question I have, and deserve to have, the highest expectations for this place but that comes from them. They promise us an "athletic country club" experience and charge for it - so I expect them to deliver. Over the last year, this club has been dealing with a serious member trend related to its big ticket item - the men's rejuvenation suite in the locker room, consisting of a hot tub, cold plunge, dry sauna, and wet sauna. Quite often, it's a wreck - as are other sections of the locker room. Wet towels and trash crumpled on the floor and in seating areas and in corners around this section of the club. There's sludge on sections of the floor at night after the big rush. Many of the men members of this club are acting like slobs - and Life Time isn't keeping up. I feel like the maintenance crew tries hard, but I've also seen them blow past the suite without even sticking their head in for a status check - as if they have other priorities than one of their biggest competitive advantages when it comes to amenities. I really feel like Life Time without this is mostly a four- or five-star facility - but this issue knocks it down several pegs. It's exhausting.

I've been a Life Time member for years and have trained at multiple clubs across the country. My…read moreexperience at the Las Colinas location was a serious deviation from the standard I've seen elsewhere. In August, I had a confrontation with a trainer over a minor policy issue that escalated far beyond what was appropriate. The trainer got into my personal space, spoke aggressively, and attempted to escalate the interaction in front of other members and a client. That behavior should never occur in a professional fitness environment. I immediately escalated the incident to the training manager and later to the club general manager. Rather than implementing effective mitigation, both relied on procedural responses and repeatedly stated the issue was "handled" without taking practical steps to prevent continued interaction or escalation. Months later, I continued to encounter the same trainer regularly, including unnecessary proximity while I was actively using equipment. Despite multiple follow-ups, the training manager and club general manager treated the matter as closed while the situation persisted in practice. This review is not about Life Time as a brand overall. It is about a specific club where leadership failed to meaningfully address a serious staff conduct issue. When management prioritizes procedural closure over real mitigation, it creates avoidable risk for members.

I took their hot yoga class, which was both refreshing and energizing. The instructor was incredibly kind and hands-on with her guidance, making the class enjoyable for all levels. The facility itself has so much to offer! It really feels like a one-stop shop for fitness and wellness. There's a small cafe on-site, which is perfect for grabbing something before or after a workout. They also have multiple pickleball courts, which adds a fun, social element to the experience. My favorite part was definitely the recovery area. They offer cryotherapy, infrared light therapy, compression, and massage chairs. I personally tried the compression therapy and was very satisfied with how it made me feel afterward. Overall, this is an amazing space if you're looking to combine workouts, recovery, and convenience all in one place!

The other reason I joined was the location is just five minutes from my Dallas house. Max and Lewis talked me into giving Recovery a try for a couple months. I am very glad I took their advice. I am still regularly using Recovery. After one year I can make the following review: First, the Dallas facility is maintained better than any other fitness center I have ever gone to. It is always very clean, and the machines almost always are in excellent condition. The locker rooms and sauna are spotless. Second, the personal are very friendly. The personal trainers are experienced, educated and dedicated. Third, the staff working Recovery are very nice and competent. Ishani has pushed me to increase my Cryo time and use a colder setting. I am not crazy about the Cryo Chamber, but after I warm up, I feel fantastic. I really appreciate Ishani pushing me. Finally, Club Studio recently hired Janie to be the supervisor and in charge of Recovery. She worked at Club Studio in San Antonio and is very experienced. I recently injured my hamstring, and she worked with me on the settings of the Red Light Therapy. I double checked her advice with AI and both were very consistent. Most important is the Red Light Therapy has helped. Congratulations to Club Studio management on the hiring of Janie. GREAT HIRE. Charles F.

I took an Adults beginners swim class at this location in Jan 2025 that had three people and the…read moresame coach for 3 of the 4 classes. I have a genuine desire to finally learn to swim and it was also suggested to aid with a personal matter. The beginners class was good in that the teacher was able to determine skill level and assign things accordingly even while working with varying levels. I was amazed to be floating in the second class and swimming underwater, then on my back by the last. My second time taking classes was a private lesson taken Jan 2026 which I wanted so I could learn a bit faster. I never made it to the deep end in the beginner and did still use the shallow end as a crutch whether mentally or literally. The private teacher was nice and we had good conversation throughout. My issue was the lack of planning. I understand they had to see where I was and go from there, but at every class I asked "so what is the plan?" when starting or for the next class and they didn't really have one. My last class I felt they were not fully present and, though I shared my goals, strengths, and challenges, I was asked to do things more in line with someone wanting to be a swimmer vs learning how to swim. Ex. I never learned breathing techniques or how to tread water but they kept trying to teach me a full stroke (again, this was not an advanced class). There were class cancellations for weather which is understandable but then another for a swim meet they hosted that I was surprised to see given those are typically scheduled in advance just like these classes. My last class was an hour on a Sunday due to this and to make up for two classes in one day. I asked again to confirm why there was no curriculum for these classes and why my two classes were so different and they replied "it really depends on the teacher. You should take the class during the day with ___". While the recommendation is nice, I fear this was an acknowledgment that the effort or knowledge was not there for lessons I paid nearly $250 for. Most of the staff is very young and again, everyone was nice however to management/whoever is in charge there needs to be more structure. As stated to both coaches, I wanted to learn a valuable skill, not join the sport. Giving two stars mostly for the first set of lessons however I will not be back or recommend.

Unfortunately, that room has now been converted into manager offices, and the class has been moved to the gymnasium--where half the court is still used for basketball during our session. It's noisy, distracting, no mirrors or proper sound system, and simply not the environment we signed up for. To make matters worse, several popular classes have been cancelled or relocated, and the locker rooms are consistently smelly and moldy, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Many of us are considering canceling our memberships. We've voiced our concerns, but the management seems indifferent. It's incredibly disappointing to see a community-focused organization disregard the needs of its members like this. I hope the YMCA reconsiders these decisions and starts prioritizing member experience again. Part of a lengthy email response regarding the changes at the location: "The changes happening within the branch are certainly big ones, and I can see how, without the full context, it would feel like space is being taken away from the people who make the Y what it is--our members. What I hope to share is that while we are repurposing Group Ex 1 into office space, this shift is a reflection of the YMCA's growth as an organization, not a step away from our mission. Our team is expanding because we're serving more families, more youth, and more community programs than ever before. That kind of growth means we need more behind-the-scenes support to keep it all going--but I absolutely understand how it can look like a loss on the surface. I know that doesn't replace the feeling of losing a room or restore the exact layout that once was, but please know--this is not a step away from our members. It's a step toward being able to support even more of you. That includes exploring ways to maximize what space we do have, and yes, continuing to look at long-term growth opportunities in and around the building. We truly value you and your feedback. These classes are about more than just fitness--they're about community, connection, and joy. We're committed to keeping that alive, and we're so glad you're part of it. Thanks again for being part of our Y family."
