    Pecan Brie
    Michael C.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Visited on a Friday late afternoon/early evening, several tables were occupied but was impressed at how relaxing the atmosphere was.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was very good, attentive but not pushy. Ordered the pecan crusted Brie as an appetizer, grilled salmon, Chilean sea bass and fried perch as mains. Finished with a blonde brownie. Brie looked wonderful, but for the price was a little disappointed that it came with crackers and not toasted bread. When we dug in we found the crust to be well toasted but the cheese was barely melted around the edges and cold in the middle, another disappointment. Mains came out after somewhat of a wait, although we were a little early for dinner. All mains looked wonderful, but came up short. Salmon was overcooked and dry, perch came out on top of the slaw making the bottom very soggy and cold while making the slaw hot. Sea bass was under cooked in the thickest part, although the risotto croquet underneath was phenomenal. This is one of those ratings "for the price". One appetizer, three mains, one desert and two drinks for each person came to $250 with tip. We expect better execution for this price level.

We tried this place again, and it was amazing again! Consistency is key at a nicer restaurant. Our server was great. The food was amazing. Drinks were fabulous. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We sat outside this time and they had live music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Keep it up!

Celebrated my stepdaughter's birthday here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cobblestone is one of those restaurants that has charm, coziness and always has quality food and service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In the heart of Zionsville, Cobblestone is a staple. I got the Mediterranean pasta with chicken and it was delicious. When a pasta has pine nuts and feta...sign me up. I'm so happy I got it bc it's not something I would ever make for myself. Ample chicken and great portioned- I would get an again. My youngest ordered the steak and mashed potatoes off the kids menu and he RAVED about the mashed potatoes. He loved the steak as well and it was a good portion size for a 9 year old. My other son got the fried chicken and left absolutely nothing on the plate. Ate. It. Up. Same with my husband. Nothing was left behind. I got the mocktail Panoma and it was definitely grapefruit heavy but refreshing. Not overly tart. We ordered three bread puddings and they were all different sizes. That was my only...not issue...but standout. Overall it was once again a great meal with great great service. We love this place and it's nice that they have various options from burgers to salads to entrees and a varied dessert menu.

What a lovely staff. On this day I just order to go which was super easy. Called up placed my ordered and picked up. When placing my order the young lady over the phone was so pleasant and helpful. We decided on Cajun wings and a Short Beef Rib Sandwich! Wow both were spectacular. We shared. The wings were perfectly grilled and seasoned with a dry rub! Great job! Next the sammie, let's just say I was enjoying all the flavors and the tenderness of those ribs! Again nailed it here! Our food was fantastic and the service was even better. When I came to pick up our food the staff again was nice, and attentive. The Sammie came with their homemade chips. Those were good also. Hats off to the staff and owner. You have nailed it all! I can't wait to come back to try many more items on that menu!!!

Made reservation on Open Table. This worked well. Called Cobblestone to let them know we would a few minutes late. Phone answered promptly by a live human. Food was exceptional. (See photos). [[HIGHLIGHT]]We have been seated inside and outside at different times. Inside is clean and setup like most bar establishments[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Outside is absolutely lovely and dog friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Lunch/brunch pricing is affordable and quality of food and service exceeds price point. We had invited a friend who expressed excitement when previewing the menu-she had never been to Cobblestone. We had thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon.

Cobblestone has been a Zionsville fixture for decades because there is something for everyone on the menu, service is excellent, and the food is delightful. We've celebrated our Rehearsal Dinner, birthdays, and today, our son's Church Dedication at brunch. Having been a few hundred times, we love Cobblestone!

Popped in for lunch yesterday and we were amazed! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We sat on the patio which was quiet and cozy. I absolutely loved enjoying my meal next to the beautiful tulips outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We didn't catch our server's name, but he was wonderful! He recommended the Cuban Reuben and it most certainly did not disappoint! Although we were the only table outside, he was still very attentive and quick with his service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside area looked beautiful too with dim lighting and chic decor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We'll definitely be returning! Especially for the incredible spinach dip.

Food was great here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience was very cozy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service here was spectacular! Ellen was an excellent server and she was so very helpful

Cobblestone was a wonderful place for lunch with my friend! The ambience, salad and truffle fries were a prize winning combo! The roasted beets in the salad added such a good touch and the truffle on the fries just made the whole experience! Outdoor patio is a winner and Chloe gave us exceptional service! The area is dotted with lovely local boutiques, ice cream shops and the famous Lions Park so there's a lot to do before and after lunch or dinner. Check it out!

Cobblestone never disappoints. Still can't stop thinking about the amazing meal last night. From the minute we walked in, we were treated special. Kent offered to find us a better table without us asking, but we opted for a table near their beautiful bar. We had martinis and beer. Their bartender makes the best martinis in town and the beer selection is extensive. I tried something new....the Shrimp and Grits, which is a new twist on a classic meal. The plate comes packed with shrimp, plus three large roasted shrimp, the spicy creole sauce is thick, creamy and amazing. On the side is a lovely grit/spinach cake. My husband had his go-to favorite Sun King Beer Battered Whitefish sandwich with truffle fries. The fish is fresh with a fluffy batter. The fries were delicious. Our server was friendly, attentive and helpful with dinner selection. We made same day reservations, which helped to guarantee a table. We went early and found close parking, which can be a bear in Zionsville. The dining room has an energy in the evening with people laughing and talking. The building is historic and beautiful. I'll be back.

We have visited Cobblestone a couple of times. Our visits have been during lunch. Their prices are reasonable and they offer a good variety of menu items. My husband has tried the fish and chips, which were plentiful and tasty. He has also ordered the tenderloin. Although, it is not the typical flattened version, he commented that it was good. I have ordered the blackened chicken and turkey wrap. Both were unique with a nice blend of flavors. The waitstaff offers suggestions, is attentive, and checks on you frequently. The owner (we believe) is onsite and also insures that you are satisfied.

Chips & Salsa. Do not recommend this. The salsas, though fresh, were completely flavorless. Chips were nothing special.
    Stephanie B.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a cute little place and we could tell the locals love it so we decided to give it a try.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our waiter Christian was attentive and courteous. She ordered Chips N Salsa with Mahi Tacos. Don't order the Chips N Salsa. The chips were nothing special and lacked flavor. The salsas appeared to be fresh and looked delicious however neither of them had any flavor at all. Completely bland. The Mahi tacos were just ok. They required quite a bit of lime juice and needed some spice. Mahi was quite dry. My Tortilla Salad was fresh. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and probably my favorite part of the meal. However the salad lacked flavor. Again it needed salt, spice and acid. I used a half a lime to kick it up a bit and that helped but it needed salt and hot sauce or a more flavorful pico de gallo to make it shine. I wouldn't say don't come here because it was filling up when we left so it must be pretty good. Just being honest about our experience. Oh...the iced tea is a mango flavor which I dearly love but I know some don't.

From the moment we checked in with the host stand we were impressed! We were quickly seated and greeted. Jonaz was our server and he was incredible- he made so many recommendations for us, pointed out what's popular, what he loves and explained more about the flavors working together on the menu than would meet the eye! We also got to see Pascal, one of the managers while we were there! If you frequented Patachou in Clay Terrace...you know Pascal! We enjoyed an incredible cheese board to start our meal! Fantastic drinks- as someone who is currently pregnant I LOVED that they had mocktails that were not super sweet, that seems to be tough for a lot of places to get on the menu! We also started with the Yeast Rolls which sound so simple but were incredible. Moving on we had the Harvest Salad- I had never had pickled rhubarb and it was such a great addition. The black tea vinaigrette was amazing, fresh and light- the team in the back of the house knows what they are doing and is putting the work in on creating a perfectly curated menu with flavors that WORK! For entrees I had the Foraged Mushroom Bucatini with salmon added and my husband had the New York Strip. It's been a minute since we've been somewhere that's served a perfectly cooked steak on the first shot and this was edge to edge perfectly medium rare for him. We shared a side of the Spring Green vegetables- I'll dream about them, they were amazing. Jonaz helped my husband pick out a glass of wine to compliment his entree and knocked it out of the park. Now I'm telling you- you're going to want to eat all your food but you have to save room for dessert! How can you come and not try any ice cream?! We had the strawberry ice cream to split and it was a great end to our meal. I will say as we were leaving we saw a server walk by with a Toffee Crumble Sundae (I think that's the name) and let's just say that next time...we'll be trying that! We will 100% be back! I will say that I've eaten here at least 3 times before and it's always been top notch. I will be back again. But I did not think it was spectacular last night. My table started by ordering several appetizers and salads. I split the beet salad with my friend. That was a mistake. This is hands down the best beet salad I've ever had. It is delicious. My friend doesn't like beets and loved the salad. It's not very big. I don't recommend splitting it. I'm not a fan of the shrimp corn dog but everyone else loved them. A friend ordered them for the table. Someone ordered the prime rib dumplings and said they were ok. They looked good but I didn't try one. They really enjoyed the bacon wrapped apricots. Another person liked the pesto goat cheese Mac n cheese. The deviled eggs were wasabi this time. The preparation is always different. The table didn't love this preparation as much as others in the past. I thought they were good. I had the Stanley meatloaf. I'm not a fan of the very large broccoli they plate. The meatloaf was very dense. I won't order it again. But I will note that it typically gets rave reviews. It's just not for me. My friend who got the beef short ribs wasn't excited about them. I had those last visit and they were excellent. I was hearing a lot of "ok" when people were asked how their entrees were. But everyone cleaned their plates, except me. I barely ate my meal and the server did ask if there was anything wrong. There wasn't anything wrong with the meal. I just didn't care for it. I boxed it up and brought it home. I will say that everyone really enjoyed the cocktails, appetizers and salads. Our entrees were fine but no one raved about theirs. We always eat at fine dining establishments when we go out. We loved Freeland's see my review for them. So we had high expectations here and left having had a good time together but the food kind of missed the mark. My bill came to $104 for two cocktails, a beet salad and meatloaf, incl 25% tip. I think when I go back I'll definitely get the beet salad again and stick to appetizers rather than an entree. My friends also ordered several desserts. They really liked all of them. The service was very good and the waitress handled our large party very well. It took a long time to get the food. There was a lot of time between our appetizers and the entrees. I think the kitchen was slammed. We were there for 3 hours. There is a 20% tip for tables of our size, but it was not automatically charged. There is no question Oakleys is a great place for fine dining. I recommend going there. The sand wasn't anything special but decently priced but if you're in the area and passing by stop and try something new it's still affordable here. The woman that took my order was nice!

The menu above the counter offers breakfast and lunch sandwiches and fried chicken meals. Prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly. Food is prepared quickly and you pay at the front. I had a two piece fried chicken meal for $7.99 which included 3 potato wedges. The breading is good on the chicken, but my wing was a tad dry. The potato wedges are good. My husband really liked his gyro. The toppings were very fresh and pita was good. The generous portion of meat was a tad dry and was cut in tiny bits. He really liked the addition of pickled jalapeño. The convenience store is a bit unkept. There are a couple of tables to dine at, but two needed cleaning and were holding boxes of antifreeze. I guess most people take their food to go. Parking is unclear. We found a spot on the side of the building, which worked out fine. The experience was ok for the price and convenience.

Appetizers - pretty yummy WTF roll - 9/10 had dried Wagyu which made it more savory, rice is chewy (in between sushi rice and sticky rice) could be a little less rice; the potato threads were crispy and yum Wagyu Perogi - 7.5/10 was good, but not as meat focused as I was hoping, filling was very soft but I like the pasta dough (had some chew) Entrees were cooked well, I think the flavors were straightforward and not too complex. Chicken Wellington - the pastry dough was as buttery as biscuits. Sauce had dates and the dish was on the sweeter side (I prefer more savory entrees so this was not my taste) My partner ordered this and he loved it Miso Black Cod Fish was done well and not dry. Broth was a bit one dimensional to me. I thought my soba noodles were gonna be the brown ones but they were thicker like ramen white noodles The herbs really captured the pho broth well. I've noticed the effort put into the menu was done really well. I feel like with food fusion, I noticed a lot of things do end up getting misspelled but I noticed the accent and spelling were all correct on the menu. Liz was our server and she was very knowledgeable on the menu also!

Place was pretty full when we got there at about seven with lots of families, but by the time we left about nine it had definitely thinned out quite a bit and was more of an adult atmosphere with some music and lots of screens We will continue to make this one of our favorites when in town

Their beer and cocktails are crisp and carefully crafted. The food, however, was not spectacular. We ordered the breadsticks with nacho cheese (overcooked), traditional wings (teriyaki & hot honey garlic - saucy, decent), 1 beef taco (meh), & a single smash burger with an upgraded side of tater tots. Everything was all about the same - nothing special, respectfully. The smash burger was not a traditional smash burger. It also looked and tasted exactly like a burger from Burger King. All 3 times I have been to Danny Boy, it seems the place is being run by 1-3 workers, which makes for very slow ordering and wait times. This day, 2 tables left before ordering drinks due to the long wait. Overall, Danny Boy is a great place to stop for an evening drink to catch up with friends. I, however, would not recommend the food.

In all honesty, I…read morehad only lightly heard of the school but was oblivious to their lunch offerings and top notch city views from the top floor of the middle pyramid. Highlight if my visit (hands down) went to the sweet and fluffy carrot soufflé which was served alongside the carrot cake and cream cheese ice cream as well as the duck breast and winter vegetables. Why am I not jumping out of my pants with 4 or 5 stars? Awkward service. The student servers seemed to be oblivious as to what food was actually on the menu and as someone who wants to chat the hell out of a menu's details and ingredients this was a bummer. Here's to seeing less disconnect on my next visit!!

They are open for about a month each quarter, typically for lunch or dinner on Thursday and Friday's, and the menu selections change with each class. Located on the Eleventh Floor of the Pyramids (Tower 2), the view is fantastic, and, at times, better than the food. I went to Eleven for lunch today with a group of 5 other people. The menu was a little different than one would typically find in Indianapolis - rabbit and quail were in all but two of the limited menu selections. I chose the prosciutto stuffed flounder, as did several other people in group. Only one was brave enough to try the pasta with rabbit (but she asked for it on the side.) Served before our entrees was a wonderful poached pear blue cheese salad that, if offered as a main course, I would have been tempted to get, and I'm not typically a salad eater. The pears were tender and beautifully presented on a bed of mixed greens with crumbles of blue cheese and chili rubbed walnuts that gave it a light kick. My flounder did just that.. it floundered. Picking through the bone became too much of a challenge, so I simply stopped. The vegetables that the flounder sat upon were wonderful as well, until I bit into a whole clove that was hiding out. Others in my group got the same thing I did and didn't have a bit of trouble, and I've been here many times in the past and haven't experienced any issues. Just remember, it's a school first and a restaurant second. The students are there to learn, and they're going to make some mistakes along the way. Looking forward to trying it again and hoping for a better outcome, perhaps with a little more conservative menu.
