We just moved to Austintown from Boardman and loved and frequented the Boardman location. Ordered from this location for the first time today and was sorely disappointed in the customer service. We got the combo pasta entree (cavatelli and ravioli with meatballs), a side of alfredo and a grilled cheese and chips. The order arrived 1.25 hours after ordering with fresh, hot food. The food was clearly homemade and yummy. However, it was missing meatballs, chips and the alfredo "sauce" was literally separated into grease and a congealed cheese chunk. Okay, no big deal. Call and they will make it right. Well, I called and the woman I spoke with was not only unfriendly but argued with me when I told her my entree was supposed to have meatballs. She looked it up, saw meatballs in the description and didn't bother to apologize for fighting me on it or for the incorrect order. After telling her about the sauce and chips, she said, "Well, what do you want me to do?" Ummm, apologize and offer to immediately send missing items or refund me. I asked her to please send missing/incorrect items and she said, "Fine, but I have no idea when it will arrive " and hung up. Sheesh. Is it that hard to be friendly and prioritize an order that was sent incorrectly? An hour later, a (very sweet) delivery driver arrived with the corrected items and apologized. The food may bring us back and we will try anything twice. Crossing fingers for a better customer service experience next time or we're done. read more

Eaten at this location a few times. And it has been consistently GREAT each time. I have been getting the veggie white pizza. Broccoli and cauliflower has three or four cheeses on it. Each time it has been perfectly cooked. A ton of cheese. The broccoli and cauliflower are fresh not frozen. And the oil and garlic instead of red sauce is outstanding. But it does need a bit more garlic. Anyways... haven't reviewed anyplace in a while. But so happy with this little place. Just a three oven spot in a TINY plaza it has a big sign. Google maps or Waze will get you right here. If you love a good cheesy broc and cauli white pizza, this is it. And I am sure the same for any other pizza red or white. The folks here are nice. Really disappointed with this place lately. We usually order once per week at lunchtime and our last several orders have not been good. Either food not sent as menu stated, missing items and the pizza had really gone down hill. This is a great place to grab a bite to eat. Serivce is questionable, sometimes its good and sometimes its not so good and you have ask for refills on drinks and such. Beware recently I got a Groupon for $20 and was told that I could not use it on specials, which I had alreay ordered. Not that it was a big deal, but they did not want to take care of a patron over .75? I will just choose the Canfield location over this one, no big deal. read more

Service is bad and unfriendly. They have botched simple orders on two occasions and still could not get it right while I stood there and waited. Fries were grossly undercooked and meatball sub not toasted. Even with me standing there telling them this is what I wanted. I will just go to the one in Cornersburgh. read more

Went in to eat. Sat down never go spoken to so I went up to the counter to order. We ordered 2 chicken parm meals with a salad and soup. Sat back down. The lady said it was done. It was packaged to go so we decided to just go eat in the car. No silverware so we went to McDonald's to get forks and napkins. The wedding soup was basically salt and spinach it did not taste good at all no meatballs and maybe one small speck of chicken. The chicken Parm started leaking sauce so i put a bag on my lap and opened it. The cheese all came off of the chicken on the lid and the pasta was dry not enough sauce. My other half opened his up and the whole thing fell out of his lap onto the floor so unfortunately he did not get to eat. Over all not impressed I am a chicken parm and wedding soup connoisseur and there was a 2 on a scale of 1-10. How does this place stay in business . I ordered pizza and wings at 8:30 on a sat. Night . I was told it would be an hour maybe slightly longer . I said ok , it is now two hours later and my order never came , the store never called and they are now closed . They could have at least called so I could have ordered somewhere else . As I am disabled I order for delivery And I do so twice a week usually. Always generous portions and delicious ! Their food is great. Delivery personnel very polite and helpful. Have NEVER had a bad meal from my Belleria. My only wish and suggestion would be, please include fried greens on your menu, love them.
