Nice atmosphere. High ceiling, spacious, and clean. Ordered their signature avocado toast which never disappoints me but the one at the coco blue in AH seemed better and more avocado. Overall good food and coffee. Wish they have more outlets for us to be able to use for our PC though....

We went for one of their special events (bingo night) which was a lot of fun! The staff members are very nice and make you feel welcome. Our coffee drinks were prepared well and at the perfect temperatures. I ordered the meatball appetizer, which was very good, but I thought it was a little pricey for the amount that was served.

    Fabulous cocktails!

Beautiful atmosphere, great drinks and friendly service! I've been here many times for coffee & lunch (delish!), but first time for evening cocktails. Came for Bingo Night and had a blast! Awesome craft cocktails and fun vibe! I'll be back for Trivia Night! Well done

This café has a very cute interior layout and design. Sadly, the drinks were very weak and watered down. We got the Matcha and one of their seasonal special maple iced coffees, and we also got a cappuccino. All were very weak. The line was very very long and the service was slow. To be fair, we did come in on a Saturday morning. I will try and come back one more to give it another chance!

I really like this place :) The employees were friendly and patient. The blueberry donut was delicious and perfectly balanced. The latte I got was great as well--not too sweet. The vibe was welcoming, and I really enjoyed the music playing while I was there. Loved it all around!

A wonderful and much needed addition to downtown Mount Prospect. Coco & Maple is under their soft opening, to work out some kinks and give the staff time to be fully trained. On a Sunday morning the place was bustling. The interior is beautiful, with high ceilings and large windows. A similar vibe as Coco & Blu their first location, but more spacious. There is a variety of seating options, lounge chairs, couches, traditional table and chairs and counter seating to enjoy your drink or food item. The line to order moved quickly, and even though staff are still training, service was very good. I asked if it was possible to order a London Fog even though it was not on the menu and they graciously accommodated my request. Can't wait to go back !

CoCo & Maple opened two weeks ago as the second location of Arlington Height's CoCo & Bleu. I loved the modern yet nature inspired atmosphere of the space and branding. The inside had a large coffee counter, tables and chairs, and some lounge settings to enjoy at. It appears they will also have an outdoor patio to enjoy in the future. The menu is very straight forward with coffee, tea, and sandwich options. They will also be extending their hours to include evening cocktails and bites down the road. When I visited, the space was busy but staff was hustling to keep up with demand. The staff mentioned their most ordered latte was the Oatmeal Cookie Latte and that they could adjust the sweetness of any of their flavors upon request. I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Latte with Oatmilk which came to $8 which I felt was very fair. You can tell the coffee beans they use are high quality and I really enjoyed the balance of flavor. When dining in, they serve items in eclectic mugs and on regular plates to be more environmentally conscious. The only drawback to the visit was that parking can be a bit difficult. Either way, this spot is certainly worth visiting and enjoying!

Coco & Maple is a fabulous addition to downtown Mount Prospect. Conveniently situated near the Metra, this new cafe is adorable and charming! It is spacious, and a great spot to connect, relax, or get work done. I've visited a handful of times, and drinks are very good. I particularly love their salted caramel mocha. Would love a large display of their menu at some point as they settle in!

Really nice addition to MP a lovely inviting space with wonderful coffee, tea and lattes to choose from . Being lactose intolerant dairy choices are big for me and plenty of Oatmilk in the case phew ! My latte was warm not quite hot enough but strong also. Unsure if my wallet wants to go back $20 for two lattes is a tad steep ! Also need more menus while waiting in line:)

The chai latte and hot chocolate were delicious, but that is the only positive thing about my experience here. I am extremely upset and disappointed by how this situation was handled. Due to a complete lack of clear and visible parking signage, my car was towed while I was inside -- in freezing weather -- and I had my toddler with me. When I left after the shop had closed and realized my car was gone, I went back and only then noticed a small sign on the door stating that Coco & Maple parking was limited to spots 1-15. I never saw this sign when entering because someone kindly held the door open for me while I was juggling my toddler. There was no signage at the cashier, no signage in the bathroom, and no clear signage in the parking lot explaining which specific spots were reserved. The only sign in the back lot simply says: "Parking deck reserved. HQ residents and Coco & Maple patrons." That's it. It does not explain which spots are for residents versus customers. That ambiguity directly led to my car being towed. What should have been a quick, warm stop for drinks turned into a stressful, expensive, and unsafe situation involving a small child, all because of inadequate communication and poor signage. This was completely avoidable. Businesses have a responsibility to clearly inform customers -- especially when the consequence is towing. The cost and distress this caused could have easily been prevented. I sincerely hope management takes accountability, improves signage immediately, and addresses the financial burden placed on customers so no other parent or customer has to experience this.

This is a great addition to the area! The place is so cute, it makes working and studying easier to do with how cozy it is. I got a cold brew which was perfectly mild and not too acidic. I also tried the Fox Latte and the peanut butter flavor paired perfectly with the espresso. Will be going back to study!

The selection of drinks is downright encyclopedic, and the drinks were outstanding. In addition, we ordered a plate of bacon-covered water chestnuts, and they were so effing delicious!! I mean, they were a serious revelation!! So we ordered another plate. The atmosphere is amazing. The family that owns this wonderful tiki bars has put some serious work into adorning the place with amazing tiki decor. And this has to have taken YEARS to do. The outside of the building does not say, "Hey!! I'm an awesome tiki bars!!" But step inside and you are transported to tiki land extraordinaire. And then there is the staff there. This was a spur-of-the-moment choice but ended up being very fun for drinks and dinner!…read more I LOVE tiki bars and my husband noticed this one in the area near where we happened to be on Google maps, so off we went! We had about a 15 minute wait for a table but it gave us time to peruse the menu in the car. They offer many classic tiki cocktails, a page full of seasonal drinks, a page of "Designated Driver" mocktails (nice to have an option for something other than just a Shirley Temple!), Polynesian appetizers and entrees, and then Lola's Pizza. For drinks, I got the seasonal Gingerbread Painkiller and my husband got a Green Flash mocktail. (Pro tip on the seasonal drinks: check the regular cocktail menu to see how many skull and crossbones are listed under the regular version of your drink, if applicable, to see if it's a super strong one!) Mine was creamy and spicy but quite powerful. Props to our waitress, Makayla, who checked if anyone at the table was epileptic, because normally the "flash" part of my husband's drink is a strobing LED ice cube; I actually am photosensitive, so it came in the drink in non-strobe mode and just glowed an alien green. She said this was the first time it had actually paid off to ask, but I'm glad she did! The food was tasty: I ordered rumaki, an old-school appetizer of bacon-wrapped water chestnuts that you don't see very often these days, and he got loaded fries. We also got a small Lola's Pizza, which was very good, with a crisp but also chewy crust. The atmosphere here is pure tiki, with a fountain, swag lamps, bamboo, and Hawaiian-influenced Christmas music playing for the season. Lots of big groups here; everyone seemed to be having as good a time as we were! What a laid-back gem in Arlington Heights! We'll be back. Mahalo!

They have a nice sized outdoor seating area. The inside also looked cute. We were excited to see that they had a singer. At first he sang mostly Spanish songs but then switched to various songs and genres. He was very good. I'm not sure if he's a regular performer there or not though as this was our first time. We were seated and looked over the menu. We ordered chips and salsa (great chips and salsa btw). Then we ordered Dahlia margaritas. Chips and salsa came out quickly. Then we waited and waited and waited for our drinks. I saw a guy walking around with 2 not very appealing looking margaritas. He unsuccessfully attempted to deliver them to multiple tables, then finally came to our table and said "2 traditional margaritas" and we said no, we ordered Dahlia margaritas and he goes "Oh ya these are Dahlia margaritas." I looked at the margaritas and they had no salt and just looked meh. We kind of hesitated and he was like with no salt? And we were said no, we said salt. So we sent them back. Guys, I NEVER send things back...ever. Then we waited some more and finally the correct drinks were brought to us. We ordered our food, shrimp tacos and steak tacos. Then we were just chatting and we realized it had been awhile since we ordered. It was busy so we kind of just shrugged it off. Then our server came over and apologized that it was taking so long and said it should be out soon. We waited and waited and waited. We noticed that no one else around us seemed to be having delayed service. Then some girl who looked about 18 came over and apologized for the wait and asked if she could get us anything.... I wanted to say our food, but I did not. No joke, we waited 45 minutes for our tacos. All that was offered was a "sorry for the delay". When our food came we had to ask for silverware and then also ordered another round of margaritas (also side note the Dahlia Margarita is just meh and not worth the higher price). Our margaritas took 15 minutes. We were almost done with our dinner by the time they arrived. The shrimp tacos were really good minus the crazy amount of oil that dripped out while eating them. I held them sideways to try to drain as much out as I could. My husband enjoyed his steak tacos. Over $100 for 4 margaritas and 2 taco meals. Which is the standard nowadays. I will say the only reason we will not be returning is because of the service and the fact that they didn't seem to care that the service was so poor. Otherwise this would be a new favorite place of ours.

Since it was a special occasion, we finally had the opportunity to dine here, and I made our reservation through the Resy app. When we arrived, we were seated quickly. The first thing that really caught my attention was the atmosphere. The restaurant was converted from a church, and I absolutely love how they preserved the original character of the space. The high ceilings make the restaurant feel open and spacious, while the beautiful stained-glass windows add so much charm and personality. For appetizers, we started with the Shrimp Saganaki and Lobster Maki Roll. Of the two, the Shrimp Saganaki was our favorite. We enjoyed the presentation, flavor, and texture, which were all right up our alley. The Lobster Maki Roll was good, but in my opinion, the lobster-to-rice ratio was a little too heavy on the rice. For my entrée, I ordered the Brick Chicken, which was served as a chicken quarter leg. It was cooked perfectly--the skin was crispy, the meat was tender and juicy, and the garlic sauce complemented the chicken beautifully. For dessert, we ordered the Banana Sticky Toffee Pudding served with vanilla gelato. It was phenomenal and the perfect way to finish our dining experience. I also have to mention the service. Our server was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel comfortable throughout our first visit. The restaurant went above and beyond to make our anniversary even more memorable by surprising us with complimentary champagne and dessert with a sparkling candle. That thoughtful gesture truly made the evening special. Overall, the atmosphere, service, and food were all a hit for us. We had a wonderful anniversary dinner and left with a great experience. They've definitely gained another loyal customer!
