First of all, I am writing this review because I have had two discomforting experiences here at this Bubble Tea location. Quality of the drinks are fine, but the disrespect from the female manager (assuming she is the manager because of how she speaks to her employees) is not okay. With my first experience there, she was so disrespectful to one of her employees. Repeatedly yelling at him in mandarin "you're such an idiot". As a customer (and as a human being in general) to witness that, was very disheartening. No one should speak to their employee like that, whether they made a mistake or not. During my second visit, same disrespect from the manager. As I was getting my order from the counter she asked me if I needed a bag for my drinks, but almost immediately after I said yes, she turned to one of her employees (who was trying to help ring up a different customer) and yelled "just let me do it!" walked away from me to finishing ringing that customer, then gave me my bag. Honestly, the first experience was bad enough.. but to see it happen again?! I am definitely not coming back, and I hope that the employee who keeps getting bullied, stands up for himself and quits. No one deserves to be treated like that. read more

I don't know why people like this place that much. It's more of a brand a worth the 20min wait plus 5min walk from parking garage. Oasis in Chinatown is much better. Frankly I don't like the Taro, which is way too sweet. read more

This is my favorite boba place hands down. My favorite things to order are pearl roasted milk tea, bubble gaga, 2 ladies, and grapefruit green tea (30% sugar, less ice). The boba is usually good whenever I go but sometimes it can be a bit soggy/mushy (that's why I rated it a 4). This place is great overall, you can taste the tea here so the milk teas don't taste only like milk like milk teas at other boba spots. The first time I came here I got grapefruit green tea and I became hooked because the boba was near perfect, on top of that it had actual grapefruit in it like you could SEE the pulp and chunks of grapefruit. I have also tried their mango slush and that was pretty good as well, not too icey and kind of tart. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves boba. read more

I loved this bubble tea! Going during their "soft opening", I'll forgive them for the long wait times--I feel like they'll smooth this out soon. The employees were friendly when I went though! I ordered the pearl milk tea (option 1 I believe) and added red bean. I ordered it with Less Ice and 70% of the sugar. It was perfect! I felt like I've found "my" bubble tea order finally! I had never been to a place where they offer red beans as a topping (or maybe just never noticed) so I was excited to try. I loved it! The last time I had coco was when I was in Asia and I missed it so much so I was beyond excited to see that there was one in Bellevue! I love their drinks here and the variety of toppings :) highly recommend the mango green tea with sago if you're not too crazy about boba like me! The sago is so yummy with the mango green tea and is just the right amount of topping. You can also adjust the sweetness and ice level to your liking! Although their menu is similar to other bubble tea places in the area, I find that the drinks here taste better and not as artificial. So I will definitely be coming back here often!! read more

My favorite bubble tea franchise from Taiwan, finally opened in the Seattle area. The tea is tasty, the staff is friendly, the only reason for not giving 5 stars is the owner, who I had an unpleasant experience with. Long story short, I ordered two bubble tea, one with bubble, the other without. I was told the 2nd one would be free because they were running a buy 1 get 1 free promotion. Upon receiving my order, I noticed both had bubble in them so I talked to the owner. She's not apologetic, instead, told me because the 2nd one is free, it comes as is. Well, I dont understand why the free one could not be made without the bubble. Second, the girl who took my order should have told me when I ordered. I'd be more than happy to not get the promotion and have the tea made the way I wanted. read more

I've heard good things about this place from my friend who comes here very often. I ordered the classic milk tea with 50% sugar and less ice. Very good customer service, the girl at the counter was very nice and friendly. But unfortunately my milk tea tasted like water... I was going to notify the staff about the flavoring, but the store had a line of customers waiting, so I didn't want to bother them. I've been to the CoCo's in West LA only a couple of times because I always went to MJ's Express instead. I came to try this place out again last Friday and it was so yummy. The large size is a little misleading because the cup is narrow. So not sure if the sizes are even different. It's fresh and shaken tea like a few boba places I know. I ordered the matcha macchiato boba with pudding and it was good. The foam top layer was salty which I wasn't expecting it. It too the matcha flavor away. I would've given them a 4 star but they got my order wrong. They then didn't let me keep the drink which I didn't care. I just didn't want them to waste it. At first they gave me green tea instead of matcha and they told me to not do that again. I wasn't in the wrong because it was them that put in the order. For me, next time I'll check my order to make sure. They let me pay the difference of the drink. Also, the internet went down for a bit and had their POS system at a stop for a few moments. I paid with cash instead. I'm not sure if this is a consistent issue. The quality of the milk tea is so good that I'd go again despite the service. Oh and they were closed, however kept the door open. Customers came in and they denied people they didn't know. So make sure you don't come before or at closing. You won't get in for a drink. I love Coco in Taiwan but the menu is a little different here in the states. Understandable given some of the drink ingredients is probably not available here. I want to love this place but the service and parking is such a downfall to this place. They at least have a parking garage for their patrons, unlike the new Sharetea in Bellevue, however when it's pouring rain you still have to go around part of the building to get to the entrance outside and if cashier line is slow then you better have an umbrella. Speaking of the ordering line, it's always slow. In fact, nothing about this establishment is quick which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. read more

We've had CoCo before and were excited to try in Bellevue. Ordered 5 drinks, 4 of which were the same. Waited 20 minutes and order still not finished. People in front and behind all got their orders. Manager explained they were training. She was standing off to the side texting on her phone. Disappointed at the service. Ended up asking for a refund and left. Happy to finally have some decent bubble tea options in Seattle, but man are they SLOOOOOWWWWW. I've never waited so long in my life to order a bubble tea. There were probably 4 people in front of us when we got there, and we waited a good 15 minutes before the cashier took our order. He seriously needs some efficiency and customer service training. Waited another 15 minutes to get our drinks. Total of half an hour wait time for two drinks, which i can't even comprehend. There was no line when we got there but when we left the line was out the door - not because they are insanely popular, just because they are beyond slow. Speed it up!! read more

Waited in line for 15 mins to order and 10-15min to get the drinks. The location is a bit awkward, no places to park, registration place is close to the door so most of ppl have to wait outside. CoCo definitely has the best taro milk tea out of every other bubble tea place I've been to! The yakult flavor is not too bad either. The atmosphere inside was very welcoming when I first stepped in. This is my third visit. I really liked their Jasmine milk tea with tapioca. I tried their Bubble Gaga (passion fruit tea with tapioca & Coconut jelly) during my first visit, but not a big fan of it.
