Absolutely gorgeous Nails for the summer! Kim does an incredible job every time I've been coming to her for five years and I've never been happier :) also the prices at the salon beats any prices in Santa Monica, which is good to get amazing quality for a great price. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I got a pedicure, but as soon as I left, I realized I really didn't like the color, and I also noticed the polish was uneven. I went back inside immediately and politely explained that I wasn't happy with the result. I asked if it could be removed and requested a refund. I even offered a compromise by saying I was willing to pay for the removal or part of the service because I understood that time had been spent. Instead of trying to find a solution, the manager became very defensive and started raising her voice at me. I stayed calm and even asked why she was yelling because I was trying to have a respectful conversation. She also compared the situation to returning a shirt, saying that if you return a shirt, you can't expect your money back. I didn't think that was a fair comparison, especially since I came back immediately after the service because I was unhappy with both the color and the quality of the application. I understand that businesses may have different refund policies, but I expected to be treated with respect. Even if a refund wasn't possible, there are much better ways to handle a customer concern than yelling and becoming confrontational. Unfortunately, because of the way I was treated, I won't be returning.

Great service, I also love that my mani and pedi gets done at the same time so it's in n out. I normally don't make appointments. I don't face a favorite or preferred nail tech I have had a great experience all around. I did however requested chrome star designs on each nail but I don't believe the nail tech was able to do them- I didn't want to risk it so I said nvmd. It's continuously busy. There is parking in rear about 6 spaces not much. They prefer cash for tip but also accept other forms of payment for tip. There is an ATM inside the shop.

I love getting my nails done here. I started coming over a year ago, and have been coming ever since. I have super brittle nails that I have never been able to grow out before coming here. Their hard gel service is amazing, and now I have long strong nails and don't need extensions or anything. Kim and everyone here is fantastic and I never leave disappointed.

I keep ending up back at this nail salon. I've ventured off to many other places in the neighborhood over the past 10 years but the service and quality at Coco Luxe keep me coming back. Everyone has a great attitude and it's easy to laugh with them about anything. There's a chill vibe in this cozy little gem. Whenever I go I always have an expectation of what I want based on very filtered Instagram pictures/videos (haha!) and these very professional/perfectionists always surpass my expectations. I always leave happy and can't wait to stop by for my next nail adventure!

The service was beautiful and they were very fast. Quality was spot on. Even tho I'm not in the area often I would make a special trip to come back out this way. Pricing was fair and reasonable. I have been coming to Coco Luxe Nails religiously every 3 weeks since February and Kim and her team never miss. Kim took care of me after coming to her for a fill due to a bad experience at another salon and explained how a hard gel fill is supposed to be done and left me looking right for my mom's birthday dinner! I have never left disappointed and honestly regret not taking more pictures of my previous nails to show off. Everyone in her team is amazing and they great all their regulars by name and make it a thing to remember who you are which speaks on how spectacular their customer service is. 100000/10 i have found my forever nail spot

I understand we are in a pandemic and businesses are doing things to adjust and keep running. This place operates from a parking lot where they could use more space to actually maintain social distance between clients and have room for them (the technicians) to move around. They take your temp and ask you to wash your hands, which is the good part. The cons come when the main lady (never got her name) was too busy and didn't specifically break down the prices for what we all got and ended up charging us $100 even and for what, so my sister can end up with a messed up toe due to them cutting it? It's been a week and her toe still hurts and is healing bad. And of course I can't forget how we weren't even all done with our nails when an older white lady came to get her nails done and all of the attention went to her. But it's ok, it's all about who you think has more tips for you right? read more

My entire family has been going to Kim for our nails for years, and there are so many reasons why. Kim is hands down the best manicurist out there. She knows how to shape nails in a way that is best suited for the shape of your fingers, clean your nails thoroughly, and apply nail polish in a way that maximizes the life of your manicure. Every time I have to get my nails done elsewhere, I end up regretting it because my nail polish chips quickly afterwards. With Kim, I can always feel confident that my nail polish will stay on exactly how she originally put it on. As I was planning my engagement photo session details, only one person came to mind for my nails - Kim. For someone who doesn't have the best nails, Kim definitely made my nails look as beautiful as they could possibly look. This place is genuinely INCREDIBLE BEST MANI IN TOWN! Kim does a great Gel X manicure. I go in once per month to get a new set of Gel X and I swear the old set is NEVER EVEN CHIPPED! Scheduling is pretty simple too, I just shoot a text to Kim and she gets it all set up! Overall, I would highly recommend! Quality service and an even better quality mani! read more

This place is a joke! Had an appointment today, got there 5 min early, as I always do for appointments. No one greeted me, or anything. They just all looked at me like I was in the wrong place. I finally walk up and tell them I have an appointment, and I'm told to sit in a chair in direct sunlight. 10 min later, someone gets up finally and attempts to take my temp. By that time I was already over heating due to where I was told to sit. I left, I would NOT recommend this place at all! If I could give it negative starts, I would! read more

This little salon is the neighborhood's best kept secret! It is my absolutely favorite place to get my nails done. Nikki came highly recommended to me from my friend who ALWAYS has perfect nails. I finally went in for a manicure and I haven't gone anywhere else since! All of the women who work there are so kind and immaculately talented. I have never walked out of there with a manicure less than perfect. The pricing is so reasonable too, almost too good considering how consistent they are and how fast all of the girls work !! When I say this is the best place in LA I mean it! My nails are literally perfect every time and I get so many compliments when I get them done here! Kim and Nikki are the best! Nails came out nice but geez the guy was so tough, hurt me a few times with the tools. I asked if he took card and he said yes so as I was paying. Covid has been really tough on all small businesses, but Coco Luxe Nails has gone above and beyond to follow all guidance provided by the county to ensure everyone is safe. All the girls in there are really nice and friendly. Got my nails done by Kim today and they are on point. She really took the time to listen and shaped/designed my nails exactly how I wanted them. Prices are also really reasonable considering the salon is in Santa Monica. Highly recommend this place. read more

Kim's salon is amazing! I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail spot. I have had some bad dip experiences in LA, and I finally found my home w/ Coco Luxe nails thanks to a friend's referral. The salon staff is so friendly and great at their craft! I believe I had Nikki for my dip manicure? She did a fabulous job with my dip manicure, and she took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Can't wait for my next appointment. If only 0 could be a rating. This is probably the most racist nail salon I've ever been to. They tried to get me to do another style of manicure (that was more expensive) I didn't want - not because of the price but because of the damage I knew it would do to my nail bed. When I changed my mind and settled on my original request, a lot of the women started laughing and talking about me. One of them threw the plastic nail menu at my body. I could have made a scene but I didn't. They were not worth my energy. I walked out. I refuse to ever give my money to any business that does not have the decency to respect and see me as human worthy of respect - the same respect they offered white and lighter skinned women in the salon. P.S. For a cheap-looking, plastic-is-everywhere type of salon, I would think they would need all the business they can get. I was wrong. read more

I had the absolute best experience here! The ladies are friendly and not in anyway pushy. Prices are incredibly affordable, I got gel acrylics done about 10 days ago and they look like I got them done yesterday! I started coming here about 8 months ago and I haven't looked back! I absolutely love the work Kim and her team does. I'm sure many have brought in their favorite IG designs and Kim will let you know if she can/can't do something - honesty is fab. She has done some beautiful designs with hard gel and Gel X and they always last SO long. Highly recommend you call ahead of time to book an appointment, even day-of. They're always super accommodating. I had religiously only gone to get my lash extensions in SGV because west side prices are pretty crazy, but I love when Kim does my lash extensions! She does such a great job and has fair prices. I've recommended Coco Luxe Nails to so many friends and they've all been happy with the work everyone does there. read more

Staff is very friendly and i loved my full set so that's why i went back a second time to get a pedi & gel nail set .. my nail set looks so good BUT my pedi was a disaster. I'm sure they give pretty good pedis but if you ever go and the elder lady does your toes please save time and getting upset because you won't like it .just ask for someone else to do your toes . I know it sounds mean but i spent 62 dollars and i was not happy with half of my service . I always have a square shape to my toenails, well now there's no shape and they have a weird angle to them, the nail polish was all over my skin and was not smooth at all, literally looked like a 5 year old did them. I asked if we could re do it with a diff color but still had he same results so now here i am at another salon paying again to get them re done . I don't want to be mean because they are super nice and i did like my nails but also people work had for their money and expect a well done job.. read more

I'm very picky about my nails. Most places do a quick job and are not detailed. Helen and Lucy were meticulous. I haven't had this good of a mani/pedi in a long time. $40 for mani/pedi plus I got callus remover for $9 more. A steal for what they do. Parking in back. read more

Extremely happy with how my nails turned out. I wanted classic Pinterest worthy white nails for summer. I've had white nails before, but when it's not layered correctly, it's comes out streaky and "lumpy". My manicurist did a great job with the shape and helped me choose the perfect color. I didn't want a blinding "white", but more of a soft white. I was originally drawn by this salon because of the quality of the beautiful long nails I saw on yelp. And they let me close down the salon for a bachelorette party last summer and let us drink prosecco and dance until 11! It was so much fun. The women who work here are great - super entertaining. I also like this younger guy that works there. He does an amazing job on my toenails. They are always Perfect!! I started coming here every week during the first season of mad men when I was obsessed with Mrs. Draper's manicures. I realized then how much better I feel when I look down and see pretty nails and I've been going there every couple of weeks since then. Definitely a good experience at this tiny nail salon. The decor is nice and the chairs they have are fairly new so I gave it a shot after I grabbed a quick bite next door at Fatburger. Upon stepping it, I was greeted by a lady who I assume is the owner. She was very friendly and offered me a water. I got the full set, both manicure an pedicure. It came out the way I had envisioned. It was such a relaxing experience the ladies were all nice and polite. I was told it is under new management, hence all the new chairs and decor. Now she didn't say a word, I think because she doesn't speak English, but that is okay. I have been going to classy nails for a few years now. I used to go to Lynn's Lounge but they have new owners that are HORRIBLE!!! Back to Classy Nails. Every single person that works there is awesome so nice. Cathy does my nails she is wonderful. The best set of acrylics of ever had. When my daughter comes with me they are always very sweet to her. This place is plain awful. Do not come here. Julie did my simple manicure and completely messed up. Not only did she apply the polish wayyyyy to far away from my cuticle, but the top coat was not in line with the color nail polish and was very visible and tacky looking. Yeah its cheap, but I went home and re-did my nails and did a better job, and that's never good. Irena provides a detailed and meticulous cuticle cleaning that lasts a very long time. That is why I love this place. Versus the way my cuticles start growing back like weeds in just 3 days of receiving a typical wet manicure at other places. I've even noticed a significant difference between the dry pedicure and the wet pedicure. The soles of my feet are softer longer. The salon even carries Vegan nail polish from my favorite brand, "The Manicurist" This is my favorite nail salon by far! Irena makes my natural nails look so good and healthy everytime. I love it!

The first time I came she asked me questions about myself and has been able to help me pick out colors and styles I would not have thought of. As a toddler mom, I also appreciate that she is always on time and efficient - I am in and out with a gel mani in under an hour. The salon itself is very clean. Parking is a little difficult as it is on Main but I always find a spot in the neighborhood.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Rita, who's so sweet and friendly. He was a walk-in but she said no problem, and took care of me immediately. The salon is beautiful, clean and with all the latest in super comfy chairs and gel polish. Tiffany and Steve took really good care of me. Tiffany help me pick out the best gel polish and color for my toes and cleaned up my much over grown cuticles on my mani. But Steve!!!! Wow, what a sweetheart!! He was so gentle and thorough when giving me a pedicure and his massage was so relaxing. I think I fell asleep for a second. This by far was the best mani-pedi I've had in a long time. Choose the super spa package they offer, TOTALLY worth it, and very affordable. Thank You so much. I'll look forward to my next appointment Highly Recommend!!!!
