Yall need to speak with your staff over their customer service and attitude. I very much enjoy y'all's food and I always recommend Coco Shrimp to everyone. However, all staff members are very unwelcoming. Whoever was working the drive through was unprofessional. She did not greet us but instead gave us an attitude and said "yes" when getting to the window. Her attitude was very uncalled for and there has to be better training on greeting and attempting to seem professional. Not once did she look at her computer to attempt to check the orders but instead just said "Yes" when getting to the window. It really makes me not want to continue coming with such bad customer service. Do better, or simply hire better. read more

The flavors were great. All their shrimp are cooked well with tail on. I tried their sampler and their spicy is really spicy, and the coco shrimp was pretty good. However their garlic butter was by far my favorite. I tried their ginger dressing of their salad and it was not bad. I will try their vinaigrette my next visit, but I wish they had options like ranch. Their rice was a little plain, but it had a really rich butter dressed on top. I ordered the standard mix and the rice portion was a lot. I don't know how one person can eat all that rice. I placed an order for pickup and they were busy inside when I went for pick up. First time, I had the sampler with Lemon Herb and Butter Garlic shrimp with the side of extra rice and the second was just Butter Garlic. DELICIOUS!!!!! However, as much as I love butter garlic sauce, it is a little heavy on the rice. Just a skoosh. What was a great game changer was this location have a drive thru.
