    Catfish and shrimp combo
    John J.

Dinner for two. Service was friendly. The quality of the food was not comparable to their Casa Linda location. We felt the quality of food at Casa Linda was exceptional. Started with some hush puppies, which were OK but really hard. Had the shrimp and catfish combo with onion rings and a side of coleslaw and the shrimp and oyster combo with the same sides. The coleslaw was pretty good as was the small catfish filet. Although nothing to write home about either. The shrimp was tough and overcooked. The onion rings were also a big disappointment not near the crispiness or freshness or flavor of the ones I had at their Casa Linda location. In both locations, the sides they give you are never consistent. For example, one combo had cocktail sauce (which was still frozen) and the other combo did not. Not sure if I'll try this location again.

    Gluten free Cajun crab boil
    Andrea S.

First of all- this is the best seafood boil I have EVER had! All of the gluten free options are clearly labeled on the in store menu. I got the medium and when I tell you it is flavorful- that is an understatement! I also have celiac disease and did not get sick. My fiancé loved his burger (he doesn't eat seafood and is very picky)! The prices are very fair and the drinks are generous. We are considering going back today! They have Cajun, Mexican, and seafood. The interior is a fun vibe. It's very casual inside. The only negative is I would like a bib and gloves for the boil- but idk- I'll cover myself with paper towels again and just wash in the bathroom. A must try!

FAVORITE PLACE EVER!! Love it here! The food is so delicious and fresh all the time. Service is great, you order, pay, they give you a number for your table and then take the food to you. Place is always clean and is always a good vibe when going, sometimes they have live music.

    1/2 eaten Tostada de Ceviche
    John C.

The ceviche was absolutely amazing!! I will definitely be back for that. The fried catfish was somewhat bland and nondescript. The fried shrimp were tasty and well cooked. I'm not a fan of steak fries so I didn't eat them. The hush puppies were average. Sat at the bar and the bartender provided quick and timely service. He recommended the ceviche and was spot on!! Cool place that had an interesting vibe as seafood/sports bar. Was crowded for a late Friday afternoon lunch

    Sour limes
    Only C.

I came to have lunch & ordered their shrimp cocktail which included TONS of fresh seafood from shrimp, oysters, octopus, fish. It was average but the cocktail sauce definitely could use a bit more seasoning. The cocktail lacked el pico de gallo that takes it to a whole different level in the flavor aspect of it. 4/5 I also got the aguachiles in salsa verde and it was SO SOUR. It tasted as if they used those limes that are about to go bad. I asked for a side of limes and not to my surprise I saw that they indeed probably used these sour limes to make the salsa. It was not spicy which kinda bummed me out, I ended up putting in Worcestershire sauce in attempt to calm down the sourness and that helped a bit. 2/5 The service itself was great, really attentive and the ambiance is very fun and lively. Perhaps their boils, fried fish and fresh seafood is a bit better than what I had. If I ever do come back, I'll definitely be skipping on what I recently had.

This place is vibing. First time here. The food is great. My kids ordered a platter and they loved it. Prices are good for the food they serve. The piña colada was super good. The service is great. The people taking your orders are super helpful. Great place to hang out with friends and family. I went on a Friday evening and a Mariachi playing music. I will definitely be going back.

Pineapple Salmon with rice and veggies. Incredibly good
    Kam H.

Pineapple Salmon with veggies and rice. Never fails. The salmon is cooked perfectly, and the rice and veggies are seasoned well and so delicious. I could drink the pineapple sauce. It compliments all of the food in the dish incredibly well. Service is decent and I did eat in once - they could improve the cleanliness of the dine-in experience. However, it is a dive bar, soooo there ya go.

Whole Red Snapper with Mexican Combination Fried Rice was Amazing
    Andrew R.

This is the go to place if you would like fresh seafood in a family environment that isn't stuffy. Came across this jewel about a year ago and have gone back on a regular basis. The seafood is always cooked perfectly whether it's fried, steamed, or broiled. My go to dish from here is the whole red snapper which is not advertised on the menu but they have it daily. The Mexican fried rice is blow your mind good especially the combination version with chicken and gulf shrimp. They do not offer full table service but when you order then find a table and they will bring the food out to you. On weekends they have a live band and free valet parking. Check it out you won't be sorry.

Had never noticed this place before but today I was in the mood for some salmon...as I often do, decided to trust my fellow yelpers and give it a go. Intended to dine in, but quickly realized it was pretty busy (my bad for going on a Sunday). When you pull in to the front from the expressway, there's a valet station. All the spots in the front are valet-only, but if you drive through to the back, there's plenty of self parking there with only a quick walk around the building. Decided to order takeout from my car. Online said my order wld be ready in about 15 mins and that was accurate. Service was a bit slow at the walk up counter as i had to just stand there a good 5 or so minutes before someone bothered to acknowledge me. I was then handed my food without a thank you or any type of interaction as the server just silently walked away. I Got the pineapple salmon... fish was a little overcooked and the salmon itself didn't have any of the sauce on it, but the veggies had enough to make it work as I swished it around. Sauce flavor was delicious and definitely the star of the meal! Without it, my salmon was a bit dry. Overall, food was good enough for me to try it again and see if today was the norm. Though I didn't dine it, the seating space was much larger than the outside of the bldg seems and there is also a patio area if you'd choose to sit outside.

    Ceviche
    Roberto G.

Nice random find; They had drink specials and food specials. Tried the ceviche captain style and it was good. Basically ceviche with like crema mixed in. Good stuff. The place is a Mexican seafood place so if that's what you're looking for then this is the place. I will definitely return

I am not a big fish person and hubby loves something fried so a healthy fishy meal isn't our first go to, but we went outside our normal tonight. And we left so satisfied. For apps, the mac and cheese bites with crab. This should feel heavy but it doesn't. Moist and full of flavor. We did the crab fingers (special on the black board... pay attention to the specials they are fire). Tons of crab for the price and the chowder type sauce was so good. I just wish I had more bread to soak it up. Dinner was the tuna with mango sauce. I got mine rare and it was perfectly cooked. The filet was well seasoned and the sauce complimented it well. Large portion of tuna. He got the special (do not sleep on the black board) flounder stuffed with crab and shrimp. Absolutely amazing. I have never ever ordered flounder before but I guarantee ill order it if we return and its a special. Service was fast snd everyone was attentive. Cant wait until we go back.

The menu pricing is fair given its seafood but not super affordable either. We started with the Oysters Rockefeller. The oysters were massive! However, I wasn't really a fan of the sauce, and especially not the lettuce. Because the dish was served hot, the lettuce was soggy and impacted both the texture and taste of the overall dish. The best thing, in my opinion, were the Mac and cheese crab cakes. A truly genius combination. Lastly, the fried catfish was just okay. It was kind of bland but not super crispy either. The portion is really big though. The fries on the side were soggy too and could have spent a couple more minutes in the frier.

For that price, I felt like the variety and quality was good. There is so much variety in fact that you will not have room in your stomach to be able to try all the items. I would recommend walking around the entire buffet if it's your first time and then strategically picking items you like the best first. I started off with the nigiri sushi first. The chef was making them fresh at the bar and kept the buffet plates full. The flavor/quality was good and I enjoyed that they did not add wasabi. The yakatori was one of my favs. I tried both the beef and pork belly and they were both delicious. You could really taste the smoke from the charcoal. This item did require a little waiting. They had a wide variety of items for dessert, including fruit and cakes, a chocolate fountain, and even sherbet. Pizza of course. Cons: You will eat way too much.

JUST GO! ITS BUUUSSSSSIIINNNNGGG…read more Let's just jump right into this review Cus yall want to know what's really going on. I'ma start with the food. If you've been following my reviews you know it's me and my girlfriend against the world. We were craving seafood and was finally in Dallas so we decided to go to Juicy Seafood and ordered 2 Mason Jar Long Island Iced Teas and 2 of the Weekend Specials for $44.99/ea with added eggs to 1 of the bags with the Juicy Special sauce HOT (True to Spice). The other one we got Juicy Special MEDIUM (Little to no kick but flavor profile A1). SHOUTOUT to the bartender she was tending to that bar, do you read me?. She mixed TF out of that L.I.I.T cus it sure did have us LIT, and we only had to order 1!!!! (Do y'all understand how important that is now a days?). We had to tip her separately for the hospitality lol Weekend Special bags are sold only Friday-Sunday and it feeds 1 person. It comes with 1 Lobster Tail, 1/2 lb snow crab (1 cluster), 1/2 lb Shrimp (Head Off), 1 Corn and 2 Potatoes. As y'all know any add-ons have their own additional costs. I have to say the flavor of the sauce was so good, instantly relieved from having bad experience in Austin. Now, the most important part was the quality of the seafood. Comparable to other restaurants such as Surfing Crab in Austin, TX, the crabs were more fresh, not the freshest I've had ever but decent. The shrimp was cool too, disclaimer: they should do better deveining them. The lobster tail was cooked well and wasn't rubbery. The eggs were also boiled for a good amount of time and not old tasting. Our server was kind, friendly, and kept a smile on her face. Though, she wasn't very attentive to our table compared to others. I specifically pay attention to that because I come from a server/bartender background. NOW the ambience, it was a breath of fresh air coming from Pier 88 on Walnut St in Dallas. I felt it was cleaner, more spacious and on top of that the server didn't have an attitude. We went to Pier 88 the same day before finding Juicy Crab because we're used to the quality, service and ambience of Pier 88 in Arizona. But this one waitress disgusted me with her attitude to the point that I told my girl we weren't eating there. I ended up looking and finding Juicy Crab while sitting down in Pier 88. The best decision to make. P.S: NEVER EAT SOMEWHERE WITH BAD SERVICE THE FOOD WILL BE JUST AS BAD because they left a bad taste in your mouth, even if the food is usually good. My rating.... GO! You won't regret it. && Believe the hype.

She definitely contributed to making our experience more enjoyable. The presentation was impressive right down to the utensils, setting the tone for a quality seafood experience. At our table, one person enjoyed an alcoholic beverage while I opted for a Lemon Cooler-Mango, which was refreshing and well-balanced, clearly not an afterthought on the drink menu. We ordered the seafood boil for two, and it was more than generous, enough to enjoy fully and still take home leftovers. The boil itself was outstanding: perfectly cooked crab legs, corn, sausage, and eggs, all coated in a rich, flavorful sauce with just the right amount of spicy kick. Every bite was satisfying, bold, and well-seasoned without overpowering the seafood. The restaurant is spacious and welcoming, with a bar area that looks ideal for small parties or special occasions. Between the inviting ambiance, excellent food, and top-tier service, this location truly delivers on all fronts. If you're looking for a place that combines great atmosphere with consistently delicious seafood and attentive service, this Juicy Seafood location is it. Highly recommended--and I'll definitely be back.
