If you love coconut, this is the place for you since almost the entire menu is decided to coconut drinks. My family and I were given free samples of their coconut pudding, which was delicious. The female employee was very helpful in answering my questions. Please note that there are two kiosks for self-ordering. If you want to adjust the sweetness level for drinks that do not have that option on the kiosk, you can let the employees know. The employee did inform me that the original sweetness level isn't too sweet, but I still asked for light sweetness. I opted for the coconut water and sugarcane drink, and it was very refreshing! Their website is a bit lacking in details and I would recommend some descriptions of the ingredients in each drink. In person they're very friendly and will answer all your questions but a few notes on the online order forms would be greatly appreciated. Anyway, I saw a drink that had both coconut and sugarcane and it was also called a "shake" so that was an instant sell for me. It was flat out delicious! So refreshing and not at all heavy. I thought since it was a "shake" It might be but it tasted like a blend of sugar cane juice, coconut water, young coconut meat, and ice. They do not add any sugar to their drinks, only using the natural flavor of the coconut water. The owners were super sweet giving the 4 of us samples of the coconut water and purple sticky rice as soon as we walked in. My friend ordered the mango coconut shake. It was a little confusing because the picture has fresh mangoes on top, however the shake itself everything is already mixed. Our other friend ordered the watermelon coconut water and hubby ordered the coconut water with lime. Both has coconut meat and both added coconut jelly as toppings. Tried this place at the Mid Autumn Festival in Walnut. They were giving out samples of their coconut shake and was so blown away I ordered my own drink. The signature premium coconut slushie is soooo good! It's not too sweet and has the natural sweetness and taste of coconut. I added aiyu jelly to mine and recommend doing so for a different texture! Ahhh I'm just so torn! I want to give them 4 stars for the coconut jelly, but like 2 for their drinks we tried.... We got two drinks that were very mediocre. I tried their boba noodle, which is just boba in a noodle form. It had no taste and had a jelly like texture. However, I've repurchased their coconut jello pudding multiple times! Their coconut pudding is like a flan texture with REAL coconut flavor. It's SO good!! I think because I had tried their coconut jelly first, I expected a good drink so I was extremely let down when it was below average (in my opinion). This place is pretty big inside. When I was there on a Monday, there was only 1 other person in there. I hope they survive as you will not find coconut juiceries anywhere. They have several different combos you can get. They also have coconut dessert items. Pandan kaya toast! Get it! This place was completely empty when we came in after eating lunch, but it shouldn't be - it's such a good find when you want something a little more unique amongst all the various boba shops in the area. Mostly everything on their menu is coconut based, so if you are not a fan of coconut, I guess you can get their thai tea? You can order at one of the displays, or the friendly cashier will help you out. They offered us samples while we were deciding, so that was nice! We got the coconut thai tea shake and the coconut taro shake, and both were really good! Unfortunately you can't really adjust the sweetness - it's either 100% or more sweet. But that being said, it was definitely a tasty treat. What I will definitely be back for though, is the kaya toast. I took a bite when it was fresh and it was nice and buttery - so good! My favorite drink is the Signature Premium Coconut Shake with sago added in. It's not too sweet and has a really refreshing coconut flavor. It reminds me of Mr. Coconut in Singapore :,) I also love the Kaya Toast! The original Kaya Toast and the Pandan Kaya Toast are both so good, with and without butter! I like how the Pandan Kaya Toast has a good balance between the Pandan and Kaya flavors. It's such a good snack! The Pandan chiffon cake is also very nice. It has a light, airy texture and a nice flavor of Pandan that is not too overpowering. It's a nice, not-too-sweet, treat. So far, every time I've come, the staff has been really friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. I've been to many dessert drink spots in SGV (and there sure are plenty) and all of them serve milk-based boba drinks (boba MILK tea, duh). I am pretty indifferent about coconut water/juice but I do know that they are great rehydration alternatives. Electrolytes, some potassium, yum! Also, my lactose-intolerant GI smiles with this idea. Service: 5/5 Their service was very attentive. The menu was mounted on three monitors. They were initially confusing but the nice woman at the register kindly led us through it. They had two self-ordering stations to mitigate backlog at their one human checkout register. They delivered our order to where we were sitting. Drinks: 5/5 I purchased a large Ube coconut shake with sago at regular sweetness (for a baseline) and my friend got a large Oreo coconut shake with 'churpy' boba noodles (that's a new one...) The Ube shake without changes to sweetness was already perfect and had a mild taro-y, signature Ube flavor that balanced well with the complementary coconut taste. The sago had a great chewy consistency. My friend enjoyed his. Blended Oreo cookie in coconut milk. Simple, sweet with a crunch. It didn't seem like they added any additonal sugar. Special note: Sago is a shockingly rare topping offered at Asian dessert drink shops. C'mon, get on it! Food: 5/5 We shared a 'qing bu liang' or dessert soup. I believe its Malaysian/Singaporean-based. I'll check later. Anyways, we chose red bean, young coconut meat, and boba noodle suspended in coconut milk. I do not believe they added any additional sugar unless you request for it because I was embraced by the natural flavors of the toppings. Very refreshing and mildly sweet. Their Kaya toast was amazing. We tried both the original Kaya and the pandan Kaya variant. The kaya jam was made in-house and pairing it with butter was so delicious. Both variants were amazing. Although the pandan with coconut jam aligned closer to my Filipino tongue. I think the first time I had it was at Ipoh Kopitiam down the street but you gotta wait in line for that. Ambiance: 5/5 The outer wall was lined with high barstool-type chairs. The side wall had bench seating with several tables. And lounge chairs against the kitchen sum up the seating in the dining space. Seems like a good spot to study at. They lined the walls with stickers of coconut-based characters. They even have names! How cute! They have two bathrooms that I did not had the pleasure of using. Parking: 4/5 Ample parking as this business is inside a large plaza. I just did not like the layout of the roadways here as they are narrow. But that is on the plaza, not on this business. It is a business I would recommend if you want something refreshing with natural sweetness and no added sugars or syrups. Stopped by around lunch time on a weekday. It wasn't that crowded, had about 3 or 4 groups in here. When you walk in, you can order at the cashier or on the touch screen. The staff is very friendly and the owner gave out a sample for some customers to try. I ordered at the cashier and didn't get a receipt. I asked where I'd get my order and he said he'd call me. I didn't get a number but someone kept calling out an order number for me to pick up. I had to go up and ask if that was my items. I'd ask what your order number is if you don't get one or order on the touch screen. Purchased the mango coconut shake which I really liked and tasted pretty fresh. The mango flavor overpowered the coconut flavor though. The purple sticky rice wasn't on the screen but I saw it on their IG. It seemed a bit bland for me and didn't have enough flavor to it for me. As a native South East Asian I was so happy to find out about this place! Coconut is a staple in the region and now Coconut & Co is bringing a taste of SEA to LA! I had their mango coconut smoothie and the original one, with normal sugar. Both taste perfect; just the right amount of sweetness and so refreshing! I also had their kaya toast; it taste quite similar to the one I used to have back home. So good! And my favorite was the Purple Sticky Rice, it's a warm coconut-based dessert that feels so heartwarming. This place is a must visit when you are craving for dessert! For the pudding, I had gotten a sample of the pudding which I fell in love with. The texture is more hard jello-like, but the flavor definitely is better than Melo Melo and Jelly King. Carmen, one of the founders, greeted us once we walked in with a flurry of samples -- coconut pudding, purple rice, and even pandan cake!
