The coconut meat was an additional $0.75. It was nice that it was chopped. However, the drink with the coconut meat was $7 for a regular size and about half my cup was ice. The large coconut shake was better value, but again, just an okay drink. The interior was clean (and empty) and chill. It was nice that the music wasn't super loud so we were able to have conversations without feeling like we had to speak extra loud. I visited Coconut & Co close to they opened for the day on a random Monday afternoon. They share a plaza with a lot of other stores and a few restaurants. The parking lot extends very far back and there's additional parking underground, so I was able to find parking easily. I went in and there were no guests inside but it seemed like the staff were already preparing orders. I ordered on a kiosk which was very easy and waited around 10 minutes for my entire order. They have a lot of bar seats along the wall for you to sit at while you wait or tables inside for you to eat at. The beef rendang gua baos were very good. They had a good amount of soft meat and tasted great with the accompanying spicy sauce. It was my first time trying kaya toast and I was surprised at how simple it was. There isn't a lot of spread but it has the right amount of sweetness to balance the butter. It was small but a good snack. I preferred the pandan kaya toast over the classic toast. I also tried the mango coconut milk with agar boba. It was one of the new menu items and it was okay. It could have been creamier. The coconut milk seemed very diluted and the mango portion tasted a bit unripe. I like traditional mango sago and I think the texture of agar boba in this drink clashed with the sago and wasn't enjoyable due to how watery the drink was. Overall, the food wasn't bad and my drink was refreshing enough on a hot day. If I were to go back, I'd definitely skip the mango agar drink and try their other beverages as they sounded enticing. read more

Came to Coconut & Co. on a Friday around 7:30 PM -- it was pretty empty, but the space was clean, parking was easy, and there were plenty of tables. You order at a kiosk, and the menu has a ton of options, which made it hard to decide. I built my own Qing Bu Liang with coconut water, churpy (boba noodles), Aiyu, coconut ice cream, and taro/yam balls. The ice cream was a huge scoop -- super creamy with a strong coconut flavor. The coconut water was a bit sweeter than I prefer. The churpy boba noodle was interesting but not as chewy as I expected, and the Aiyu got a little lost under everything else. The taro/yam balls had good flavor, though the texture could've been better. Overall, still really enjoyed it and thought it was a great deal for $6.95. My friend got the calamansi sugarcane coconut shake, which was fantastic -- refreshing, not overly sweet, and you could actually taste each ingredient. If I come back, I'm definitely getting a coconut shake, and I'm also eyeing the kaya toast! The highlight of the visit was the amazing service. The staff member (wish I caught his name) greeted us when we arrived and left, and even as he started cleaning near closing, he told us there was no rush to leave. I ordered the Purple Sticky Rice along with the Mango Coconut in one transaction and two Premium Signature Coconut drinks in another transaction. As a note: The app charges a few extra fees, so you could order at the counter or on their kiosk inside the shop. When we arrived, we parked in the shared parking lot and our order was ready before the scheduled pick up time. I also ordered their Kaya Toast, Kaya and Butter Toast, and Pandan Toast for a quick bite through their kiosk. The seating area is clean and more spacious than I anticipated. Stopped by after lunch for a light snack and ended up getting more than we anticipated. Two drinks sounded good, along with toast, and then you get a slice of cake for totals over $25. Staff clearly answered our questions and was quick to prepare our order. The best item was the Signature premium coconut shake. This was made with a scoop of coconut ice cream, blended thoroughly, and was still thick and creamy. Overall it was lightly sweet, just delicious and refreshing. We were told coconut solids were out in, but the final consistently was so smooth, not surprising since the blender sounded like a motorcycle revving its engine. Pandan Kaya toast with the Pandan jam is great. There is an option to add a solid chunk of butter, which we are told is more for feel, but I thought that the Pandan jam could have been Pandan butter and was already creamy. So I don't think it needs the extra butter. The Pandan sponge cake was extremely light, check out the cross section picture where there is more air voids than cake. The Pandan aroma is stronger than the taste, so the cake is more texture than substance, but you can feel less guilty about eating it. Our second drink was the Coconut Mojito which contained coconut water. This was overall clear and contained mint, but the swap from water (or alcohol) to coconut water did not work for me personally. Mango slush is pretty good. You can get it regular icy or less icy. We got regular icy with sago pearl. Taste like yifang's mango sago drink minus the pomelo. Maybe if you get less icy, it would taste closer. We got their coconut dessert with coconut water base (you can choose with coconut milk). Taste clean and refreshing, but doesn't feel like it's worth 7 bucks. Also got the sampler coconut pudding. It's thicker than the melo2 version. Kaya toast is ok. We got pandan with butter.
