My family and I came for lunch and i accidentally left over $200 cash on the seat after paying my bill. Several hours later I noticed all my money was gone. I called the restaurant to ask if by chance they found my money. My waitress was one of the most humble honest ladies I had ever met. Her name is Vicky. This would be 5 stars if not for their phone policy. The other day, I ordered inside the restaurant and waited for my food. I called several times to order for pick up but no one answered. While waiting for my food, the phone rang and rang and no one seemed to care. After a few minutes, another gentleman came into the restaurant to order. He waited for about 5 minutes for someone to help him and when someone finally helped him, he motioned he had tried to call several times (sound familiar?) with no answer. The waitress then told him that it's their policy to not answer the phones when the restaurant is busy... seriously? Apparently they don't like money. On the other hand, the food is great! Location was a bit confusing but it is by Mattress Land. All staff was friendly and welcoming. Food was really delicious. I got the pad Thai level 7 spicy and it was on point. Overall very flavorful. We hosted some friends for lunch so we ordered takeout from Coconut Cafe. We got to taste the chicken pad see ew, chicken pad Thai, green and yellow curry, broccoli beef and steamed veggies. I will say their spice level was pretty extreme, we got most dishes mild (3 out of 10) and they tasted more moderate than mild. Still very tasty. Great food but Poor service. It was a semi busy day. I ordered pad Thai with tofu and hot tea as I arrived. I got my hot tea. Seven minutes later, 3 people came in after me and they had given their order to the waitress. And about minutes later there were 4 people came in. I got my hot tea. The 4 people group ordered their order. 15 min later, the group of 3 got their order of appetizers and their meal came out of the kitchen one by one. I still didn't get my pad Thai. (No one came and reassure me that it is coming) Then the group of 4 orders started coming in. They had their appetizer and they had gotten a Pad Thai with chicken. Mine was also pad thai but it had tofu. How come mine didn't come first? And I only had two orders and it was just me. After seeing that pad thai and given to someone else because it is their order. I had left the restaurant. I would have ask one of the servers. But I've had it. It wasn't worth asking. So I was there for more than an hour waiting for my order. I called them on the phone after 15 minutes later and I had asked how long does the pad Thai gets to be made and they had said only 10 minutes.... Wow I can't believe this. I was there for an hour, didn't get my pad Thai order and they were able to answer the phone and tell the next customer that they can only do it for 10 minutes. I am so confuse. read more

For our entrées, he had the Duck Pho, which he loved, and I enjoyed the Pad Thai. He had the iced mango boba, which was amazing! I'll definitely order one for myself when we come back. The main plus of this restaurant is their quality of ingredients. The vegetables actually taste good and have proper texture, unlike in most other comparable restaurants. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy! We had a large table in the front entrance and we got seated right away! Service was not the greatest but given that it was busy, we understand. There was 10 of us and it took a while to get our food. It all came out of the kitchen separately. So the pork belly and springs rolls (appetizer) came out almost the same time as our pho. My pho was good and the broth was delicious and hot but my husband pho was warm and the noodles were so over cooked that it wasn't really noodles anymore! Pork belly was good. Also my sisters curry didn't even come out until we were all done eating. She just had to take it together. Also there were confused about some of the rice dishes and the cook had to come out multiple times to ask questions about how we wanted it. We didn't see the server very much and multiple people came by our table to bring our food so we weren't really sure which one was the actual server. This place is a little pricer then a lot of pho places but the broth was good. Maybe I'll try it again when it's not so busy and not with a large group. read more

I along with my bae, showed up at 7:12 pm, plenty of time right? WRONG! The young host came back to tell us that they couldn't seat us.
