We moved out of state so we were not at the home, which sold to a new family. First guy came out & there were 3 others at the house, he NEVER pulled the oven out ~ complained because he couldn't open the oven door (we could with a hanger) ~ said that it needed a new board. Came out a week later to replace the board & left NEVER CHECKING TO MAKE SURE THE OVEN WAS WORKING. Couple weeks later the buyers inspector came out & said the oven wasn't working. Sent a second guy out, now we are 2 days away from them taking possession, said that it needed a different part. But the first guy took no photos or anything & somehow tore off the sticker with the serial #, etc on it when he replaced the board. So now they have to "research" it. Won't be able to replace it for ANOTHER WEEK. That means the home won't close. It's going to cost us a lot of money. And, of course, when guy #2 came out ~ the entire business is already closed. Even though the site says "24 hours". If you don't mind spending money on parts you don't need, and you don't mind having them come out to your home multiple times, then these guys are for you.
