Between each 45 minute session, they clean everything-- I've had a friend with mild cat allergy go and not be too affected. I've gone a few times for the long 3 hour sessions and had an absolute blast getting things done (if you sit still, the curious cats will approach you and sit in your lap while you work!) Food is all prepackaged and ordered in bottles in addition to the entry for a 45 minute stay. Place is lovely and well-lit and a great way to get some time with some adorable kitties!
