The ratio of espresso, milk, ice and syrup is perfect, which isn't something every coffee shop gets right. I totally understand why some people think it's overhyped, but if you go in expecting a great cup of coffee with fun vibes instead of some life-changing experience, I think you'll really enjoy it. I've also always had a great experience with the employees. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, and even when the line is long, they have almost an assembly-line system that keeps things moving really quickly. I've tried the banana pudding, which was delicious, and their chocolate chip cookie was really good too. I love that they're always coming up with fun seasonal drinks and different flavor combinations to keep things interesting.

My partner however got their mocha and it was delicious! My uncle also equally enjoyed his oat milk latte. I got a canolli and sfogliatella.. It's the only spot I found in town with Italian treats you can pickup and go. The canolli was really tasty but it was very small and very expensive. The sfogliatella matched the taste and quality of those I had in Napoli, Italy. It was expensive though. The spot has a pleasant sitting area that's functional but not necessarily cute to sit in and relax. Not much to look at inside. Overall a spot to get your Italian fix if you feel like paying the prices. It does have a great selection of cheeses, meats, and Italian goods which admittedly I didn't try. It's a slightly expensive spot even for Newport which is already an expensive town to eat in.
