There are some outlets available and Free Wi-Fi if needed. The drinks that were ordered were: Banana Matcha with Oat Milk topped with Banana foam "Hula Girl" - Dark Mocha, Caramel & Coconut "Cracker Jack'd" (DRINK OF THE MONTH) - Iced Latte with Salted Caramel and Milk topped with a Vanilla Popcorn Cold Foam. When I received my drink, it was served cold instead of hot. I politely apologized for the misunderstanding and let Kalia know that I wanted a hot latte, not an iced one. What was most disappointing about the interaction was her reaction. She rolled her eyes at me as though the mistake was somehow my fault. There was no apology or attempt to correct the situation professionally. I was honestly surprised by the level of customer service, especially since I've never experienced this here before. I left feeling very disappointed and wishing I had gone to Bad Owl Coffee instead.  My coffee was replaced, but the roll of Kalia's eyes was completely uncalled for.
