My sister goes in to pick up the cake and sees it is completely naked - not the birthday cake I ordered. Mind you, the cake she is picking up is for her birthday. She is met with someone named Adrian who proceeds to tell her there was a mix up. All their orders were canceled and my order was mixed up with the canceled orders. She asks how long it will take for him to decorate the cake the way I paid for it to be. He says 20-30 min- after I am already an hour later than I said I would pick it up. Zero other customers in the store. None. It is not our problem that your workers messed up and it doesn't change what I paid for. So she asks him for a discount since it isn't what I paid for. Adrian tells us he can't give us a discount on anything or a refund. My sister explains it's for her birthday and it isn't what we ordered. Adrian's reply: well it cuts the same and it tastes the same. Just WTF kind of answer and customer service is that?? Then as my sister leaves he proceeds to say: have fun with that! This location sucks. Spend your money somewhere else.
