I've came to Coffee Nuts a few times. I love their Meximocha. It's very tasty with a nice rich but smooth balance. Their ice cream is pretty good and at a low price. My only negative is I tried one of their grilled sandwiches, but it wasn't really grilled. It was cold with the cheese un melted, although, it was still ok, it was a sandwich. Cool place if you need a quick boba, coffee, tea or even ice cream fix. I've been here several times over the last few years and the staff has always been friendly and the place is clean. Ive had their boba drinks and they are ok and the same goes for the coffee, its ok. But I've recently tried their ice creams and they are delicious and the reason I come to this place. My favorite flavors are the horchata, pistachio, and the almond. The Gansito is good, it tastes just like the snack cake but can be a little to sweet at times. The staff are great at giving samples of the different flavors. They also have sandwiches and various pastries and mexican bread. They will be opening another location soon in the new Renaissance Marketplace in the fall. I can't wait to have one right around the corner. read more

My sister wanted to check this place out so of course we came. She ordered this mango drink with chamoy, damn that thing was pretty good. We had to mix it up a little bit since all the chamoy was at the bottom but after that delicious. I had originally ordered a #2 macchiato and instead got a #7 caramel, it's alright though it wasn't that bad we both liked it not too sweet. I went there today to try out their fraps and boba. I just got my car washed at Rialto Carwash, and decided to get something refreshing. The young lady helped me pick a drink I would like and then she even let me add boba to my frappucino. YAY. Their service was on point, usually people at the drive thru are annoyed and cranky but she was extremely nice and friendly. Not only was the drink amazing, but so was their service. This review is about the ice cream and service. Service: Always excellent. The young kids, well they're kids to me but they might be 17-20ish, are always up beat and genuinely nice. I've never encountered any downers here. Ice Cream: The best! I always get their Strawberry with Oreo cookies. The last couple of times I have gone I've changed it up. I tried their Horchata ice cream and added Oreos. Seriously, thee best ice cream I've ever had. I went to that fancy ice cream place in Redlands and I wasn't impressed. I love coming here for their milk tea with boba and my husband and I always order the same thing. #20 Large blended with boba and have never had a problem until today. We went through drive thru around 9:00 pm and ordered 2 #20 Large blended with boba and when we got to the window she went to had us the drinks which weren't blended so my husband told her we asked for them blended so she said "oh sorry, I'll bring them right out" took them back and then 3 mins later comes to the window and says "they said they already made them so they can't blend them sorry" so we grabbed them and left. Place was a little hard to find only because Google has another location listed which doesn't actually exist. It was drive-thru only but the menu was simple with enough choices. Of course I got the iced Meximocha and I wasn't disappointed at all. And for the chipotle chicken torta. So freaking yummy! Went for iced coffee asked for a extra shot for an extra kick and came out with iced milk. Not coming here again.

Where do I begin? the bobas are a hit or miss, sometimes they are soft chewy and flavorful other times they are hard and bland. Same with their smoothies, sometimes they are blended well other times there are chunks of fruit and ice which defeats the purpose of a 'smoothie'. I've had a Thai tea boba blended with pieces of the blender blade left in my drink on two different occasions and the owner offered me a 5$ gift card that didn't even cover the whole cost of my drink I still end up paying out of pocket which is ridiculous. I gave them another chance and ordered a berry blend smoothie and I get chunks of frozen fruits in my drink which made it extremely hard to drink from a straw so I end up pouring my smoothie out into another cup. The drive thru is so slow with two cars the wait is 15+ minutes every time. read more

I really like this place. I come and do homework here often. I usually just get my drink or meal and hang out. However, these last few times I've bad really bad experiences. Now, I understand and I know what it's like to be short on staff during rush hours buuuuut 1. It wasn't rush hour and 2. I was the only one in the lobby. The drive thru wasn't too bad. Why are the only two employees ignoring the customers inside, the ones who actually got out of their car. I swear that I may have gotten my order faster if I hopped back into my car and ordered through tbe drive thru. The employee took way too long to even acknowledge that i was there. I had to go up the register twice and i still never got my order. When we noticed that they were no longer in a rush, my friend tried to order a coffee and they asked her to come back in 10 mins? Lol, what the hell. Yeah, we were studying but we are customers too. So, now we've been there for 2 hours studying and waiting. Finally, we try again only for one of the employees to let us know that the dinning room closes in 10 mins. Lol. I've been wanting to try this place out for a long time and I am so glad I did!!! I ordered a turkey, veggie, panini sandwich and an iced mocha. The only complaint I have is that I was the only one in the drive thru and it took over ten minutes for them to give me my order...normally I wouldn't mind, but when you have a screaming baby in the car, it felt like the longest ten minutes of my life. I Come here often and usually the drinks are good. The fraps are little sweet.(I usually get the chocolate chip frap) If you want more of a coffee taste the iced caramel macchiato is pretty good. The conchas are only good if you ask for them warmed up, otherwise you'll get concha flavored rocks. Don't come here if you are in a rush though, they take a while to get drinks ready. read more

Again, I love Coffee Nutzz and that is why I continue to try again and return. Andy, or any other leaders of Coffee Nutzz do your employees all go through the same training? Do you have a training program in place for your employees? Who takes inventory for you? Monday's are notorious for not having galletas and other of the baked goods. Who is your vendor? Today I went through the drive through and ordered galletas and I got my cookies served to me on a plate, because they were out of bags they use for the the baked items. Nope the cream cheese and jalapeño is way way too small for the price you pay $3.25. Plus it's like that bolillo we buy and the next day is super hard so you put it in the microwave to soften it up and if you don't eat it quick it goes back to a hard and chewy consistency. read more

As soon as I walked in I was greeted. Coffee, boba, sandwiches, icecream... great menu. I ordered a hot Caramel Macchiato and a Ham& Jalapeño Croissant. The drink had a nice taste, but I wish it had more of an espresso flavor since this drink is under the espresso menu. I felt like I was drinking milk. The croissant on the other hand was great, you get the choice of cheddar or Swiss cheese. I think I may return since their icecream is made here. read more
