Spacious stop for shakes or icecream. Kind staff, i tried the blueberry shake with cream on top. I recommend no cream, the shake is rich enough. It was a great treat for a hot day. Not a cheap syrupy shake. More like a icecream improved shake. Seemed like a great family place. read more

Went here on September 5, around 8:45 pm. Went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 caramel fraps. The worker even repeated my order to me, saying 3 drinks. I get to the window, I was charged and handed them my rewards card. She then said, "You get $1.50 off on your next order!" A different worker handed me 1 caramel frap and told me have a good night. I was appalled and said I ordered 3 drinks, and not 1. She apologized and charged me for 2 more. Then I handed her my card and rewards card again when she said, "Oh, I can't let you use your $1.50 cause I'm not allowed to slide your card more than once a day." I then answered, "Even if it was your mistake?" And she said, "Yes, my bosses will get angry with me." I then just waited for my drinks and drove off. Don't get me wrong, they're coffee is good, because myself, and my daughter come here all the time, but next time I'll just go to McDonalds and get their BOGO caramel fraps. I've been to this location twice now and they don't disappoint. I used the drive thru both times and both times I received excellent service. Their employees were always friendly and engaging. Out of all the boba I've tried, Coffee Nutzz has the best. I recommend the milk tea, but not the taro or honeydew.

i love the thai tea here, but the boba is hit or miss.. it's either nice & chewy or really mushy & old! i once worked at a restaurant that also sold boba, & the only boba i've had that tasted that mushy was boba from the previous day that stayed out all night.. just saying! lol so i try not to go too close to closing time for this very reason.. but i keep going cause of the darn delicious thai tea! also, fyi, their drive thru usually takes a while! nice workers, but they generally take their time.. so, don't go if you're in a rush.. i would probably give it 3 stars just cause the wait is so long sometimes, but the damn delicious thai tea!!!!! Brought my Son in here while my Wife handled some bank business next door. A female employee just getting in held the door open for us. Not used to that, but it was appreciated! Came in saw the menu, and asked for a recommendation. They even bantered back and forth with my five yr-old. Friendly and welcoming. I got the Horchata Frapp drink. It was very good, VERY sweet. But it didn't taste anything like Horchata. More like a Coconut-Almond Roca kind of flavor. Enjoyed it anyways. The kiddos both got Chocolate Milks with whip. HUGE for a kid. My Daughter couldn't finish hers, which is unheard of. "Quite chocolatey" is how by BabyGirl described it. Got the Wife a Mango Smoothie. Since I moved here, from Arcadia, I've been on a scavenger hunt for boba. It was kinda hard to find boba places around here. So when I found out about this place, I got so excited! I had to wait a bit for the boba, as it was being washed. I ordered their milk tea boba. It's good but a little too sweet. The only sad thing is their cup size. The kids tried the conchas with ice cream I had the flavor water. We also tried the hot chocolate with bolillo it really was delicious. I really want to love this place. I'm a fan of strong flavorful coffee and espresso. When I order espresso shots at this place they always taste burnt. It's not a smooth deep flavor at all. I love to support small privately owned businesses and thats why I said I want to love this place, but I just can't. I'm giving 3 stars because I have had the thai boba tea and it was good, the parking lot is spacious and the drive thru is fast. The employees are super super nice. I stop in at this place about every 2 months to see if the espresso has improved (I wish it would). I've not tried the ice cream or blended coffees as I like strong flavorful coffee. I have friends who love the sweet foofoo coffee drinks from here, so if thats your thing then give it a try. If you like rich flavorful smooth coffee then just get a boba tea here and pick up coffee somewhere else. read more
