We stopped by here on a Saturday morning back in September on a road trip. We visited about 45 min. after the place had opened. There was a political candidate hosting a small event inside, so it was semi-busy. I wanted to stip because I really wanted some boba ... only to be told they didn't have any and I'd have to wait another 30 min. if I wanted some. What?! How can you not have boba ready for your opening for the day, especially when there's a special event going on? I wasn't offered any sort of substitute or discount. Still charged full price of nearly $7 for a taro drink with 0 boba. The drink itself was good - not too sweet or bland with a solid taste of taro in it, but the prices are a bit ridiculous based on the cup sizes. read more

This place is great because of all the options you have. Not only do they offer all kinds of coffee, but ice cream and food as well. Their coffee and food are high quality. My local go to coffee shop when I'm in Rialto. My usual is the caramel macchiato iced or hot. Definitely Made to perfection. But today was about 185 degrees outside in the Inland Empire so decided an iced beverage would be much better than a hot beverage. So I tried their new iced dragonfruit refresher. We came here around 8 pm on a Tuesday and even though they were "open", when we got there, it was only the drive through part that was open. They didn't have a medium sized cup at the time, so it was either a small or a large option on drinks. We tried the matcha latte, less ice, it was a bit bitter for me, but apparently tasted bland for my husband's liking. And the caramel machiatto was on point. We ordered small just because it was 8 pm and I didn't want to stay awake all night from all the sugar. Oh and if you check in with yelp, you can redeem a small vanilla ice cream. It's delicious. With 100 percent transparency, I will start this review by saying that I am related to the owners. So, feel free to disregard this review if you want. OK, if you are still reading this you have an open mind when it comes to nepotism and all its variations. My cousin and her Husband opened these shops decades ago. So, regardless of what is written here by me or anyone. It's easy to come to only one conclusion. This is basically a Rialto and IE landmark brand at this point and they know what they are doing. After Looking over the reviews the most common theme that I noticed was the inconsistency with the always and ever changing staff. Unfortunately, this is the case everywhere you go and in virtually every business you come into contact with. I know that they do everything they can to hire the most dependable people. Perhaps this phenomenon is less a Coffee Nuttz problem and more a societal problem but I digress. Despite these challenges they have been able to keep the doors open and have never stopped serving Rialto and the surrounding communities with Pride. That being said. I did enjoy the Too Berry Refresher (shown) and an everything egg and cheese bagel. SOOOOO delicious and can say with 100% honest. I've only ever had one bad drink here but I was trying Boba for the first time and did not care for it (from here or any where lol). read more

I stopped by to check it out, and the cashier (Brooke) was super engaging and focused on customer service. I ordered a grilled cheese and strawberry breeze smoothie. Both were great! We went for our first visit while staying at the Wig Wam Motel nearby. The service was excellent, prices were much lower than other corporate coffee houses. The Chocolate Chip blended "Frappuccino" from Coffee Nuttz was the best one I've ever tasted! We didn't get baked goods but they looked amazing and were a great value. Nice ambiance as well. The shop was very clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely be back! Wish there was a location closer to where we live. read more

Love that this place has a drive thru. Pretty convenient. Staff at the window is masked and has gloves on but my biggest pet peeve is handling drinks/straws and money with same gloves. She was very nice though and patient as I didn't know what to order so stared at the menu for a bit. Menu has option of coffee and tea with option to add boba. Pastries and food are on there as well. Got the meximocha frappanutz. Decent, tasted like it was from a mix but fine. Too much ice in the drink so didn't really drink about a fourth of the cup. For a small drink, it was over $5 which seemed high. They have food on the menu too but didn't try any. Didn't try the boba either. Decent place but not sure I will be rushing back. I have been coming to this store for a few months, and I like the drinks and the food (my favourite is the white mocha). The staff has been really a hit or miss. Either I get someone who is really nice, or someone that does not even acknowledge me nor seems to have been trained properly on customer service. Yesterday, I went to drive-thru to order, and at the moment of paying I was informed in a rude tone by manager Laura that as per policy they did not accept bills over 20. As I mentioned, I have been coming to this location for months and I have not heard of this policy. I understand that this may be a new policy, but she should have been nicer when providing me this information. As of now, I will be returning to Starbucks, where at least they smile when handing me my drinks. read more

If you are going to try one of the new refreshers, save your time and go to Starbucks instead. My best friend and I went to try their Dragonfruit refresher the other day and it literally tasted like nasty dirt water. We waited in line forever for it and it was so bad we had to toss them and we were super disappointed. I'm not sure if they were made incorrectly but will definitely not get it again. read more

We got the milk tea with boba and caramel frap with an add shot. The caramel frap was good, a little sweet even with the add shot so I'm assuming the original is really sweet. Milk tea was just okay. Wow here is what happens when a company doesn't maintain consistency of their product or train their new hires properly. After I wrote my review I had three bad experiences each time the employee mentioned that they had new hires. Quick question, so who is training the new hires? First time my large Thai tea with boba was watered down. Second time hardly any taste bobas were clump together like putty. Tonight I went back, Thai tea had flavor, I asked to make it sweeter and it was total opposite. It was unsweetened. You know what they say three strikes and you are out. It's a no brainer. Look at the well known franchises they are doing great thanks to: Consistency Quality Customer satisfaction Thank God I know how to make my own Thai tea with boba. First there were two girls laughing and yelling into the speaker while we tried to order and then when I got the smoothie it tasted like water with a hint of mango. Been coming here occasionally for several years since moving to Rialto, as it was one of the few Boba places a LA/SD transplant could find. Boba is generous, pricing is reasonable and staff are always friendly. They occasionally add more menu items but it's not so much that it's impossible to decide. It was delicious!!!!!!didn't order any food but it looked good. By the way, all their drinks are dairy FREE which is a huge plus for me and my lacrosse intolerance. The space looks good for studying. This is our go to place everytime we are down here, which is quite often. Always order the americano and the yogurt delight. I don't know what happen today the Americano was so watered down husband wasn't even able to enjoy it that he tossed it there goes that large. I always get the yogurt delight which is enough for him and I to share which is why I don't mind the $8 and some change. We'll ordered it today payed the $8 but half the bowl was empty it was literally enough for 1 small person like a kid small it was like I order the small 99 cent kid bowl and just put them in the huge bowl the delight comes in and still paid the $8, and not to mention the strawberries were brownish looked old and had a wierd taste. We have always been so happy coming here that we brought our son because I raved about it so much....huge disappointment won't be coming back. read more

I have been coming here for over 10 years & I have NEVER experienced anything like what I experienced tonight. I got there a little before closing time, and when the girl read my order back to me, it was correct. Although, when I got to the window and payed, I got my receipt and double checked it just in case. I noticed I was missing a double scoop. A different girl came to the register and I told her I was missing an ice cream and didn't get charged for it. She rolled her eyes and responded "We close at 9:30, I can't charge you for a new order." I told her I had 4 kids in the back, and one was going to be without ice cream. She giggled and said "Sorry". I asked to speak to a supervisor and she mentioned there wasn't one on site. So i requested to speak to the girl that took my order. Again, she rolled her eyes and closed the window on me. When they both came to the window, she opened the window and was speaking to the girl that took my order saying "Hey she's saying you didn't charge her for 2 ice creams" (and did an ugly annoyed face)!! I told her "No. I said I was missing a double scoop. So she closes the window on me and continues to talk to the girl. I honked and said "Can I at least get an extra cup? She continued to ignore me" This is unacceptable & she needs to get spoken to. I will be contacting corporate as well. Her name is Diana. DEAD FLY IN DRINK. I recently went to this location to bring some normalcy to life with everything going on. Anyway I bought two drinks and an ice cream drank the Thai tea and found a dead fly at the bottom of my drink stuck to the boba. Not only am I disgusted but my sister didn't finish her drink and i just threw out the ice cream. The drinks are $5.50 each so it is such a waste to have to throw it out.
