Not so impressed. Two girls were running both sides. The girl that was training was helping us and she had a major attitude. Drove 15 minutes out if our way bc I had to try this place. Glad we didn't try the ice cream like I wanted bc the hot chocolate was so terrible my boyfriend and I threw it out and went to the nearest starbucks. We are huge supporters of local businesses but this was just a huge disappointment. read more

Yummy milk tea and Thai tea! The flavor of the milk tea is amazing! But, sometimes the boba is a little more chewy than it should be. Either way, I still enjoy coming here. Great service, yummy drinks, equals a happy boba addict! read more

Ham and Swiss bagel was great! The Carmel frapponutzz and the Mango Madness smoothie were delicious but, the best part about this place is the staff. Every person we talked to was so friendly. Their drive thru service sucks!! Don't go through it or you'll be waiting a half an hour! Just went through there for a scoop of ice cream, paid for a scoop and got a kids scoop instead. I still can't believe I had to wait a half an hour!! Geez they need to either hire more people or hire more productive people, I am not going here anymore. Ice cream creations are delicious, disappointed they don't have strawberry anymore but you could always add in the toppings yourself. Coffee similar to McDonald's in regards to flavor. Facility is small not really a hang out spot, fiance and I normally do the drive-thru. Workers usually late teens, early 20's very polite. Does not compare to cold stone but is cheaper and a local business which we support. Pastries are pre-packaged, something you could get at a convinient store- don't bother. If you do arrived after 9:00pm the menu is very minimal. No creations or paninis after 9:00pm. read more

This place is awesome to hang out and get a drink of coffee, unlike Starbucks, this place always has seats available to sit with friends. The service is awesome. Baristas are always perky and friendly. Prices are lower than Starbucks too! Unfortunately this place has a high turn over rate which affects the quality of their drinks and boba :(.. I got a white chocolate latte that was great one day but bitter another day. I suggest you get to know your baristas and compliment them to their manager so that they get a raise or better hours in order for them to stick around! read more

This is my first visit. I'm not from the area and the teller at the bank next door mentioned they had a public restroom. I stopped in on a hot day to cool off, have a snack and catch up on some work using the free wifi. Before I ordered I went into the restroom. It wasn't very clean. I decided to look around and the entire place wasn't too clean and a little shabby. I saw they carry Bang for $2 which is a plus since it's my favorite focus/pre-workout drink. I ordered yogurt but they only have 2 flavors which aren't my favorite so I ordered a scoop of caramel coffee ice cream. The employee explained they make it there. I love the way it looks in their freezer. It was delicious. They were out of spoons so I was given a tiny taster spoon. How does running out of spoons happen? As I was sitting enjoying the ice cream using a teeny tiny spoon, a homeless man walked in and asked for change. I wonder how often that happens because the employees just watched him go around to each person asking for money but they said nothing. Next time I'm in town, I probably won't stay too long because I wasn't comfortable, but I will come back to buy Bang and ice cream. read more

The store was clean and my order was made right away. The owner Andy runs a great business and has a friendly staff. The best and freshest ice cream around!!! I love the employee by the name of Valerie!!!! She's so kind, friendly, and patient! Every time I go and she gets my ice cream she doesn't mix it with previous flavors on her board to mix my Oreo cookies in. When I go and she's not there I always get a flavor or two of ice cream from the board, which I hate! I loved coming here during my high school years. Always friendly and they have the best ice cream and milk tea. However, recently the workers are very forgetful. I came two different times and waited almost 20 minutes for a scoop of ice cream. Not sure how that's possible when there's plenty workers, no drive thru and a few people in the store. And most of those customers have their order. I love this place but I think I'm done coming here maybe I'll try the other location. read more

This is a review for the ice cream only. My favorite is the birthday sundae. It comes with your choice of ice cream which I choose birthday cake, brownie bits, and whip cream all in a waffle cone. I first got this sundae on my birthday, and was kinda bummed it didn't come with a candle like on there menu. The customer service has always been great, they are nice about samples which is a plus when you are with picky people. All the flavors are really vibrant which means you don't have to add a lot of toppings for taste. Yum! read more

Went for the first time today. Ordered and pulled up to the window. The owner was working the drive thru!! I was so impressed. He asked if it was my first time there. I told him yes. He ran to the back and gave me a free muffin with my drink. I will definitely be back just because of my first encounter with the business and the owner. Awesome place for hot or chilled coffee, delicious ice cream, and boba! I just stopped there for Bfast and got their turkey Panini. It's only $3 and it's so good. I think I'll be going there for my bfast runs before work every morning from now on. It was so good filled me up almost all day! I got a hot vanilla coffee NOT TOO SWEET NOT TOO EXPRESSO TASTING .... Very hard to find since most flavored coffee can either give me a headache or I can't taste the flavor cause the coffee is too overwhelming. Great place. Just a great place! I love coming here over Starbucks! The coffee is flavorful and strong and the staff is always so polite and attentive. My orders are never wrong and I'm in and out in a flash.The prices are affordable and they just added salads and healthy snacks to their menu! I recommend the grilled cheese panini with jalapeños on wheat bread! It's delicious and less than $3. read more

Slow/bad service since they Need 2-3 more workers!! They have 4 workers running both places plus the drive thru. Yes they have a drive thru. As I ordered, the girl who helped me was going back and forth since it was somewhat busy. She would walk away to look at the drive thru order screen as I ordered. She also got my order wrong. I ordered a tea with no boba. I got my tea with boba. I checked my receipt and no boba was charged though. Note that they charge 95 cents for boba here instead of your typical 50 cents. I did not say anything and took my tea with boba. Oh well. I'll give them a second chance though. The tea was good. read more

Last Saturday afternoon I went to your Coffee shop picked up a coffee through your drive-through Ordered two conchas Ordered white but you only had chocolate When I proceeded to pick up my order some guy and handed me my Chocolate conchas That were heated up I've never had a heated up Concha Then I found out the reason why you guys heated up those conchas because they were old and super hard I guess You guys thought I would not notice I almost broke my tooth on that bread.
