We went at 845pm and were told they will close lobby in 10 minutes. When we sat down with ice cream the girl cleaning lobby rudely told us we had to go. When we said we needed few more minutes, she said she had to clean and if we had a problem she could call management. This girl was extremely rude! Literally kicked out!! I hate to give a low rated review I come here all the time every morning to be exact. I get the same thing every time. The last two day I have come its been busy and I understand that when its busy it may take longer to get my order. But the fact that its taking 30 minutes to get my stuff is a bit extreme considering I'm the only person in the lobby...... If U are training someone u need to have coverage to pick up the slack. Very friendly. Got the boba Thai Tea BOMB! Also strawberry and vanilla ice cream is very good. They very clean with nice seating area to relax and enjoy. Elijah was the cashier and was very nice and helpful, great customer service, also Noelia was serving our ice cream and drinks very friendly as well. Everyone there was smiling and very helpful! The one downside is the portions are very very small compared to how they used to be. Other than that the ice cream is amazing quality and the workers are super friendly and kind! I have been a regular customer of this business for the last five years, ever since I began working at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, where I would feed my addiction at the carts they have available. Since leaving that employment I come to the foothill branch location for my caffeine needs. 95% of the time I get my large mocha on the rocks with an extra shot, which is hands down, by far, the best mocha on the rocks I have ever had. Honestly better tasting than coffee bean and Starbucks. 50% of the time I get a ham panini with jalapeños and haven't been disappointed yet. I have seen many baristas come and go at both the hospital location and this foothill location and can name a few baristas that have truly made my visits pleasurable. This time I'll name one, if you get so lucky to have a young lady named Kim serve you, know she's taking care of you. No complaints on any other barista though, they train new hires adequately. Also, I've met and spoke with both Andy and Christian many times, cool people, they have no problems talking with their customers. I will continue to be a regular customer for my caffeine needs at Coffee Nutzz. read more

Just had the worst experience ever here. We waited in the drive thru for over 40 mins and there was only 2 cars ahead of us. By the time we got to the window and payed the girl gave us all the complete wrong order and turns out she gave the car ahead of us our order. She said sorry but she clearly showed that she didn't care and she then took 10 mins to make 2 drinks and my smoothie wasn't even blended right and turned to liquid quick and by the time we got home our ice cream was nearly melted. I mean seriously?? Wait all that time for literally a waste. My dad doesn't even like Coffee Nutzz but I do and I'm usually satisfied but this was bullshit. read more

I gave coffee nuts so many chances but I always get my orders wrong when it comes to drinks, they are either wrong or way to sweet by the time I try them it I'm gone and don't want to return and do a second trip waste my gas. During this pandemic a lot of companies have take immense measures to prevent the spread of the COVID virus. Today at 9:20pm I was elated to make it into the driveway before closing. I ordered 1thai tea boba, 1 chai boba, 1 meximocha and 2 ice creams. So I arrive to the window and the cashier hands me a tray with 2 extra Thai drinks and no chai. So I automatically know she's made a mistake and tell her I ordered the chai, not Thai. She tells me that she knows I ordered the chai and she's making it right now. I'm like okay, so I'm looking at the tray and think maybe she heard me wrong and I've actually paid for the 3 Thai drinks. I grab the tray place it in my passenger seat. I'm looking at my receipt to check my order and she opens the window with the other two ladies in the back glaring at me, and says she has given me 2 extra Thai drinks meant for the car behind me and asks me to hand them back. Obviously I didn't take the tray knowing I was getting 2 extra drinks for free, so the fact that they treated me as such and then got the drinks back and handed them to the car behind me was really gross. Who knows if the simple exchange of drinks with someone not wearing gloves will cause the next person to get sick! Seriously could not believe it. Will not be back. Too many businesses not taking this pandemic seriously. read more

A hidden gem in plain sight. Had a berry smoothie, wife had a chai latte and the kid had a chocolate chip frappanutz milk based and the barista offered to not include coffee on it which was great! Dont need this kid having caffeine. The Chai was a perfect temperature, ready to drink but hot enough to cozy up on a cold night. The place is clean and the employees seem to enjoy being here. Plenty of choices in drinks and theres even an ice cream shop attached to it. Worth the drive and definitely coming back. read more

I have been here years ago and just stopped in on my way to work. There is a big selection. Coffee, ice cream and boba drinks. I went specifically for the boba drinks. I had a milk tea with boba. It was honestly just okay. If you love boba like me you will be left unsatisfied. The boba was chewy but they were small and sort of in pieces. My biggest issue is the price. I paid almost 5 dollars for a medium and it was a little cup. Not worth $5. read more

This is one of the best coffee & tea small businesses in the area. They offer a wide variety of drinks from coffee, teas, boba drinks, and smoothies. As well as tasty little sandwiches priced from .99 for a panini style grilled cheese (add jalapenos for a little more!) The shop also has a separate icecream side with a variety of flavors and toppings that is reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and keep a clean lobby. What's going on with this place ? I love Coffee Nutzz but foothill is starting to become my least favorite location . I go to the drive thru today @9:10pm . 20 minutes before they close and I was sitting out in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order . 3 minutes go by and NOTHING. I decide to wait a couple more seconds before I drive off and finally someone greets me saying " thank you for choosing coffee Nutzz " ... I happily drive off assuming they did not want my service in the first place so why order now ? As I drive off there is no other cars in the drive through , something is wrong here .... read more
