The staff is horrible there is no one ever I. The front . My son came in after his basketball game because he wanted some yogurt. When he put the car on sauce on it, he said it didn't taste right so we had my daughter try it and also me it didn't taste right. We let the staff member know who was in the back because they're never in the front. She got defensive and wants to go back-and-forth.. my son hadn't even ate the yogurt and less than 2 minute brought it back. This is our neighborhood Hill land so we've been we go there multiple times there's never any staff in the front but we don't trip off that but when you're going back-and-forth and we're telling you that something will taste right and then you're not even willing to to make it right that's a problem. We spent $12 on one yogurt and then didn't eat. It brought it back the same way that we got it and you want us to pay another amount for a new one a new yogurt. This place is always a mess when I come in! Today there was no one in the front I waited for an employee to come she didn't even greet me, all she said was "do you have a number". After I paid, she went straight to the back and came out only when another customer was ready to pay. I was there for about 15 minutes. I called the store and the associate apologized and offered a replacement. I offered to send photos and she said it's okay. She said the manager would follow up. Manager never followed up. I go in a week later to claim the replacement and was met with a rude associate named Angelina who was dismissive and condescending. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused and kept pointing to the air stating "text that number". After three attempts of me trying to figure out what she was referring to, I found the number and texted. The manager was also dismissive and inadvertently called me a liar stating "I probably called the wrong store". I gave her exact times, dates, and the phone number I called (which Angelina didn't even know btw). This place is trash! I have been to many many many Yogurt lands and by far this was the absolute worse. Yogurtland in South LA is 100 times nicer than this. I walked in 10 minutes before closing, and the place was an absolute disaster. The rap, trash music they were playing so loud you couldn't even hear yourself think. The yogurt machines were not calibrated properly. They didn't have the rings on them that make the shapes. One yogurt machine was just spitting yogurt all over the place. There were toppings all over the floors. I understand these girls probably had a very busy Saturday evening. I've had two incidents with this specific employee, so now writing a review. I used to go to the Yogurtland in North Fontana off of Summit. The employee in the picture gave me the wrong change, off a few bucks. Although I confronted her, I didn't escalate the situation and left. Tonight, I went to the Rialto location in the Renaissance Plaza. My total was $2.33, after applying a $5 coupon from my Yogurtland account. I gave her $20, walked away while counting my change, and before the next customer got run up, went back to tell the cashier that the change was off by $5. At that moment, I realized it was the same girl from the Fontana location. I told her she gave me the wrong change. Instead of dealing with my issue promptly, she proceeded to ring up the next person in line. Then, she said she had to deal with the line first, which lasted for about 10 minutes. At this point, I'm asking her what the hold up is. She explained that she has to look up my order. Hmmm.... wouldn't it be easier to deal with me first before letting all the customers in the last 10 mins be rung up, and then scroll through all those transitions? This made no sense! She expressed no urgency in helping me solve my problem. Another employee stepped in to try to figure out my issue. After blank stares back and forth between them, neither could figure out what went wrong. How do you "solve" the issue of wrong change by looking at a transaction? I don't know. After 30 minutes of arguing with them, I left (again) without anyone giving me my correct change back! I'm not sure what the scam is! How she's benefiting from this? Is the owner behind this? Yogurtland always hits the spot! No complaints there! However, we arrived at 1155 W Renaissance Pkwy, Ste 520, Rialto, CA 92376 location excited and ready to enjoy our yogurt. Employee Fatima was very rude! Our excitement for yogurt definitely disappointed! We were standing next to the cash register to ask for sample cups, and she came over to help the customer that was ready to pay. She clearly saw us standing there didn't acknowledge us at all, helped the customer and then walked away towards the back, without letting us know she will be right with us or ask if we needed anything. We waited some more, she came back to help the next customer that was ready to pay and AGAIN she ignored us. Not until I spoke up (which interrupted her conversation with the customer) to ask for sample. She didn't make eye contact, she spoke very low and said "one moment" finished with the customer, walked over to get 2 sample cup gave them to me (only me). When she clearly saw that there were two people standing there waiting for samples. She was about to walk away and my boyfriend stopped her to ask if he can have samples as well. Again she said "one moment" started helping the next customer in line, although she wasn't finished with us yet. She got the sample and gave it to my boyfriend (ONE). All in all, no good customer service, at all, she was giving us upset faces like she really didn't want to help us. The only reason we left happy is because we were looking forward on enjoying the yogurt. I failed to ask the girl the helped us when paying, but although we have less then 5min of time with her, you can tell she would've helped us with better attitude and customer service. I put too much hot sauce on my Mongolian BBQ lunch so my mouth was burning. I needed something dairy to cool it down so the frozen yogurt was the perfect solution. This is a DIY yogurt shop. I like to try different flavors in the same cup. The pistachio and mango flavors are really good! There are plenty of toppings to choose from. I usually get assorted fruit and mochi balls. The mochi remains soft and chewy in the frozen yogurt. The shop is clean, the food areas well maintained. There is a no weigh day on Wednesdays so I will return to check that out. read more

Sometimes the yogurt consistency isn't quite right--too icy, too soft, or just off. And while they usually have a good selection, there are times when the flavors don't hit like I'd hope. On busy weekends, it's not uncommon to see less-than-fresh strawberries or just an overall lack of cleanliness at the counter. Came here tonight with my family. The two girls working were both very friendly. The store was very clean. The toppings were well stocked. We sat inside to watch our yogurt and while there I observed the two employees cleaning the restrooms, politely interacting with other customers, and cleaning the toppings station. You can tell she was unhappy that we arrived so close to closing because she had a nasty, unhappy look on her face. Half of the toppings had lids on them so she was closing down early. When I opened one, she told me to get one of the spoons from the cup and said "please be careful" because she did t want me to make her do more work. We overall felt unwelcome. I was very disappointed when I went in today to treat my cousins. When I asked the staff if we can get new strawberries the response was these are fresh strawberries we just put them out. I asked her to look at the strawberries again because they look old and mushy and no one would want them. There is cross contamination with the toppings bar. The counters, machines, tables and floors are dirty. No cleaning is happening. The young ladies working are very abrasive and unprofessional. Same excellent quality product s d same diverse variety of flavors. However, as if my visit in August 30 2023 they have drastically reduced the size of their containers. On "no weigh Wednesday " there was only one size cups on the rack and filling it to the hilt for $7.99 for and snout was a rip off. I was there last week in August 23 and as usual filled up my cup (now known as the old cup) and felt the price was reasonable. Now not so much with the cup size change. Entirely new shopping plaza, and Yogurtland is making its mark, obviously new construction, so with that comes modern everything, new machines etc. I love the fact that Yogurtland is "pick your own " and "add your own toppings" unlike one of the original frozen yogurt places pinkberry (if they're even around anymore). Over 15 frozen yogurts to choose from and tons of toppings to choose from. Pack it up as much as you want or as little as you want, pricing is based on weight. I love Yogurt Land but this one is always so dirty when I come. Isn't it supposed to be a NEW location? It is our only Yogurt Land in Rialto and it's treated like they don't give a crap about it. Went in tonight at around 9:20 as soon as I open the door I wasn't greeted with a welcome I was greeted with "we only accept card" with attitude I'm guessing because they had already counted the till. At that moment I knew the girls weren't happy I was there that close to closing time. The chairs were already put away and two of the machines had two dirty buckets on them. The girl with the piercing on her nose just kept on looking at me serve my toppings making sure I didn't drop anything. I understand the girls want to close and go home early but they still had 40 minutes left to be open.
