There are two floors of seats and they have chairs and tables outdoors a little too. This location is by a subway station, bus station and by the ferry stop. Easy to get to by all modes of transportation. I got the deconstructed latte. Which is what it sounds like. They give you three glasses one is the espresso and one is the steamed milk and the third glass is the finish product. There is also a glass of water that comes with this to clean your palette I am sure, though I did not use it. There is also a small cookie that comes with it. I did not consume the cookie. I love their nitro jasmine green tea. Their specialty drinks are also a major hit for me. My standout is the sea salt caramel latte - it's an absolute flavor punch!!! I came on a weekday afternoon and there were some customers waiting for drinks, but there was almost no line. The interior is small and it's a little tricky to find a place to stand while you're waiting.
