Alas, to get a sip of the old favorites, now I have to drive across town instead of stop by after work. I am glad that I got my many trips here before the old guards died, and it's probably better for my hemoglobin A1c in the long run.

The shop itself is pretty tiny, so they only allow about 5-6 people inside at a time, and the line can form outside. That said, they have tons of outdoor seating and even some additional indoor seating right next door, so there's still plenty of space to enjoy your coffee. We ordered the Monster Latte and the passion fruit milk tea with golden boba, and both drinks were delicious. The Monster Latte was refreshing for a hot day, and the passion fruit milk tea had a nice balance of sweetness and tea flavor. The golden boba also had a great texture.
