I am beyond disappointed. I paid $225 plus tip for a HydraFacial that was barely a treatment. The technician completely ignored standard protocols. Instead of the continuous suction required to actually clean the skin, she used a useless "spot touch" method and avoided large areas of my face entirely. When I mentioned my skin was sensitive to manual extractions, she became fearful of the machine itself, taking multiple breaks and failing to perform the basic deep cleansing I came for. I left with the same clogged pores I walked in with. To make matters worse, I expressed these specific concerns to the manager, who completely ignored me. It is insulting to charge premium prices for subpar work and then refuse to acknowledge a long-term customer's feedback. If you want a real HydraFacial and professional management, go elsewhere. Nordstrom Spa has clearly lost its standards.

I finally got up to use the restroom and jokingly asked the staff if I had been forgotten. The response I received was, "Um, no... we have other appointments today too." Not exactly reassuring. I was finally taken back around 1:15... a full 30 minutes late. The massage itself was genuinely the worst I've ever had. I honestly don't know what the therapist was doing. It felt rushed, disorganized, and I walked out with shoulder and back pain. The therapist then hurried me out of the room, and when I checked my phone, I realized my "90-minute" massage lasted only 60 minutes. I mentioned this to the front desk, and the response I got was, "Oh, I'll tell her," with absolutely no concern for customer experience or satisfaction. I will never be back. As someone who spends a significant amount of money with Icon every year, this was a huge let down and not consistent with the costumer service Nordstrom is known for.

One special thing to note is if you book a service that's at least an hour, you receive a complimentary foot soak as long if you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This was a nice touch. When I arrived, Cristina, from the front desk walked me to their quiet room, which has the ultimate relaxation vibes. She was amazing! She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed.
