They bagged and saved it for me, and the lady that helped me, Rebeca, was a sweetheart! The manager replied promptly to my texts and advised me to go see her when she got there. I had already considered the clothes a loss, and was pretty sad about it. It's great to have a nice surprise in life, my clothes being there definitely was! The laundry machines are always broken and they don't have the decency to put a sign, because I go and put in my clothes and coins and then the machines don't start. There is a phone number you are supposed to call for help but they never answer and the only time they answered, the owner lady was extremely rude. I decided to forget getting my money back, $6 and $4 are really not worth arguing for. But now on I prefer driving further and going to a different mat.

I'm convinced the same washers and dryers I used 35 years ago are still in use - barely. More than half the dryers on the north wall are tagged due to some issue, and several on the south wall don't work, either. Two of the washers I used leaked onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard. I've seen cockroaches during previous visits, but not this time. This place needs modernization and a thorough cleaning.
