Every year (for my birthday), I stop by a Cold Stone Creamery to get a container of my favorite ice cream (Sweet Cream). The lady that took my order (sorry didn't get her name but she said she was from Turkey ) provided fantastic and friendly service. She was so happy and enthusiastic that it made my day. Came in this afternoon. This review is for the pricing. The employee there was so friendly and patient, Very nice. I ordered one plain coffee scoop, no blending or toppings. One strawberry with 3 topping. Both waffle cones. 2 ice cream in waffle cone. Total was $24 and change, so $25 for two single scoop. The coffee ice cream had no coffee flavor, just overly sweet. I went here the other night anticipating to get a brownie Sunday and every time I go to a cold stone the employee acts like they don't know what a brownie Sunday js for some reason. And I order the pick three to make my own brownie Sunday and then it says additional topping are extra? So I get my brownie Sunday and it's a heated up brownie on the bottom, an ice cream scoop and nuts for 11$. I don't understand that. The staff does not wear masks contrary to what is noted on this Yelp page nor do the staff wear gloves. One lady was wearing gloves while the other was not. The business is tiny. There is barely room to move around. Since there is no seating available inside, they should really have a few tables outside. The other businesses to the left and right of them don't have outdoor seating, but it's less of an issue since those places have indoor seating. The Coldstone experience left customers feeling chilly. I had to eat mine in my car while I saw a family with 2 small children sitting on the ground/curb because there was nowhere to sit. First and last time at this Cold Stone location. With so many other choices, it's not worth the $8 for a small cup. It's a small and dark shop and looks cluttered in design and the way things are displayed. Purchased two limited time Barbie ice cream, strawberry one, and chocolate fudge one (total of 4). All of us decided to get our ice cream in cups. Thank goodness we did, because it was literally melting the moment it was removed from freezer display area to me folded/mixed together. Service was nothing to rave about. It was lacking to be honest. Marketing sign said try a sample yet they told us no samples when you ask for a sample lol okkk. (Then don't have marketing up that says try a sample!) Completely contradicting! We had to ask for lids, napkins, spoons, and a to go bag. The young lady that helped us was not pleasant and made the transaction of choosing our flavors awkward from start to finish. The payment option was my pet peeve--- when I paid with my card, it asked/prompted me to tip FIRST. Maybe if service was better then absolutely, but it wasn't. Ridiculous. No small tables or seats to sit and eat ice cream like some other places. They clearly didn't want you lingering around or even care about your ice cream eating experience. The moment we got our ice cream, it was melting down the sides of the cup quickly and especially in summer heat (can't imagine cones and the mess that makes). I saw people randomly standing outside desperately eating before their dreams melted away. We barely made it to the park nearby to eat and by then it was a sticky, watery mess. The only positive was that the Barbie cotton candy flavor was pretty good even though the presentation was lacking. Don't expect it to look anything like the marketing or other people's Barbie experience. You'll be thoroughly disappointed. Nephew just passed his driving test and as a treat he wanted cold stone. Initially everything was good the young man that took care of my nephew was polite. The young lady who took care of me was also polite and asked what I wanted told her my order, while she was making my order she asked if there would be anything else so I order another like it size ice cream. She then proceeds to add the scoop of the new ice cream to my already made one. I was busy talking to my nephew and didn't notice until I got to my car and he said something to me. This is his favorite spot to go for ice cream but this place has gone down hill dramatically over the summer, from the chatty teenage girls that are either too busy gossiping about their plans or flirting with customers. Cold Stone is a brand that everybody should always trust it should be consistent. It should be predictable. However, the employee that helped me was either new or didn't care about doing a good job. My order was poorly mixed. There was three of us and all three of us had very poorly mixed orders. It was disappointing. For $35 somebody should've done a better job. I'm a globetrotter n have had gelato in every city in Italy and glaces in every corner in Paris, their milk shake is the best 5 stars, nobody came close. Their ice cream is also amazing the only thing is it could be less creamy. In Italy their gelato is less creamy between ice cream n sorbetto but over all it's authentic n fresh. Their rewards program is the best, today we had by 1 get 1 free! Often we get $5 off, the most generous program!. I'm frankly surprised why they're rated only 3 stars. We LOVE Cold Stone Creamery! Their flavors and how you can mix to create what you want is the best part! We order all our birthday and celebration cakes specially at this location. We find they are far superior in service than any other! It's not just a one time, by chance experience. We've been to out of state, in county, out of county and no other locations give us the care, quality and superior designs in the cakes they create. Today, I placed an order for a very last minute request, hoping they would say yea to same day custom cake. Any one who has ordered ice cream cakes probably has been told it takes 24 hours minimum. To my surprise, they said yes to the ask AND gave me an early time of completion. They also followed up with a call to let me know the cake was ready at our leisure. I'm beyond impressed! They make the custom order a "piece of cake". No crazy up charges, fast service and quality! We showed up, gave our name and walked out in 2 minutes! Ordered a cake for my brothers birthday. We spent $85 for a cake and they didn't write on it the first time. We realized when we got home and they didn't put any writing so we came back and we were given attitude. We were told that we never put writing on the cake when we ordered as well as them giving me a call this morning about it. I never got a phone call. When we got the cake the writing was very messy and in the wrong color. We have gotten a cake from this location for about 18 years and we have never been so disappointed in the service. Furthermore they said they didn't have a cake cutter when we have gotten one other times when ordering a cake.
