Came here with my parents on a Thursday evening around 830pm. I used to go for frozen yogurt all the time when I was younger, but rarely do anymore. I had a birthday reward I wanted to redeem. MY 9.9oz self-serve yogurt cup rang up to $8.02 and I fortunately only had to pay $3.02 out of pocket with the $5 birthday reward! I thought it was pretty good, and there was a good variety selection of flavors, the yogurt itself was good too, and I liked the cute Toy Story cup - althought they were asking for way too much to earn one of the Toy Story keychains, not worth it. Service - well its self-serve frozen yogurt. All they really had to do was ring up the yogurt, give us the spoons, and the key to the restroom. Hard to screw that up. Ambiance - like any other Yogurtland, clean and should have plenty of chairs and tables inside. I do also like the conveninent location of this one in this plaza with Trader Joe's and Bath & Body Works, my grandma also lives at the senior apartments right across the street, and the beach isn't that far away. I've been a FroYo fan since the Pinkberry Golden-Spoon, Penguins...glory days. I like to pretend it helps manage my ice-cream addiction since it's technically healthier than full-fat ice cream loaded with nuts, candy, and cookies smashed into submission. I've also been a Yogurtland loyalist dating back to the Korean-owner founder days. I've heard nothing but great stories from that era - great guy. But now fully corporate and, surprise, pricier. These days, a full cup with toppings will run you a Hamilton ($10). Bring the family of five and you're down a Grant ($50) before anyone's even finished swirling. That said, I still enjoy Yogurtland. It's fun to customize a bowl... right before topping it with caramel, candies, cookies and Magic Shell. Is it actually healthy? Probably not. Is it healthier? Been here a handful of times, always refreshing x2, considering the location and the goods provided.. My most recent visit was at the end of February for their 20 year celebration. I met the owner of this location that day, she is awesome! Very friendly, hooked me up with the free 8 ounce promo. She runs the show with only the customer in mind.. The employees from previous visits have always been welcoming and keep the store clean. Never had an issue with toppings, the bar is always fully loaded. I rarely find a down machine here, that's a nice attribute that other locations may suffer from. read more

I visited Yogurtland on a Friday evening with my children. We had purchased a fundraiser card from a local school that offers the first 3 oz free. When I attempted to use the card, the cashier made us wait over 10 minutes before charging us, stating she could not accept the coupon because she had never seen it before. She then called another employee from the back, who explained that the register did not have a button to apply the promotion. However, the discount could have been easily calculated by deducting the 3 oz manually. Instead, he offered only a 10% discount, which amounted to $1.13, rather than honoring the fundraiser card. He also wanted to refuse the card which I felt was very unfair. During this time, our frozen yogurt was melting while they attempted to determine how to process the coupon. The experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially given that this was a school fundraiser promotion. I expected better customer service and a reasonable effort to honor the coupon as advertised. read more

Terrible customer service I got kicked out for no reason and I was trying to buy ice cream

We love yogurtland, especially on a hot day which today ended up being. I brought my girls in for a little mommy daughter date and we dug right into our selections. The inside was spacious and had plenty of seats available, as well as outdoor seating. Tables could definitely use a wipe down, and we didn't see any staff the entire time except when a girl came out for us to pay. I would have bumped it up to five stars if we had been greeted, and if we had been offered a small cup to sample flavors prior to committing. Overall my girls still enjoyed their selections including various topping that they added to their yogurt cups. We will be back and are hopeful it's another tasty experience. read more

Went here to try the White Elephant handle because I was curious on the mystery flavor and wanted to enter their Instagram promotion. I'm glad I did it because it was fun to try something that I have no idea what flavor it was exactly. I came as soon as they were open so the place was spotless and the cashier was super friendly. I also like to get the different spoons, this time I got a holiday red gift spoon, just perfect for the holidays. My wife and I were craving some frozen yogurt on a hot Labor Day afternoon shopping at Five Points in HB. Rarely treat ourselves at Yogurtland due to the high price (79 cents per ounce adds up VERY quickly!) but we do enjoy the icy dessert on occasion. The young female employee manning the counter seemed somewhat bored and lackadaisical about her job, based on my interactions with her and her curt replies to my questions. Also, I assume she was managing the whole operation by herself since she would vanish into the back room several times and leave the counter area unmanned. Come in around 5 today !!!! It's dirty and run out of strawberry flavor. Upon checking out cashier wasn't friendly at all, I mentioned that they run out of strawberry and the counter was dirty and I don't even think she heard me, she is pre occupied with something else. No it wasn't busy and the toppings where very low need to refill. But just disappointed. We where there until 5:36pm, left the same..... no one has clean the counter l. We often come here and it's always clean, maybe just the cashier and the other person on duty around this time needs more training. This is my favorite Yogurtland location. Not only because is the closest to our house but their yogurt is always good and topping is fresh. We been to others locations and sometime the yogurt is too runny or has a weird taste to it like it might be spoiled? I don't why but this is the only locations that never had this issues. read more

Wooohoo, they're open again but for health precaustion they have the workers serve you. We have been there several time since then and the process works pretty smooth and quick. Hillary (i think that's what was on her name tag) is always so helpful. Today was apparently free 8oz day & there was line out the door...Hilary was the only worker there and she did a fantastic job managing the amount of people in the store, serving each guest, and checking us out in a efficient manner. She was sweet & patient with the indecisive & complicated customers too. She definitely deserves "employee of the month." read more

I have a weakness for frozen yogurt! After dinner, I really wanted a light but delicious dessert and I stumbled upon this place on my walk back to my hotel. There were many flavor options to choose from and all you do is pick up your size of cup and walk up to your favorite flavor and add as much yogurt you want into your cup. Then you go to the topping section and add all your favorite toppings on your frozen yogurt. I decided to choose 3 flavors which were cheesecake, chocolate, and vanilla. The flavors blended nicely together and was so good. I also added toppings and a ton of hot fudge! There's no way you can finish your frozen yogurt without some delicious hot fudge. I finished my treat in minutes because it was so good that I didn't have the patience to eat it slowly. This location is not a BAD location, I went last night with my aunt and her service dog, as we walked in everything was fine until it seemed the workers felt a certain way that we bought her dog in. Granted before they knew he was a service dog the woman who was working that night shift was repeatedly telling me that dogs are not allowed in the facility until i told her he was a service animal. Even though she knew she didn't want him near the yogurt and I understand and stood off to the side with him as my aunt had to get our yogurt. The only odd thing that made us uncomfortable was how I told her he was a service animal and she said she would be right back and went in the back and was gone for about 10 minutes and than came back saying it was ok he could go near the yogurt....granted my aunt already got us our cups and we were about to pay anyways. Both workers made a uncomfortable setting aswell as the gentleman who was also working at the front I believe he had called her in because she came from being outside . Of course we showed respect and understood there rules but I didn't appreciate how even though I said he was service animal they still felt a certain way. We ended up eating outside because I for certain didn't want to make anyone uncomfortable. He didn't have his vest on so I can assume why they thought he wasn't service but It would be appreciated if we weren't treated a bit differently all because my aunt has a service dog for her needs...Yogurt and everything was still a plus but this is the second encounter I have dealt with at this location. Omg what a difference 2 years made, last month I had Yogurtland near Vegas n was shocked it had amazing new tastes, flavors, tropical fruits such as dragon fruit hibiscus tangerine and mango. Wow I had no idea yogurtland was serving cold brews. We had just left Starbucks because it was taking forever to get an order in and came across their window ad showing new cold brews. They're only 2.49 and you can even put as many toppings as you'd like. Just like their yogurt cups! I took it easy on mine since I didn't want to over due it. The coffee flavor was on point! I added whip cream and vanilla wafers. I definitely recommend one of these if you don't want to wait in those Starbucks lines and want to add some Oreos or boba to your cold brew. read more
