This is a great place to pull up with a laptop or a book and get some reading or work in. Really loved how big the space was and the quality of the drinks was great. I was the only person in line but they did a great job of explaining some of the drinks and components as well as bringing the food to you rather than standing and waiting for it and carrying it out. The service was good and overall I highly suggest this place. One thing I will note is the background music is louder, so bring those noise cancelling headphones. Can't wait to head back to try other drinks and just sit and enjoy the space.

Haraz Coffee House opened a month ago next to Soo Ja Fusion Bistro. They are a Yemeni coffee chain from Dearborn, Mi. Coffee beans sourced from Haraz mountains in Yemen. Big, Luxurious, cavernous space with upscale decor, subtle Yemen background music. Short line which moved diligently fast. Placed order. Due to special prep. time, it took 20 minutes. Offerings (Yemen+): traditional Yemen drinks, espressos, coffee+, frappes, refreshers, pastries, matcha... Sips: Saudi (8) 12 oz. Black. Came very hot. -llght roast blend, finely grounded. Elaborate process required longer prep. time. -has cardamon & saffron subtle notes. Not bold flavor. More like earthy, husky. Has resemblance to Qishr drink I had elsewhere.

The food and coffee were excellent! Huge location great for doing some work while you enjoy their coffee and treats. The servers bring everything to you if you dine in. Definitely will be back soon!

What a great find! My friend and I came here during the soft launch and it was so fun! Decor is so gorgeous and their gold accents are impeccable. Coffee was great too and pastries were delicious! I want to come back and try their iced coffees!

What a beautiful space! Thank goodness for another large Yemeni coffee house in Fremont. This one is beautifully decorated: cream/wood/brass accents throughout. Clean lines. Lots and lots of seating AND tons of space in between. Both small and mega large tables. Perfect for socializing and working. The pastries are delightful. They offer some of the more well known Yemeni desserts: honeycomb, milk cakes, cheesecake style desserts, but also more savory pastries like beef sambosa, spinach feta, olive tomato as well. Definitely, well rounded options to choose from here. The beverages here are also vast: Yemeni specialties like adeni and mufawar, ingredients like pistachio and saffron, and regular coffee choices like espresso and latte. Matcha lovers rejoice as they do have a vast menu as well. Thank you, Haraz for joining our neighborhood! I will definitely be back.

I'd like to start this off by saying the staff here are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. I had my daughter with me today, and one of the employees asked if she'd like to try a strawberry lemonade. That small gesture really won me over, and I'm so glad we decided to stop by. The inside of the café is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. It has an open layout that makes it a great place to relax and enjoy your coffee. I ordered the Meleki (less sweet) along with the leek pastry. That pastry was an easy 10/10 and completely wowed me. It had a warm, flaky crust with a rich, creamy leek filling. I'd honestly come back just for that. The coffee was good and a little different from what I'm used to. It was bolder with a slight bitterness, which I actually enjoyed since I like trying new flavors. It was served piping hot, so be careful. My daughter also had a warm chocolate chip cookie, and that was excellent as well. Thank you again to everyone at Haraz for the outstanding hospitality. Great service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.

Very solid coffee shop with ample options for caffeine lovers and the caffeine-intolerant alike, plentiful seating, and lovely ambiance! One of the (many) nice things about the upcrop in Yemeni coffee shops in the Bay Area is that you can compare them to each other and have a prior frame of reference. So having tried various places' adeni chai, I really enjoyed the adeni chai here! It had a really strong cardamon taste and was very flavorful. The strawberry matcha was also really good. They have a decent selection of caffeine-free options like smoothies, fruit refreshers, and lemonade. For my friend who can't tolerate much sugar, they were really accommodating in discussing and adjusting the sweetness in the hibiscus drink. Service was generally good. I stood in front of the register for a bit (maybe 20 seconds) and finally had to get the barista's attention (even though they were also standing right there). That was the only less-than-ideal interaction. We ordered 4 drinks total and they brought 3 of them to our table. For the other drink they rang our buzzer. At 8pm on a weeknight, there were multiple groups of people, some studying. No issues getting a seat since there's so much seating. The noise level was initially pretty quiet until a couple larger parties arrived. Even then, you could probably still study with that level of noise/activity. I'll probably hole up here at some point to do work. Bonus optional music discussion: I really enjoyed the music for the 2+ hours I was sitting in the coffee shop. They were playing actual Arabic music, and it was a mix of Yemeni / Gulf as well other regions (e.g. they played Sherine at some point). I hope they keep it up!

Another Yemeni cafe has landed in Fremont. So far, I went to two of them and now it's this one. Just like many Yemeni cafes, they do a good job in decorating the restaurant with the way they set up the furniture as well as their choices of decorations. Right now it's a soft opening. So I expected for this cafe to perform well based on my past experiences from other Yemeni cafes. This cafe is slightly different since they do offer common bakery items like croissants and eclairs. At the same time, they seem to not have everything displayed on the display bar since it's still soft opening I believe. I ordered Iced Adeni and asked it for here, but they put it in a "to go" cup. I'm not really going to make a big deal out of it but they probably don't have glasses yet. The drink isn't too sweet. They did tell me that they do add foam, which is not usually what I prefer since it does take up liquid volume. However, it's not really bad though and sometimes I like having foam. I didn't get anything to eat yet, but I will in the future. Honestly, I do know that there's more to come in here!

Very peaceful and calming atmosphere. Arrived in the morning where most of the patrons are crowded around the edges of the coffee house (where the outlets are), so there was plenty of free central seating. The interior has a ton of big windows so the inside is well illuminated with natural lighting. The WiFi speed was also pretty good, around 150 Mbps as of this writing. Ordered the Haraz Latte and a Bee Bite. The latte was an appropriate level of sweetness with a vibrant cardamom flavor. The breading of the bee bite was soft and fluffy, and also a little crispy after it had been toasted. But it was also dryer than I'd have liked, and there was less cream cheese on the inside that it was barely noticeable at times. Overall seems like a wonderful new work/study spot with nice drinks and good pastries.

So elated to have a new cafe in town and so close to home. The friendliness of the staff was welcoming so you have my support already (just for that). The interior is so open and well designed. The tall ceilings and sophisticated lighting fixtures make the space feel open and embraces you as you walk in. It wasnt crowded at all when I walked in; but there were definitely a handful of guests there. Perhaps the open design helps - so you wont feel suffocated if it does become crowded. The drink I ordered was the Iced Haraz (made with milk, spices, honey and espresso). So creamy, flavorful and subtly indulgent. Would definitely order this again. Grabbed a slice of the Chocolate decadence to go and it was delicious. Reminds me of a kinder egg in cake form. Great cafe! I'll be back soon

The staff are welcoming and friendly! The cafe has plenty of tables and space to chat and study. It's perfect for a couple hours of working or studying or a little get together. The entire place looks serene and modern. Pastries - AMAZING . Got the honeycomb bread for the first time ever and I'm addicted! The pistachio ricotta cake is good too! I tried the Jubani (after recommendation from the cashier) and it was pleasantly fragrant and warm! You can adjust your sweetness on your drink and they have alternative milk options. Come support this new business in town!
