I always enjoy stopping by Paris Baguette for a drink and a sweet treat. Especially now that fall is here, I was excited to see their seasonal favorites like pumpkin spice lattes, caramel apple drinks, ciders, and other fall-inspired treats. When I saw the $3 drink promotion, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to try one of their new seasonal drinks without spending too much. I ended up trying the Iced Pumpkin Oatmilk Latte, and I really enjoyed it! It was refreshing, smooth, and not overly sweet--just the right amount of pumpkin flavor for fall. Absolutely terrible and unacceptable service! We pre-ordered a birthday cake TWO DAYS in advance, but when we showed up to pick it up, they told us it was OUT OF STOCK. Then what exactly is the point of taking a pre-order?! What makes me even more angry is that NO ONE contacted us beforehand -- no phone call, no voicemail, no text, NOTHING. We only found out after we arrived to pick it up. This was a BIRTHDAY CAKE that we were counting on for a special occasion, not some random item we could simply come back for another day. If you can't fulfill a pre-order, the very least you can do is notify the customer in advance so they have time to make other arrangements. Instead, they wasted our time and left us scrambling for a birthday cake at the last minute. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Completely unprofessional way to handle a pre-order. Very standard Paris Baguette, but nothing outwardly bad or alarming as mentioned in other reviews. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing time and was pleasantly surprised that they still had a decent cake selection. I ordered the mango coconut cake slice. It was perfectly sweet and there was just the right amount of moisture in the frosting to share with the cake itself. The fruit weren't mushy, as some display cakes can have mushy fruit, and they were a bit tart so it really gave the cake a nice refreshing bite. I was hoping to eat inside the cafe but the chairs and tables were already up and cleaned, which is fairly reasonable for 30 minutes before closing. read more

This is a Korean bakery with nice fresh cream cake and bread . It is modern and food are delicious and nice presented . Coffee is just ok . The other juice or fruit tea are average . Their fresh cream cakes are pricey but vert tasty . Blueberry saffron cake and Strawberry chocolate cake are my favorite. Today we got the Tiramisu cake for a birthday. It has a great flavor and nice presentation but it tasted more like a fresh cream cake and not much tiramisu in it . The pasty and sandwiches have many choice and most taste great! I ordered a birthday cake yesterday to be picked up today. This morning I noticed the ordered was canceled without notification. When questioned why? Manager said it was done by mistake, but also say they called twice and no one answered they left voicemails ... I did not receive any calls or voicemails regarding the cancellation. I enjoy the food and the overall concept, but the customer service I received this time was honestly very disappointing. The staff was rude, dismissive, and unfriendly, with an attitude that simply does not belong in a customer service environment. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but when you work with the public, basic courtesy and respect should be a given. It's a shame because this is a place I genuinely like and would normally be happy to return to. Unfortunately, experiences like this make you think twice. Still blessed to have a PB-Paris Baguette location here. I always get a positive experience during each visit and pick non-busy hours/days into the week. Place looks decent. Tiny cafe/bakery, but very convenient, fast, and friendly if you want to buy cakes, pastries & beverages. It always seem crowded inside at times, but staffs are friendly and helpful. I wish they had a much bigger retail space because it would be the perfect spot for most people to hang out bakery/cafe style. People tend to go over to next door's coffee shop more. Traffic in the parking lot near 99 Ranch is usually congested. Paris Baguette keeps everything organized. Good feeling as usual. $49.99 for the largest cake, Tropical Mango Coconut Cake size 8-Inches. Expect similar prices at Tous Les Jours too. Whole cakes aren't cheap in price these days. I come here because the cake size usually looks a big bigger compared to others. You might find another location that is a little cheaper sometimes, but for convenience, this place is good. Delicious. We rarely buy this cake, so we decided to try it this year. Not too bad, but note, those fresh mango chunks and slices inside the cake may be a bit difficult to cut apart. I wish the fruits was softer and easier to slice through. Cake texture is fluffy and light with a cloud cake taste. Cashier was doing a great job packing it into the box for me. But today I was quite upset because of the service of the clerk (Selina S), when I brought my daughter to buy her birthday cake. There were some cakes and only one blueberry (chiffon) cake at the moment. After confirming that's all they had, I said, "can I have the blueberry one?" The clerk said: "The yogurt or chiffon?" TLDR: good service, limited products available in early morning I've been here a few times in the early morning, so I'm not sure if I could vouch for the rest of the business hours. This locations is mich smaller than others, however the staff have always been extremely nice and efficient. The full availability of baked goods doesn't seem to be set up until closer to 8am, but I would still say theres a decent spread (~50% and mostly less sweet baked goods) available around 7am. I noticed the customers in the morning also seem to be nicer too. Maybe it's because of the cordial customer service. Maybe I just came on the right day. You can't beat the easy access off the main highway artery. You can easily run in grab a few items for your coworkers and go! All the pastries are easily five stars. Anytime I have out of town business guests I stop here first. The chocolate croissants are always a hit. My disappointment is that the inventory is so limited at the start of the morning when I need them the most. Some items even feel that they are yesterday's leftovers. We asked the pastries to be toasted, staffs were very friendly. We ordered two matcha latte. It was sweetened. I had their matcha latte before and it unsweetened. Without tasting it first, I added my usual, one pack of brown sugar to the latte, and it was too sweet. I had a few sips from the cup and it was way too sweet for my taste. This is a nice coffee shop/lunch spot on the corner of Warm Springs and Mission Blvd. There's a few tables inside and several tables outside along the side of the building. I came here on a Friday at lunchtime and most of the tables were filled. It's my first time here, but the instructions are pretty clear. You take a tray and a pair of tongs, and help yourself to the self-serve items on display. There are tarts, mochi donuts, tons of different buns, fruit pastries, etc. There's also a section for savory lunch items, like premade sandwiches. Finally, there's a large section for their specialty cakes, whole or by the slice. Everything looked so tempting it was hard to pick just a few items. I end up picking a few items, including some mochi donuts, fruit pastries, and a few cake slices for a dinner I was attending. I didn't get to try all the items, but everyone enjoyed what they had. I tried the coconut mango cake tart, and it's just ok. The mango didn't have much flavor, but I enjoyed the coconut cream. I also thought their prices were kinda high for a small slice of cake (most over $7), but they were beautifully made. I'll probably be back to try some of their specialty cakes. read more
