This is a Korean bakery with nice fresh cream cake and bread . It is modern and food are delicious and nice presented . Coffee is just ok . The other juice or fruit tea are average . Their fresh cream cakes are pricey but vert tasty . Blueberry saffron cake and Strawberry chocolate cake are my favorite. Today we got the Tiramisu cake for a birthday. It has a great flavor and nice presentation but it tasted more like a fresh cream cake and not much tiramisu in it . The pasty and sandwiches have many choice and most taste great! It is worth a visit if you have not been to one.

It was pretty empty on a Sunday night but there were still plenty of pastries and cakes. I got the New York style cheesecake and it's a typical cheesecake.

Still blessed to have a PB-Paris Baguette location here. I always get a positive experience during each visit and pick non-busy hours/days into the week. Place looks decent. Tiny cafe/bakery, but very convenient, fast, and friendly if you want to buy cakes, pastries & beverages. It always seem crowded inside at times, but staffs are friendly and helpful. I wish they had a much bigger retail space because it would be the perfect spot for most people to hang out bakery/cafe style. People tend to go over to next door's coffee shop more. Traffic in the parking lot near 99 Ranch is usually congested. Paris Baguette keeps everything organized. Good feeling as usual. $49.99 for the largest cake, Tropical Mango Coconut Cake size 8-Inches. Expect similar prices at Tous Les Jours too. Whole cakes aren't cheap in price these days. I come here because the cake size usually looks a big bigger compared to others. You might find another location that is a little cheaper sometimes, but for convenience, this place is good. Delicious. We rarely buy this cake, so we decided to try it this year. Not too bad, but note, those fresh mango chunks and slices inside the cake may be a bit difficult to cut apart. I wish the fruits was softer and easier to slice through. Cake texture is fluffy and light with a cloud cake taste. Cashier was doing a great job packing it into the box for me. Overall, I'm always feeling happy and excited to pick up a whole cake or sliced cake from here. Happy.

Smaller size low calorie options are available. This is great for a little snacking without the calorie guilt. Small strawberry lemon croissant is only 120 calories.

I stop by Paris Baguette a couple times a week on my way to work and I love it. The store is warm and inviting. The staff always have a smile and are polite and very helpful. I love their selection of pastries both sweet and savory. I'm partial to the cronut with lemon They have a nice selection of cakes as well. I look forward to continually coming back.

The Korean Milk Tea was really good and not too sweet. One tip on the pastries is to have them heat them up! Overall great spot and nice variety of pastries to choose from.

I used to come here twice a week to buy snacks, but my experience today really disappointed me. My son and I saw a fly land on and sit on one of the snacks. I asked the cashier to throw it away, but instead she removed it and placed it on the counter. I'm concerned it might be put back out for sale. Food safety should be taken more seriously.

Coffee not bad. 1 out of 4 times the cappuccino machine was not working! Come on! As a business, buy a better system or have an extra as backup. Today. There is a trainee apprentice at the cash register! Every button she pushes needs to ask the manager or senior cashier. The trainer was absent in the back room. Took 15 minutes to enter an order. Please have the trainer next to her while she's in training! Terrible management. 30 minutes wait for 6 cups!!!

Always nice and friendly! Very tasty pastries! Good music playing. Daughter loves it here

I love when it takes 5 minutes to find parking at the busiest shopping center and then I walk into a place and they don't greet you and you have no idea where ur supposed to stand to order a drink . So after standing behind ppl waiting for a cake for 10 minutes, the person behind me told me to just go directly to the cashier. Mind you, 4 people are working behind the counter Made eye contact with them holding nothing in my hands, and they just ignored me. as a former barista/server, i feel like its the bare minimum to say Hi we'll be with you in a minute or Are you picking up an order bro something!!! So service sucks here. Anyways I'm trying to boycott starbucks and still get my pumpkin spice fix. I decided to try the pumpkin pie cold brew. Genuinely tastes like drinking urine. Soooo watered down. The drink looks nothing like the picture!! I asked the worker if she got my drink wrong cuz its genuinely looked crazy. My expectations were high I admit, from the pics online I thought it would be like the starbucks one with sweet cream cold foam. It's not. The "sweet cream" is just whipped cream floating on top of dirt water. Barista tells me to shake it. Girl you have those long spoons couldn't u at least mix the syrups or something The description says they use pumpkin puree-WHERE?!?? can't even taste a hint of pumpkin I tried this exact drink at the other fremont location last year and it was so good, literally you could taste the pumpkin puree, AND it looked like the picture. Im so confused like did they change the recipe, was it the baristas at this location, or paris baguette has gone downhill a LOT ‍ Idk if imma give it another chance at the other location...

There's no seating area inside the bakery, but there are some tables outside next to a water fountain. Of the times that I've been there, it's mostly empty and clean, and the trash bins are not overflowing. The donuts are absolutely delicious. The brioche donut is soft but holds the fillings in well. There's also a bit of crunch from the sugar on the outside of the donut. There's an ample amount of filling, so you get to taste the flavors. So far, my favorites are Irish cream, lemon blueberry, and banana cream. It is a bit messy to eat, so have napkins and a small plate to catch any sugar or filling that may fall out when you bite into it. We had their chocolate chip cookie. It looked like a big mound of baked dough. Overall, it was okay. I would easily skip this for the donuts instead. I haven't tried their coffees, but my daughter loves the hot chocolate, and I have been enjoying their calamansi juice. It's nice and tart, not too sweet. I have seen some savory options but have not tried them. I will be back to explore the menu.

Husband called them around 11am and they said they were in the middle of making their strawberry cakes so they could add our order in for a same day pickup at 4pm. Pickup went well and the cake was so cute and it tasted great! Like the Chinese bakery strawberry cream cake with a moist sponge cake; not too sweet, just right. Might sound basic but it was done very well. Would 100% recommend. I don't know prices for cakes nowadays but I didn't feel bad paying about $60 for a cute and tasty cake (6", strawberry cream cake). I wouldn't bank on same day pickups, I might've just been very lucky they were in the middle of making their cakes but it wouldn't hurt to try calling early in the day if you're in a pinch for a solid cake. There was strong scent of matcha coming from the top drip design and we couldn't be more excited for our matcha bae. Fast Forward: The cake is super soft, fluffy, and oh so very light. The cake in itself was not super sweet- very typical of Asian cakes. The matcha flavor was unfortunately too mellow for us. 3 stars for the cake in itself but the rating is bumped up to a 4 because the presentation is so cute! Matcha wasn't what we were looking for but we may be inclined to try other flavors in the future.

At $6.50, it's not a cheap treat, but it was super delicious and I'm glad we tried it. The drinks were also great. The espresso shot they pulled perfectly complemented the oat milk -- this is one of the better iced oat lattes I've had. Like any other franchises, Paris Baguette can be a mixed bag. But I've been coming to this…read moreparticular location since the pandemic and I've never had a bad experience here--unlike other locations. For starters this location is definitely a more pickup and go location. There is very limited seating and the space is also a lot smaller. But what they lack in space they make up in efficiency. I've never had an issue picking up anything here either through online orders or simply walking in to grab a cake. The staff are always on top of things. Now let's talk about the cakes. If you don't order ahead of time or reserve a cake in advance, then expect the consequences of not planning ahead. The cakes they have on display or the back may not taste the freshest. But in my particular case, I've been fortunate enough that every cake I bought from here was fresh and moist. The staff would even be kind enough to grab one from the back for me without even asking. I bring this up because for bakeries through put is very important on how fresh their products are and this location definitely goes through their inventory constantly. What I also appreciate is they are always able to do a special message for you free of cost, and I always end up tipping extra because you can rarely find this type of service at other cake shops. Because of their flexibility and availability, I will always recommend this location to family, friends and to you as well. Plan ahead and this place won't disappoint. Looking forward to continue coming back here.
