There are so many existing options for reducing waste, like donation programs or apps that help sell items before they expire, which makes this practice hard to understand. It's also been discouraging to witness baristas not always being treated fairly, including situations that have come across as unequal or biased. As someone who has experienced the environment firsthand, that part is just as concerning. Overall, I hope management takes a closer look at both the waste and how employees are supported. There's a lot of potential here, and with some changes, it could be a much better experience for both staff and customers.

It is kind of a delicate pasty - but I would have liked more ham and cheese inside - it seemed to be light on both. Also - it was not as hot as I would have liked. I made a bit of a mess eating it in the car - as croissants in general like to flake quite a bit. Other than the temperature issue with the Croissant - service was good!
