I recommend to look for another Cold Stone location. This site never has enough items and insufficient staff. There's always a very long line because there are only 2 employees on weekends! I've been here numerous times and there's always something missing. Tonight, they had ran out of waffles, no coffee ice cream, no birthday cake remix, and no Kit Kat (thankfully one of the employees went to the back and brought what they claim was "the last Kit Kat". Additionally, the site lacks cleanliness. None of the employees wear nets on their hair, no gloves, counters are always full of all sorts of crumbs, etc. Therefore, I suggest going elsewhere if you want real Cold Stone experience with all of the options they advertise. P. S. I gave a $1 donation for Best Buddies and the manager advised the staff member to just write it down on a piece of paper, that we donated a dollar and it would "go towards Best Buddies". Came about an hour before closing one night. My family and I mainly come to cold stone for the shakes. When I asked, they said they were "out of milk" which I knew was a lie because the other worker looked puzzled. They were just too lazy to clean up everything after. I love eating here and is my son's fav place. But tonite was really bad customer service from the guy that helped me. He took my order and make mg son like it size and then he asked if i need anything else so i said yes let me have chocolate devotion and i though he will prepared instead he kept taking people in the line and totally forgot about me. I waited like 15 min or so until he was with the last person in line and i asked how long it took to make my order and he acted like is i wasnt talking to him so another person kindly help me. Who doesn't love ice cream? And Cold Stone does it right! You get what you want, whatever you crave, done however you like! You also pay a price for it. This Cold Stone is clean and the line typically moves very quickly. Friendly staff and an easily accessible location make this a great stop when I need to get my sugar fix! read more

When I enter this place I was the ONLY customer with 3 people working there. I am patiently waiting in the line that doesn't exist and I was completely ignored for 5 minutes. I then had enough time to find another ice cream place nearby so that I can go there instead. Mind you the boys behind the counter are making themselves milkshakes while I am a PAYING customer and I am not being served at all. Zero stars. I arrived 30 minutes before they closed and the doors were locked and the women inside did not look at me at all or make eye contact and ignored me. I knocked and shook the doors and they ignored me. This is not okay. This is not how you run a business. I was going to order enough to pay for both of their hourly rates in one transaction. I hope the owner of this establishment reads this and understand the potential loss of revenue when closing up shop early consistently over a long period of time. Meh is exactly it. Yes the ice cream is good. The toppings are vast. And the melty texture is... different. But really it's not that hard to find yummy ice cream with fun toppings or mix-ins anymore. The main reason this place loses stars though is service. Awful. Went on a Sunday and it was staffed by two young women. One could not stop talking about a boy to the other one and the texts he sent and what he could possibly mean by it and what he said and what he did and on and on and on. She was only half paying attention. I had to tell her my order about three times and she made me stop and told me she could only do two at a time so to just wait on the third. Ok... And then the third was supposed to be on a waffle cone and she put it in a waffle bowl which is really not a big deal but her total spaced-outness, her carelessness, her slowness, and her total disregard for the fact she was WORKING was annoying as hell. This last time that I went I received horrible customer service. The waffles had ran out there was a few people and they refused to want to make waffles because that would have formed a line. After I a paid and had the ice cream I asked where I could call and leave a comment was told that there was no such place I told the girl my problem she proceeded to tell me that they were not a waffle place and that what they had available was the kids waffle cones of which was never offered to me but this was said with the biggest attitude. This all happened more than two hours before closing , which told me that the girls that worked just did NOT want to work. Cold stone is a franchise so the owner was not present , making the coworkers want to work as little as possible since their pay is probably minimum wage. I know I won't return to this cold stone where customer service is not a priority . I rather take my business to the cold stone in coral gables. I have also been to the cold stone in Main Street where it was twice as busy as this night and they had plenty of waffles available. Probably the worst Cold Stone experience ever. The guys behind the counter didn't look like they wanted to work and pretty much hide in the back most of the time. I used a gift card and the first cashier seemed clueless. He then called for help and I seriously suspect that he manipulated the balance on my card and just put an even $5 on there. This card has been used several times I find it hard to believe there was exactly $5 on it? I don't know, just curious. I can't believe they have clowns running this establishment!! I was standing in a long line and witnessed a young girl whom appeared to work at this location jump the counter to make a group of her friends ice cream. Apparently another patron was bothered by this as well and he contacted their corporate office while we were all in line, waiting.I guess if you work here you can bring your entourage of friends to eat for free!! They only had one girl behind the counter helping customers and the line was extremely long. The girl who jumped the counter then left with her friends and left the other poor girl working by herself. Apparently, she was the manager!!! I gave this location 2 stars because they only had one person working, the line was too long, and I witnessed a teen-aged manager, dressed inappropriately jump over counter in which she placed her feet on as well.
