I liked their ice cream. The good thing about this place is that they use actual COLD STONES to keep your ice cream from melting while mixing. Also you can choose your own toppings. I like to get the second largest home size at this place, a little negative is that they charge a bit over 10$ for it. I've seen cheaper prices elsewhere... Yet you can choose 4 different toppings. I did not get ice cream here but as I was walking into Starbucks Saturday evening around 7 I noticed the store was empty and both of the employees were sitting on the counter both on there phones . My wife and I are chocolate ice cream lovers and we love cold stones! The staff is nice and respectful. This past month we have been coming on the weekend to satisfy our chocolate craving but every time we have gone, there has been no chocolate ice cream available. Coincidence? I think not. We even stopped by on 7/8/15 during the middle of the week to give them another shot, but again "sorry, we don't have it today, it should be here tomorrow..." Please have this flavor available. Cold Stone is always good, but this particular store isn't so good. They skimp on the portions and one of the employees try to give us the wrong change on purpose. You can tell when it's an accident; this wasn't the case. We gave him a $20 bill, we should have gotten back $13 something, but he gave us $3 something back. We saw him put the extra $10 by the cash register. When we said, it should have been $13, he acted like he thought we gave him a $10. He obviously put it aside, hoping we wouldn't say anything. Also, another time we came, their refrigerator wasn't working or something, the ice cream was very melty & soft, but they had no problem serving it. Went here yesterday, it was a super hot day & I haven't been to coldstone in forever. I noticed one of the girl employees was making someones order & in the middle of it she stops to answer the phone. It wasn't a customer asking questions, it was her friend telling her when the next two parties were going to be. She disappeared for 5 minutes to talk on the phone, I thought that was a bit unprofessional. The customer who's order she was making had 3 smoothies & a bag & politely asked if they had a tray only to get a somewhat rude, "no". Then the customer mentioned she had a military card only to get, "we don't take those". When the customer said that other coldstones did the employee replied with a cold, "yeah well, not every coldstone takes it". It was finally my turn to give my order & the male employee was standing around doing nothing but talking to the other employee which I also found to be a little rude as he clearly saw me standing there with a line forming behind. He finally made my order, I got the cake batter with cookie dough, & the only thing I wish he would've done was cut the cookie dough bits a little smaller like other coldstones do. I went there to get a cake at 3 that was supposed to be ready at 1245 and they were clueless .. waited 30 minutes for the cake and it turned they had lost the order so they told me to come back and I did about 3 hours later after calling to verify the cake was there, and I had to wait another 40 minutes in a long line of people .. They finally got me my cake,. I love Cold Stone. If I could have a Birthday Cake Remix ice cream everyday that would be heaven. This location is right next to Jamba Juice and Starbucks so if you change your mind last minute (I feel fat sometimes) than this location is perfect for you! On a serious note, their ice cream is always good. I just wish they didn't write those corny phrases on their tip jars. It makes me not want to tip...especially when they stare at the credit card receipt that has the tip option. read more

The one thing I loved I believe has been discontinued or never in stock. It was the chocolate peanut butter ice cream pie available pre-made in the freezer. The "ice cream" if you can call it that, is loaded with a food grade gum paste which is common in ice cream but not this much. I assume it's to make the blending easier. It comes off more like Gelato then ice cream and one spoon full will stay on the spoon like glue. Just left here and wasn't too happy with the finished product. I ordered the hot for cookie which comes with a chocolate chip cookie, cookie dough, choice of ice cream and whipped cream. Well, what I received had no cookie dough in it and more whipped cream than actual ice cream. And when asked if he could put cookie dough in there (you know mix it in like it was supposed to be done) he just scooped some cookie dough in my cup. After the first bite I knew something was wrong. The strawberries on the funnel cake were COMPLETELY sour. Totally in-edible! It was so disgusting I HAD to spit it out. My girlfriend had the same reaction. So I tried to tell the Cold Stone employee it was bad. And she argued with me. Told me it was maybe just the strawberry. So I tried another. Again. Worst strawberry I have ever had in my life. So I go to tell the Cold Stone employee to try one. She won't. Finally she finds another co-worker willing to try it. And the co-worker had to spit it out too! I must give them some credit because they said they would give me a free replacement. I chose the tangerine dream to go. Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star review because the replacement tangerine dream had sour pineapples in it! Wow! I have never had such a bad experience.
