This is Christopher, Christopher is great

Had the absolute best experience at Cold Stone today thanks to Christopher! Not only did he mix my ice cream to absolute perfection, but his energy was unmatched. He was incredibly cool, friendly, and just made the whole visit awesome. Give this guy a raise! Will definitely be back.

5 stars for the great service! The workers were very friendly when my boyfriend and I came here on a Friday night. It was raining when we came and all the seats were full since everyone was trying to get out of the rain. They don't have too many seats either so be wary. If there was no rain I wouldn't stay inside personally because it feels pretty cramped. I always get the cheesecake ice cream w/ graham crackers and it was consistent to the other locations.

We had an amazing customer experience. We had a kids' size Birthday cake remix and a chocolate cone. They were polite and patient as we tasted a couple of flavors and then placed the order.

Ordered online about 30-45 minutes before store closing and order wasn't prepared and my order was eventually cancelled. Can't help but blame workers for simply refusing to do their kob

First time waiting so long for some ice cream. Coldstone serves the sweetest ice creams, but this location isn't worth it if you're just trying to get a grab n go dessert since they take a long time to serve you. I'm not personally a fan of their ive cream flavors since I've tried other ice cream places that are better & less sweet. Don't think I'll be coming back here again.

3.5 stars Activated charcoal isn't the only way to turn food jet black! Just have a look at Cold Stone's Boolicious "Treat or Treat" creation for Halloween! It's made of black Boo Batter (Cake Batter) Ice Cream mixed with chopped up Kit Kats, Halloween Oreos (with an orange filling), and M&Ms! Cold Stone usually mixes in all their toppings thoroughly into the ice cream base, but if you want any hope of the "Treat or Treat" looking like the poster, just ask to have all the mix-ins placed on top of the ice cream! Our friendly server happily obliged, and trust me--we got a great Instagram photo out of it!

Last time I came it was a bit sour and I swore it off but decided to try it again and was glad I did! It was still delicious and came with a nice little piece of bread. Scarfed the whole thing down. What would have put the salad over the top would have been if they added a little bit of chopped cilantro. Yum! Hubs had a sweet cream filled bun which he enjoyed. Nice spot to chill with the hubs. The wait staff is polite although sitting outside they never checked on us or brought us more refilled water. Not sure if this is an outside thing or not. When I sat inside they constantly refilled our waters. Copenhagen is a classic place to grab a bite or a bit of coffee and pastry or dessert. It's a great place to sit and people watch. I always enjoy eating here.

"Do you want it or not!" Is all the manager would say to me…read more I ordered a pink cake with gold lettering, And definitely no roses for my wife's birthday. Instead I got this monstrosity. When I expressed this to the manager. The manager refused to even give me a decent discount on this gigantic mistake. Her options were you get a 10% discount ($ 4.00) Don't take the cake at all. (Ridiculous option considering I ordered it the night before for a morning pick up for an afternoon party.) Or come back at 3 for a replacement. Make it make sense, cake cutting is at 1pm. Hence the early pick up time. So understandably i'm angry. Mostly because the actual manager could care less and only offered up a nonsense discount or go home with nothing. Customer care clearly doesn't matter here. I only wanted a reasonable discount for this huge mistake and she absolutely refused. I hope the owners are reading this. This is my go to location for all special occasions and this manager is doing a great job of not taking care your loyal customers. Safeway is up the street with 20 dollar cakes and they get the order right. Her employee who could not follow directions is also at fault here but she seemed well insulated by the manager. I was treated like I was the problem even though the mistake was theirs. My advice to you the customer. Any custom cake you order there make sure to take the slip where the order is being jotted down and double and triple check it yourself that it is correct. Because when your special occasion cake says happy birthday instead of happy anniversary pucker up. Because the manager will just tell you tough S**t.

She was definitely a drive from San Jose to San Mateo but well worth it. When you pull up to her house, it may be difficult to find parking as other customers are picking up-- I ended up waiting for 1 person to pull out of her driveway so that I could park. The street is pretty packed with cars. Can I first say what a pleasure she is in person? Claire is super sweet and she's the reason I love supporting small business. We ordered the Mocha Crunch cake. Current prices are $50 for an 8". It's cash only so be prepared. The cake itself is on the light side (not as light as Asian cakes but I wouldn't call it dense either). Unlike some other reviewers that found it dry-- I highly disagree as it was not the most moist cake I've ever tried-- But it wasn't dry either. It was right in between and good enough for us. The Mocha flavor was lightly infused in the frosting and filling. It wasn't super overpowering but it was definitely there. The crunch topping was perfect and so unique. The only other place I've tried a crunch topping is in a latte from Kamurocho in Pleasanton. They have a "Honeycomb Latte" that is amazing. We served half the cake at one gathering and we ended up bringing the leftovers to another gathering. The cake was devoured. If you haven't tried Claire's Crunch Cake's yet, do yourself a favor and support a small business and meet the sweetest woman.

3.5 stars. Ordered a take out cake, 6" mocha flavor…read more The cake looks bigger than a 6" as it's pretty tall, so don't worry that it will not be enough. We had a party with 10 people and we couldn't finish the cake! The crunch was really good and special, the cake itself doesn't really present the mocha flavor, as a result, after a few bites, the cake became too sweet. We were all hoping the bitterness from the mocha coffee flavor can balance out the crunch but we were disappointed. Interestingly, we then moved onto eating a chocolate cake from Marvel Cake and the chocolate was able to balance out the sweetness and cleansed our pallet a bit. We all felt that a cup of coffee would be perfect with this cake. The cake inside could also be a bit more moist. So all in all, the crunch got the thumbs up but the overall cake not so much.

Dear Brian: I cannot…read moreeven begin to tell you how delightful the evening catering was strategically put out. The food was extraordinary and the servers were super great at getting folks to "splurge" and just have one more. Oh my gosh, most folks beamed with pleasure after tasting the Beef wellingstons, the lettuce wraps, the crab cakes, those pear tarlets! Some even carried on discussion on how healthy the appetizers were. Cheat A Little selections were really a hit! The greenery/decor made a nice festive touch that seemed to invite folks over to have a coke or a little wine and cheer. We had a live acoustic musician playing in the background, and the whole time was bathed in warmth and good tidings. It was beyond enjoyable, delicious, and great. I'm fairly new at the San Mateo County History Museum, so I don't have the years of experience that others might have to know how well adapted you and your company Cheat-A-Little are to these events. I am so pleased with myself for trusting you. High-five, a TEN, perfect score for you and your excellent catering business my friend! Under the Rotunda the set up, quality foods, and tall tables made it the finest, friendliest, most festive time. We are so so pleased. Thanks a million! On the day of our Vow Renewal, my wife and I were running late, and were pleasantly surprised to find that the catering staff had taken it upon themselves to carefully put out our centerpieces, which we thought we would have to do. They even packed them away at the end of the night. We got multiple compliments from guests admiring the service. The team was extremely friendly, packed away leftovers for us and other guests, and was on top of their game the whole night! Ali was flexible with our last-minute changes, and Brian even drove to multiple locations just to find the same wine we drank on our honeymoon (which was a hit) so guests could partake. We are so so pleased. They were easily the best vendor of the entire event.

Maison Alyzée is a French fine pastry bakery café located on downtown Burlingame's main strip. Dedicated to providing customers with a Parisian escape through handcrafted elegant pastries and artisanal breads, the bake shoppe doubles as pâtisserie and boulangerie, priding itself on meticulous attention to detail. Upon entry, we were welcomed by a brightly lit and very clean venue. Ray and I were immediately drawn to the beautiful marble-topped white counter that encased a gorgeous variety of exquisite treats. The commitment to the elegance of French culture and modern creativity were evident in every luxurious pastry and cake on display. Maison Alyzée is an order-at-the-counter establishment, so we made our purchase with a friendly staff member at the register. Unfortunately, we were told that espresso drinks were no longer available that night since the staff had already begun cleaning the machines. Ok....I never understand businesses that start shutting down things before closing time. This just shows customers that team convenience of closing shop quickly takes precedence over customer experience, essentially omitting availability of items from the menu while they are still open. For this reason, I am docking a star. Luckily, they still had some cold brew available, so I ordered a Lavender Cold Brew with oat milk. Heads-up: Plant-based milks like almond and oat milk incur a $0.75 surcharge. I wish that the lavender was more like a simple syrup, so that the flavour was sweeter and less sharp. Maison Alyzée also offers a selection of breakfast, lunch, and brunch options. I definitely need to return to try one or two or a few of their ostentatious delights.
