This place is a nuisance to the neighborhood. It generates tons of trash and cardboard and Styrofoam which flies around the street. The customers to this business leave trash all over the place, park their cars in the middle of the road, park inconsiderately when not actually blocking the road (taking up more than one space). The people who work here are inconsiderate at best. I've brought these issues to their attention several times, and each time they raise their voices and claim there is nothing they can do about any of this. For starters, why don't you clean up after yourselves, Levan Group? Next, you could put a sign up inside your business asking your customers not to block the road, and not to throw their trash in the street. For extra credit, you could put some trash cans on your property so your customers would have a place to put their trash. read more

Lavan is a no frills place. if you need cheap cost parts that look decent for a fraction for the cost from the dealer. I been comming here since 1999 since it was located accross the street and its about the same. and doubt if Levan will ever change or ever go. The window replace ment is a bargain. The old guy is a hard working guy making a hard living, installing these pices of glass all day long. Dont believe me, try picking up a windshielsd and installing it for a full size truck or van. i can t count how many cars i have fixed up here and now i bring my work trucks and vans here to get parts and glass. good guys. read more

Some low-life totaled my front bumper while my car was parked, didn't leave a note or ANYTHING, but it's Oakland. People here can't merge for one thing, but how this person managed to hit my car the way it was parked still gets me. The bro-in-law came through and found me a cheap replacement here. I was quoted $150 for a new front bumper at another shop, but I got one from here for $50! Non-OEM, but it really doesn't matter to me. I was out within 5 minutes and took it straight to a body shop for painting. Call ahead and check to make sure they have your parts in stock! read more

When I first started coming here they were at a different location about 20 years ago. I started buying new cars and have had no need for them. I just bought a 95 Honda and I needed parts for it and I instantly remembered this place. I cannot believe they are still as cheap as they were back then, and I still get brand new OEM parts. I have never been/ or felt like they have over priced me because I am a female, not even when I was that young teen going to them. My bumper from everyone else costs $400 uninstalled! Great price and quick service on the windshield glass. They also do body/fender work and interior trim. The rubber moulding around the window was kind of loose and not in all places connected to the glass. Did have to go back and have them rework it, which they did without complaining. Somebody busted my window, so I needed new glass and installation. I found low prices and the glass was actually US made. Didn't want to deal with corporate places getting an appointment and filling out paperwork. Good old fashioned place, you get in, you pay, you get serviced and you leave. I didn't go there to be smothered by customer service, but I got what I needed for the prices that I wanted. I think that is what matters. cant give 0 stars so 1 it is. this place is shit. the worst customer service and the crappiest product ive ever seen. the people hardly speak english. dont you find that a problem do to the fact we are in America? delivery drivers have 0 english and are NEVER ON TIME. The product i recieved was damaged durring shipping so i sent it back. i was promised new product the next day early morning. mind you i have no car at this point so i haf to pick up the parts from my shop. had to borrow a friends truck witch caused him to miss work several time. the product never showed up next day. i called them 5 times with NO answer. possed off i called again and got a asian lady that yells very loud with broken english. i told her i never got my parts she said hold. i get a different person and he tells me the product was damaged again. i will order more it will be there tommorow 1st delivery. well i guess 1st delivery is 2pm for these people. borrowed my friends truck again another missed day of work. waited hours till they got to my shop. finally got a undamaged part. omfg right. the othet part had to be sanded because it looked like 2 different pieces glued together. all and all this place is a shit hole and would never go back there again. as a mechanic in the field for 10 yeara now this is the worst serive and product ive seen. i thougt Kragen was bad. this place takes the cake. good job on being shit. ebay product is better and faster then you. read more
