The most overwhelming selection of oils and additives that you could ever ask for - and they are very good with accepting oil from people that change their own oil. So many auto parts stores reply 'we don't accept oil right now - all our tanks are full' - and I've never heard that from this location. Its very simple - you drop it off in their original containers and it has to be only oil and there is no issue. Beyond that I went in for some diesel additives for my CDi - I really like that car - it replaced my Pitzaaat and its my freeway cruiser and I know the engine will last to one million miles but the downfall of these cars is always the injection system. It can cost $5k+ to rebuild them and then $3k more for all new fuel hoses and injectors and intake cleaning and so on. In short the low sulfur since 2006 that ruined diesel lubricity and so the wear on the injection pump mostly fails at 200k - 300k when all the rest of the drive train will happily soldier on for many more miles. The only solution is to add something to the diesel fuel: XPD all in one, Hotshots secret everyday or Power Service or similar. I heard even adding a bit of Marvel Myster Oil works but I didn't see the data - I know the above three work and I know that this location has Hotshots and Power Service. I bought a bottle of each and will alternate with ever fill up. While I was there I bought some LiqiMoly for my Honda - Jectron - and while it was in the tank the car ran silly smooth - it usually jitters a little like a person with too much caffeine. Oil brands can be a very divisive topic. As is oil additives. I think in general you don't need them if you go to Chevron and change your oil often. If you have a diesel I would recommend you research the fuel lubricity topic yourself and make your own call on it. If you do buy a new $100k diesel truck - there is a lot at stake that perhaps a $10 bottle could help. read more

Aaron spent like 20 minutes patiently listening to him, figuring out exactly what he meant, and making sure he got everything he needed. Honestly, I've never seen my dad so happy leaving an auto store. He felt so listened to and respected. We only ever want to come to this location now when Aaron is working. He's just so incredibly helpful and kind. It might not seem like a big deal, but it meant a lot to see someone treat my dad with so much patience and care. 6/2/25 - THANK YOU CYNTHIA For your help this evening!!!!! Let me start from the beginning. Today was a disaster my dryer went out. I packed my autistic child and all of my wet clothes to the laundry mat. While the clothes were drying I didn't know that my light inside the car was on. When it was time to leave my car wouldn't start. Thank goodness right across the street there was an autozone. I went in not knowing anything about jumping a car where to put the things. Sorry don't know the name, very spoiled by my late husband, god rest his soul, to not have to do anything related to a car. Anyway I walk in, in a panic and got a device to jump the car but of course I did not know how to do it. Cynthia offered to help me when she got off of work with her own device since the one I bought was not charged. I waited until she was off trying to keep my autistic child happy and calm. She came across the street and jumped my car and I couldn't thank her enough. Thanks to Cynthia I now know how to jump my car, and I have the device that I am charging right now. Needed my battery checked. O'Reilly Auto Parts wanted me to remove the battery and bring it in to get checked, so I came here instead. Carlos came out to check the battery in my car. Sure enough, the battery needed replacing. They checked my history and said I last bought the DuraLast Gold 10 years ago. That's a long battery life! Bought the same replacement battery and they installed it. Deducting 1 star because they helped the customer behind me first with their battery replacement. I was told 20 minutes and they were told 40 minutes. I guess the other customers complained about the wait time, but still.. I'll be back for future business. read more

My car battery died on me, I got it jumped and then came straight to this auto zone. Hector came out to make sure it was the battery that needed to be replaced and then recommended a battery for me. He installed the new battery and disposed the old one. (Side note they were only able to install because the store wasn't busy at the time). My local automotive spot. The staff is helpful and will look up an item if I can't find it. They are as knowledgeable as I am on the items I need usually, but are willing to look it up and search the floor for an item needed. I came in recently for a single headlight replacement and could only find a double pack. I was talking to the cashier, and his colleague was listening to the conversation as I mentioned I needed only one. The cashier walked over and couldn't find any singles, but the other associate went over and was able to locate the single pack headlight. I was quickly on my way out after and appreciated that they are willing to look for an item and help each other out. read more

I had purchased a alternator it's been seven years when I purchased it and the The alternator went bad and couldn't find my receipt or my phone number and I don't know what to do then I decided to call their headquarters and I spoke to their customer service Alex and he was So very helpful and he told me he was trying to have someone to help me from higher up to approve The warranty. And Alex from Customer Service told me Give them 24 hours to 48 hours. When we hang up the phone and I told him thank you. About two minutes I got a call from their headquarters and his name is Angel and I explained my situation and Angel said just bring it in and I'll take care of it. The next day I went to AutoZone and talk to Aaron he is also very helpful and he just needed to get my ID number and I got my parts. How great is this people in AutoZone? So I had been trying to get to an auto supply store for a few days (that's another story...). Finally, I made it inside this one. Find my oil (2qts) and take it to the register. No line awesome. This guy (Pakho) at the register says "just gonna top it off, eh". I look at him, like what? He says it again. Ahhh, what? "It's for a motorcycle, I don't need very much," I say. So Pakho starts ringing me up, but takes a phone call. You know, I'm on the customer side of the register, so I can't be certain of what's going on, on the other side, unless that person is gonna rat themselves out. The transaction takes the normal amount of time, I guess. Then upon completion, Pakho says, "Sorry that took so long, I got a phone call that was more important than you." The obvious reaction to this is, this guy is real idiot. But perhaps Autozone is out of touch with customer service training. Bought a new car battery from here and my car is back to working great..too bad it took me two trips to get the right battery!! As soon as I walked into this place, the staff was unfriendly. There was one younger girl who assisted me without a smile or a respectful "hi, how may I help you?!" greeting. I let her know I believe my car battery is dead because my car is not turning on and asked if she could test it first. She tested it, and I had to ask what % was it at because she didn't make an attempt to tell me what the machine read. It was below 10% so made sense, and I bought a new battery. I bought the more expensive duralast battery. Gave her my car's make, model, etc. She handed over the battery. Once I drove back to my place to install the battery, I realized she gave me the wrong battery because the + and - knobs were on the opposite sides and therefore, I couldn't connect them. Ugh, was such a bummer. So I drove all the way back to bring this up. There was a younger male there who was nicer, and seemed to care. He apologized and said the girl gave me the wrong battery. She came by and had this awkward look and instead of saying "I am so sorry that is my fault let me get the proper battery" she just goes "oh my bad" and almost acts like there is no issue.
