I have been a customer of this shop twice. First time, they replaced a front bumper and painted it. The job was done fast and with good quality. The second time, another problem happened to the same, now new, bumper, and the left fender. Since I had to leave the state the next day, I asked them to do the job while I was waiting. Visually, the job was done nicely... But, as soon as I drove for a few hours, the left side of the bumper got disconnected and hanging freely. Since the car will not get back to Nevada, I had to fix the problem in California, where I live. When the mechanic took apart the left side of the bumper/fender connection, it was clear that the job was done very lousy, just to give an impression of the repair was done. They shortened the bumper, didn't aligned the fender, used many different chip plastic clips from the different old cars to connect the bumper. Shame! When I sent Joshua pictures and asked for a partial refund, he lied, saying that they ONLY did painting job. But their invoice states that the job was repair of the bumper and the fender. Joshua refused to partially compensate a second repair. Shame! One extra star for the first repair... read more

My dad and I have been going to Chase for years. He has done everything for us from oil changes to changing out my drive train and fuel tank. He is always honest and gets the job done quickly. We recently moved out of Las Vegas, but I still send over my friends and family that reside there because of his fair prices and top notch work. read more

This is the best place to fix a car in town. Someone hit my car in the back and my friend recommended here to fix. They took care everything was perfect! Mr. Jung called insurance company and talked to them what it needed to be fixed. Customer Service was amazing! I will definately come back his place even if tiny thing needs to do for my car. This is the only place we go to every time we need work on our vehicles. They've painted a few of our motorcycles and repaired our vans and the finished product comes out like new. Jae's shop is always busy, but he's also attentive to your needs and the turnaround is great. We would recommend this shop to anyone. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Save yourself time and money! I got into an accident they told the insurance company it was 4000 to park the car. On top of that they kept making up excuses after excuses on why my car was not finish after being there for a month. Once I got my car I notice that my car was not driving the way it should be. He left broken pieces in my engine from the accident and had an excuse for that as well. So if you want your car fixed and done right I do not recommend this place to anyone. You're just paying for a terrible job and many excuses. There's places on the news on how mechanics hustle you this is one of many! read more

They even washed my car and shined the tires! A few other places that the insurance set me up with wouldn't even look at an EV, let alone repair it. This was not an issue at all at Best Choice. They handled the complexities of navigating all insurance related stuff with ease, and walked me through the steps needed. Other guy's insurance was paying, but this wasn't an issue at all. They needed to submit supplemental work, for things not originally quoted in the insurance initial estimate. Again, not an issue, and nothing that I had to deal with directly. Insurance set me up with a rental car, and Best Choice called the rental place to come pick me up at their shop. My ride was waiting before I walked out the door. Super quick and painless - I was at my workplace without any delay, and much faster than I expected. First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

When I brought my car based on my friend's recommendation, I was unsure of all steps what I suppose to take with my car, and insurance. The owner, mr. Jung, explained everything in detail, and answered all my questions with polite manners even he seems crazy busy... not only that, all employees r very attentive and proactive for all services... They also rent me a Van as my preference, so it worked out great as family vacation car(even better than my SUV : truly thanksful for that). I was recommended this shop by a friend of my mother's and let me tell you, this man was a God send! The damage was fairly assessed, fixed in the time he told me it would be done and as a man of his word, he sent me updates on the repair process especially since I was traveling from out of town! The car looks like new! Mr Jeong was kind, honest and didn't try to rip me off! And to top it off, lent me a loaner so that I'd have transportation and as an added bonus, even provided transportation for me to the airport (talk about that extra step in customer service). Best service I've ever had. My truck was 50% totalled as a minimum and the owner took care of me from start to end of the accident process. Now just so you know I never write reviews but I was so pleased with the service I got from here I had to give him a 5-star review. As well as I recommend anybody in Las Vegas that has car issues to go there. It's top quality work honestly my truck looks better than when I bought it.
