Anyone familiar with McLarens knows they can be incredibly temperamental, especially after the battery has been disconnected. What impressed me most was Vince's persistence. Every time a new issue surfaced, he kept digging for a solution instead of giving up. He sourced a new MDS, coordinated directly with McLaren in England (even at odd hours), consulted with other McLaren specialists, and even had custom components 3D-printed to get the car repaired correctly. The process was far more complicated than anyone expected, but Vince remained committed from start to finish. It was clear that he genuinely cared about getting the car back to me in proper working order, even when doing so came at additional expense and effort on his end. Finding people with this level of dedication, expertise, and integrity is rare. A well deserved 5 star. We on a rare occasion, especially in Vegas, will ever find a reputable mech to service our vehicles. With our Audi mech slammed with work, I was forced to look elsewhere for someone to service the brakes on my S5. But this time it was worth the search. Forget about the service done to the vehicle, it was how it was done. Granted I do not have the cleanest garage, but everything done was quite meticulous. Old school, but very clean. The equipment they use is well organized. The customer service is very professional. Showing up while under the weather was a big plus. Bought an out of state private sale 2012 Mclaren Mp4-12c, didnt have time to get a ppi. Nor was there a McLaren service any where near...It was going to sell quick..so crossed my fingers and took a chance the seller was being honest with me. Got her home, called Executive to conduct a post- purchase inspection..hoping for best..Vince came to me, since I have a lift. Was able to hear it needed a tune up and saw those notorious leaks from weak clamps. N some oil leaks. Got her to the shop, serviced her,replaced hoses, clamps, oil pump(as precautionary service since in there anyways), serviced trans, ran diagnostics with the Mclaren software and they got her running n driving great. They are a mobile mechanic and came right to my home. The job took two visits to complete the job because they didn't have the parts needed on hand to compress the springs in the rear.
