When I called back, they immediately gave me an estimate of nearly $6,000 with no explanation of parts, labor, or how they calculated anything. Instead of walking me through the findings, they went straight into talking about their financing option before I even understood what the repairs supposedly were. When I went in the next day to pick up my truck, I asked for a breakdown of the repairs (the same line items they told me to review in their message). I was told they "no longer share that with consumers." I've never heard of a shop refusing to provide an itemized estimate. The lack of transparency, the inflated estimate, and the refusal to provide documentation make this location feel untrustworthy. I won't be returning and can't recommend this shop based on my experience.

As a new issue came about they showed me what it was and discussed what was needed and why. I'm also traveling from out of state & both of these gentlemen were knowledgeable and upfront with the costs. Having waited for the repair work to be done I heard the manager tell a customer that they didn't need a replacement because the items had plenty of life on them. He didnt upsell the customer and IMO took care of that customer by being honest. The cost for the work was fair and if I have another issue (hopefully not) I will use them again.

My sister took it in the next day and reminded them that she had to be out before 11 and the woman at the counter got a little irate with her. When she got to my car the pressure was different on each tire, ranging from 37-29 psi. That is insane, I had to go to the Wawa and put air in my tires after paying an additional $50 for balancing (which needs to be refunded) and $40 for installation and to be honest they really don't look brand new to me. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location for ANYTHING, and it's the closest location to me.

Auto Haus failed my annual inspection, citing tires that had worn to 1.32. I get my tires from another company in town and so I ordered two new ones. That company, upon learning the reason for my new tires, measured my existing tires. Turns out my tires measured well above FOUR and did not need to be replaced in order to pass inspection. Needless to say I had my car reinspected with them, with the existing tires. Auto Haus response: "How we do it here is we check all around the tire tread and take the lowest value we find. Tire tread depth will always vary on the tire so to be safe we always take the lowest value. Some shops may do it differently but that is just how we prefer to do it to make sure the tire never reaches to where it may wear to the point of failure on one part and not another." So if you have your car inspected at Auto Haus, know that they do not follow state inspection standards, they follow their own. Instead of offering servicing recommendations, they may use their own standards to fail your car.

It truly did take about 15-20 mins only and we sat in an air conditioned room which was nice considering it was 89 outside and humid. They were transparent about the charges before paying. I even asked about a coupon and they had one for me that qualified. Overall, not to sure about other services but at least I'd come back for an oil change again.
