Fun place for a different kind of 'dim sum' brunch to try out sweet fruity sakes while delighting in unusual small bites. I liked the unique take on it, reminded me more of street food than dim sum. Came here after dinner & loved the sake! The photos posted here make the place look very cute and their scrabble-like menu with cherry blossoms was beautiful touch. I am really excited I got to experience a virtual class from Colorado Sake through work. They did an incredible job curating all of the boxes for our event and I loved learning how to make sushi. The ingredients they set us up with where unique and delicious and the sake paired perfectly. The online class was also really fun as the chef is super upbeat and keeps you excited the whole class. What a great little find! Was traveling out of town and looking to find a great local spot. The food was amazing, fresh, and flavor was great. The sushi roll was also top-notch. The place is small and intimate. HIGHLY recommend for a date night. The local made sake is also top notch! Such a unique find. The service is very friendly, and they are happy to offer tasters of the sake and explain the different flavours. Speaking of flavours, they have a large variety on tap! There are options of half or full pours and half or full flights. The American standard and nigori are their standard types of sake, followed by a variety of flavours. My sister and I shared a half flight of pineapple coconut, watermelon mint, barrel aged and habanero Marg. The barrel aged was my favourite and I took home a $12 bottle! They have a cute little patio, facing the street, and the inside is cozy with high tops, cushioned seats and tables. They offer sushi, made on site, and overall the vibe is laid back, cozy and a place you can sit, talk and hang out for hours. Bottle prices are very reasonable, and you can get flavors on site they don't sell in stores. Will be back! read more

First impressions: This is a really casual and cool way to become introduced to sake and have small bites. They have a really relaxed vibe and on-trend music playing. All staff members are very kind and gave excellent service! They checked in on my meal and I never felt rushed. I enjoyed the warm sake variations and enjoyed the light and floral sake flavors as well. Its nice to know the sake is brewed in-house, but I think there was a full-bodied flavor missing that traditional sake tends to have. I order fried rice, oysters, and a salmon roll. The oysters were lovely, but the salmon and fried rice were just ok. The fried rice tasted like they put a lot of vinegar (possibly mixed up fried rice with the sushi rice). I'm not one to usually give a bad review, but this was not a great experience at all. Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted and seated right away which was nice, but there was only one other table taken anyways. We ordered right away, still being the only table to serve. More parties started entering as we were still waiting on our food. Finally, we were given one of the Shu Mai we had ordered. 30 minutes go by and we still don't get the rest of our food, while we see the other parties who sat down 30min after us getting their food right away. We let a worker know and he said he'll get the rest of our order out. We waited another long period of time to the point where one of the other parties ended up finishing their whole meal and paying for the check before we even got the rest of our plates. All while this is happening, we don't even get a worker to come back and check on us. We had empty glasses of water since the first 10 min of sitting down. It got to the point where we didn't even want to eat there anymore. Once our whole order was finally served to us, we asked for boxes to go, paid and left. While the establishment did acknowledge the long wait though a 20% discount and a plate on them, they didn't once apologize to us directly which isn't fully necessary but would be nice if they had admitted fault. I don't want to imply any form of hate, but I think it's notable I point out we were the only Asian party seated. So take that as you would like. With all that being said, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant nor do I have any intentions of coming back. read more

The most frustrating part was the pace. we planned on ordering multiple rounds of dim sum, but we passed after It took nearly an hour and a half to get the first round. On top of that, it wasn't all the great. I would go to star kitchen. Also, how are you out of several items when you have a planned, ticketed event?
