Sadly, I chose this place based on the reviews. I asked her to do classic deluxe which I never heard of but I get classic lashes . The burning throughout the entire procedure caused such pain and my eyes to tear through the entire time. That has never happened in my 5 years of lashes. The pain was unbearable but I pushed through. She later explained to me she places extensions under the lashes rather than on top as most lash people. And she shared that people who visit her complain of irritation. She never said that at beginning My lashes looked horrible, they looked plastic and very stiff. They felt uncomfortable for at least 3 days. I noticed when I went home there were clumps of many extensions attached to 1 lash and so messy with so much glue that I was never able to comb them as I do daily. Many of my lashes were folded and glued onto other clumps . The worst experience in my life. I went back to my original lady and told me there were definitely NOT classic and damaged a few of my lashes . Please do your research. I don't know how they have such good reviews. Looked like my 10 year old did my extensions

What was normally just a 20 min drive for me turned into an hour and if it weren't for me going on vacation the next day I would have rescheduled. My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

Unexpected Charges and Lack of Transparency…read more I booked my appointment in person on Tuesday 7/15 because I wasn't sure what to select online for Gel-X removal. I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

Had concerns with my first gel-x experience. It was painful. The tech didn't listen to my requests…read more I did. I was unhappy with the service but still paid full price and tipped accordingly. I came back for a refill, and two days later was in some of the most pain I've ever been in due to a cuticle infection. I voiced concerns that my skin was being cut, but they were shrugged off. After coming into the salon to show them the infection, the front desk staff was polite and helpful advising they would reach out to the owner and share photos they took of the nail. Days passed and I followed up again via phone as I didn't hear back. The owner of the salon requested PHI pertaining to the infection, including what Rx I was on, in order to even consider a refund. Initially, a gift card for the amount spent on the service was offered in lieu of a refund. I mentioned I was not comfortable receiving another service, and received a call back letting me know the owner was willing to grant a refund. Overall, the back and forth took about a week and a half. I was new to the entire gelx process, and am posting this review to let anyone else looking to embark on that journey know they should ask questions and voice their concerns. There are seemingly many happy patrons, but this was my individual experience.

THIS PLACE ISN'T WORTH EVEN 1 star!!! I was visiting my mom and we had planned a pampering day together which started by getting our nails done. We specifically made an appointment knowing that this place gets busy. We weren't acknowledged when we arrived. And, we waited. When we were finally sat...there was no one to do my mom. We had scheduled 2 mani/pedis that they said they could accommodate at the same time. LIE! After continually asking...someone finally did my mom after waiting about 45 minutes!!! Then...after her pedi (the way this place works is the same person generally does both the mani/pedi) left to take care of another customer. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Again...when asking what the deal was...NO ONE spoke up and would answer...even after I asked for the manager. Turns out the owner was there...and still didn't do a thing! After a THIRD inquiry and much wasted time later...finally the owner said that he would take care of my mom. This made us late for another appointment that we had because the service on my mom was so delayed!!! Staff there is NOT helpful...the service is HORRIFIC...and the workmanship is BAD! My mom had gone there before...they cut her...she bled...and it got infected. We thought we'd give them one more chance...and we're sorry that we did!!!! The woman who did my nails was a joke too. My 3-yr old niece could have done a better job! Again...TERRIBLE job not worth a $1!!!! I will NEVER go back here!!! BEWARE!!! read more

There is no girls that didn't like their hand and feet look pretty all the time. But sometime it very hard to find a good nails salon. I finally found a nice and clean nails salon. I am now a regular costumer . Here are my list of why I love this place: 1. The price are very reasonable $25 for manicure and pedi. 2. The place is super clean and the staff seem to be very sanitize. I observed every steps 3. The girl that did my feet, cut my cuticle super clean. I love it. My my feet look so clean and she also did my eyebrow , I also love the shape. 4. Another older lady did my hand. She did a good job, but the fact that I kept on looking she got a little nervous. 5. The TV was on mute. With subtitle and lots of magazine 6 . Last, they have a very I meant huge selection of OPI colors. It take me a long time to choose a color. I was in need of a new place to get me nails done, and I yelped it for a technician that has cool funky style, and I saw that they were open till 8 so I called and made an appointment at 7:15. My GPS took me the opposite way on sunset to Beverly Hills, I called Andy and told hi. It would be another 30 mins till I could get there, and that I could reschedule , he said no problem come in we will work it out! So, I finally made it not knowing who's chair I was going to be put in and it was Andy! Told him I was going to Vegas this weekend and needed something funky and fun! That's for sure what I got, mind you he stayed an hour and a half late for me to get me nails done. Yesterday I had an hour to go do my nails. This store is very nice and beautiful. The workers are all happy. There was one lady I did not like. She was about to start on my pedi and than she got a notebook out and she starting writing in her notebook, she stop and than did it again, continuous. Like come on I came in here for to get my nails done quick and fast. Can she please do this on her own time not during the time I had left for my break. and I ask her what's her name? I must say you should know the right person to do your eyebrows because I have had a not so great experience. No, I didn't look surprised constantly but my eyebrows had no shape. The manicures here are insanely best. This is much fancier than the other nail salons at a reasonable price. I have tried almost every service they offer , eyebrow and Brazilian waxing, massage, gel manicures and pedicures and I can't complain about any of the services rendered here. While the salon is beautiful and well-maintained, I was disappointed with certain aspects of the service. For example, there is an additional $5 charge to remove gel polish, even though gel removal is a necessary step for a gel pedicure. I feel this should be included in the service price. Additionally, pricing felt inconsistent -- my pedicure was quoted at $70 simply because the technician used a pumice stone for a few seconds. I called prior to explain that my nail had fallen off and needed the powder to fix it. The said that it was no problem on the phone. When I got there I had a lady tech that couldn't understand English and couldn't fil in my nail correctly, it was magic and bumpy. Andy was fast, skilled, and friendly with me, all the while being sure to attend to every client who walked in or called. Good service, good prices. I never thought of manicures as a luxury I could sustain, but I'll be coming back to this salon for sure. Instead, I spent over three hours in the salon because my nail technician repeatedly got my pedicure color wrong. I specifically requested Funny Bunny and Bubble Bath and even showed multiple reference photos. Despite that, she applied a regular white polish instead of Funny Bunny, and I had to ask several times for corrections. Throughout the appointment, I expressed my concerns to Sharon, the owner. Rather than stepping in to resolve the situation or advocating for me as the paying customer, she repeatedly told me to ask the technician to redo it herself. After multiple failed attempts, the technician eventually refused to continue working on my nails. Instead of fixing the entire pedicure, only a few toes were redone then Sharon stepped in to redo them. After spending three hours there and paying close to $150, I left frustrated and exhausted. The biggest issue came afterward. Since I was going to the beach, Sharon recommended acrylic on my big toenails. I had never had acrylic on my toes before and trusted her professional recommendation. Within days, my big toenail painfully ripped off and bled, and several of the other acrylic toenails began lifting and falling off in less than a week. After researching acrylic toenails, I learned they can place significant stress on the natural nail and, in some cases, lead to injuries like the one I experienced. Had I known the potential risks, I never would have agreed to the service. When I reached out to Sharon to explain what happened and asked how to safely remove the remaining acrylic so I wouldn't risk losing another toenail, I was shocked by her response. Rather than showing concern for my injury or offering to correct the situation, she told me I would have to pay another $15 just to have the acrylic removed. That response told me everything I needed to know about how this business values its customers. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right after a service that resulted in an injury. Between the three-hour appointment, repeated mistakes, poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and being asked to pay even more after my toenail broke and bled, I cannot recommend Jade Nail Salon. I was a returning customer who gave this salon another chance, and unfortunately, it confirmed why I stopped coming in the first place. I hope the owner starts prioritizing customer care and accountability, because no client should leave a salon injured and then be asked to pay even more to fix the salon's mistake. There's a reason you asked me to write a positive review!! The time stamps and dates don't lie!

Y'all got the wrong focus in your hustle. You need higher sanitation practices and training that's delicate & does not cause bleeding.
