It started with a soreness then progress to all my lower front teeth. I was in so much pain. It was a Saturday and I didn't know if I could stand the pain until Monday. My wife happened to find this dentist that had awesome reviews, so I decided to try. The Doctor was very friendly and professional. He got me in ASAP. In the process of looking at my gum he noticed a severe tarter build up on my front lower back of teeth. That was my main issue. During the numbing process to the deep cleaning process They were very gentle, courteous, and made sure I was comfortable in all aspects of my dental work. I was a faithful patient but when I switched jobs about a year ago my new insurance initially provided to me was not accepted by Hall of Fame. I went on with my life with my new dentist, unsatisfied and unhappy. I knew that once I was able to switch my insurance back I was going back to Dr. Hall. The tail end of 2018 was the worst dental year for me because I had a nagging toothache that would not resolve despite two visits to my new-ish dentist. At the beginning of this year I went straight to Dr. Hall and they gave me the answers I needed. I'm very happy with the care I've received thus far (I didn't expect anything less). I'll be back in a few weeks for some follow-ups which I'm actually excited about. Hall of Fame has grown quite a bit over the last few years. It was half the size it is now when I first started going and I'm very impressed by how everything looks. All the rooms are clean, all the equipment is organized and new. The waiting area is comfy but very rarely will you sit for too long because they know how to schedule appointments appropriately. It seems Dr. Hall is always up to date with the new dental technology which is great for patients. The staff is still as wonderful as they were when I first started going here. Those who are Dr. Huang's dental assistants are poor. Whitening was good, but came time for doing…read morework putting caps on my upper front 4 teeth, was a disaster. I saw 4-5 different assistants, and they had no idea what they were doing. I was so fed up, I got up before the procedure, let them know that I was leaving and, after cancelling the rest of appointments, left the office. I let them know I was not returning, and asked them to credit my account for the remaining $187.00. I believe Huang was told lies about my interactions with the assistants. They claimed, falsely, that I was a huge threat to the staff! In no way did I offend anyone, I just told them the reason for me leaving. I was a victim of their confusion and lack of professionalism. I know what is the truth here, and they lied. So, I received a text that told me I was not welcome anymore. Nothing about my refund. I already cancelled and had no inclination of coming back. It has been nearly a month and they have refused my calls to check on my refund. Huang owes me a refund, so I will need to contact my bank to receive the refund. This dentist is in it for money. I finally got placed in a room after 3pm. The hygienist got to me around 3:20 pm. The appointment was for a deep cleaning. I was out of there by 4pm. The cleaning is definitely sub par. The left side still feels like there is tartar that wasn't cleaned sufficiently. The right side which was done on 8-18-26 was most definitely done properly while the left side still feels unclean. I will be finding a new dentist, not happy with the results.
