They do extractions but they do things after so you don't end up brusing. I've taken a couple of my friends and family to this place. I've even taken my husband. When my scalp was examined, she mentioned my hair was oily so they'll use an oil-controlled shampoo which I liked the customization. I also didn't know how much your scalp can tell you about your lifestyle; the diagnosis was spot on. I don't know who I got but she was absolutely great! There was a language barrier but she used a translating app which I didn't mind at all. She turned on the massage chair which does your whole body and gave me a legit solid scalp, head, neck, shoulder, and chest massage with the perfect amount of pressure. She noticed how tight my neck and shoulders were and offered a longer massage on those parts (so grateful!). Since I don't wear makeup, she also massaged around my eyes and face which was much needed to relieve the head tension I had. Then she focused on my washing hair and other scalp treatments and more massage before blow drying my hair on the chair for the final scalp exam. It was very relaxing and enjoyed it greatly.

I still had four sessions remaining, but the new owner offered to honor only two of them. I can't help but wonder if the previous owner regretted selling the packages at such a low price. Regardless, I was very disappointed by the way the situation was handled. Rather than taking responsibility for the packages that had been sold, they were simply abandoned without any proper communication or resolution. It's especially unfortunate because the massage itself was excellent. I truly appreciated the owner's skills, but the lack of accountability and integrity in the end left me very disappointed.

There's a large parking lot and I entered through the back door! It's a little tricky to find the entrance but I called and Cindy opened the door for me! I got a regular facial, which included facial massage, cleanse, and exfoliation with steamer. There are add ons based on your skin needs/what Cindy recommends. I booked an appointment for two online on their website, which is hosted on Fresha.com, and very easy to select the treatment you want and book online. I booked us the Deluxe Pampering Scalp and Facial treatment for 75 minutes, but after a thorough exam of both our heads under their digital scalp microscope, our specialists recommended the 90 minute Premium Special Treatment and Facial. I've known my scalp had its issues before coming here, like crazy dandruff, and a mix of oily and dry scalp issues from all my time in the sun and not knowing how to take care of my hair and scalp. I was surprised to see a lot of redness on parts of my scalp, too, so I was happy to pay a little extra to do the Premium Treatment. My bestie had dry scalp as her issue, and our specialists, Nina and Sue, recommended and went over different products for us, catered to our unique scalp issues. They take the time to explain what each product does, and why they chose this product for us, which I really appreciated! The Premium Special Treatment and Facial was 90 minutes of full bliss. My bestie and I were sooooo relaxed and happy afterwards, and nearly fell asleep during our treatment because it was just so good. Now I zoned out from most of my treatment, but from what they told me, this treatment comes with the aromatherapy massage, a scalp scrub to exfoliate along with shampooing and massaging, hair mask, hair steaming, neck and shoulder massage, and a deep facial cleanse, and it ends with a Dyson Airwrap blow dry and style! Wow! When they say this treatment helps relieve tension, boost blood circulation, and relieve headache stress, they mean it. My bestie was so relaxed afterwards, I could feel her drifting off to sleep hahaha! I was, too. She is a curly hair girlie and her specialist, Sue, even took the time to ask her how she usually dries her hair to maintain its beautiful curls and styled it to her liking with the Dyson diffuser. After the treatment, my hair felt so smooth, it looked visibly healthier, and my dryness and red spots were ultimately gone. I know it's not a one-time-fix-all treatment, so I even took some products home. I love my at-home care products with a passion and have been implementing to my daily hair and scalp treatment routine as I really want to get rid of my redness and dandruff issue! We plan to go back every quarter of the year (4x a year) as a traditional "treat ourselves" day now. Our next booking is already on the calendars because we just loved our experience so much!
