Came to my house spent 10 minutes to inform me that my AC unit and Furnace needed replacing immediately. I told Philip that I needed to reach out to my landlord. He pushed very hard. My landlord sent a technician out. After checking both units I had cold air. I called Philip what my landlord had done and he said it would only work for a few hours. That was 4 days ago and it's still working well. I believe that this company is not reliable and would not ever recommend them

Active Heating & Cooling came today because of a very loud buzzing noise coming from our Furnace…read more We selected Active because of their 5-star rating. Alan came today from Active and after troubleshooting the Furnace it was determined that the very loud buzzing noise was being created by too large of a filter, which was completely the wrong size and much too thick, which was causing the motor to overheat and causing the very loud buzzing. My neighbor installed the filter two weeks ago and installed the wrong size. Active Heating & Cooling solved the issue in 15 minutes today and did not even accept a service charge. The entire service call and solving the issue was done completely for free. They said they want long-term relationships and referrals and are not about making a quick buck. This type of honesty is rarely ever seen, and Active Heating & Cooling is as honest and as professional as we have ever seen. Thank You Active Heating & Cooling!
