My daughter had a frightening experience at Compass Arena on June 18, 2025. She has a severe nut allergy and specifically asked the waitress if the raspberry crepe contained any nuts. The waitress, who was quite rude, assured her it did not. After just one bite, my daughter immediately experienced symptoms of an allergic reaction. Fortunately, she had Benadryl on hand, which helped ease the symptoms. Only afterward did we confirm that the crepe included Lino Lada cream, which can contain hazelnuts--an ingredient clearly listed on the menu. This was an incredibly dangerous situation. Staff must be properly trained to understand the ingredients they're serving. Food allergies are not a small matter--they are life-threatening. Zero stars. I booked a birthday party for my son months in advance and was "bumped" due to a larger event being held in their field house space without any care or consideration. They offered to shift the date for my party but I had already sent out invitations confirming that date and time, hence why booking this two months prior. This is not a way to conduct business. You should not publicize that you host birthday parties if that business means nothing to you. I honestly will never step foot in there again. I went to Compass Arena to see two concerts. One was Bajaga i Instrucktori and the other was Crvena Jabuka. I can only review their concert venue because that is what I have experienced. It does have a nice layout for concerts. The staff was nice for ordering drinks. I appreciate them having patience with me practicing my Serbian with them. They seemed to be amused. read more

Service was phenomenal, staff was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Now let get to the food I ordered the trout and the entire meal was so delicious like the side of potatoes I can't stop thinking about. I did mention how delicious their potatoes were and my waiter got me some extras to take home, he also told me how it's made and a bit of its history. This place is beautiful inside and with the right management and ownership could have AMAZING potential but buyer beware if you are coming here for a concert. Paid for two general admission seats as pictured. When arrived, we were set at a table behind a bar, where you cannot even see the stage and told that due to low ticket sales the band is set up inside of this small bar rather than the concert venue you paid for. You can see where our table is and the bar that sets between me and the stage. We explained to Management that we cannot even see the stage and they proceeded to tell us that that is just how it is and there is nothing they can do. They told us we could get up and go stand by the stage when the band starts, but cannot take our seats although our general admission seats pay for a chair as noted on our tickets. Our tickets say the music starts at 7 PM and we called to verify this but once seated, was told the band will not start until eight or shortly after. BUYER BEWARE when buying concert tickets from this venue. The problem is, they had good intentions to have the concert in the compass Arena, but due to low sales, they switched it to the bar area without us knowing making for poor viewing of stage and space. You will not find this out until you arrive at the venue. . We asked for a refund and we were told that was not an option. Buyer beware! They rip you off on drinks! Went to a concert there which was good. Seating chart was nothing like they posted online. Sat right on top the speakers, which was not our choice! They don't offer a great selection of beers, all imported. And we were overcharged! Never again! read more

They charged us $40 a person for concert tickets, then moved the concert into the bar and unless we were willing to pay another $40 a person, they sat is in the back of the bar without a view. Complete disaster! Spent $1000 on a table for fights, and they won't let us in at 5:45 when "doors open" at 4pm. Restaurant side even worse. They don't speak English yet have an attitude just because you aren't polish. 100% recommend. Ignite you'd be smart to never book fights here again read more

A great place to come with kids. You get to watch sports while kids play on their many bounce houses. The food is pretty solid for a sports bar too. Only criticism would be that they need to improve their TV system to allow more than one game to be shown at a time on their many TVs. Wanted to watch the NFL, but they said others wanted to watch a European Volleyball match and their system only allowed one channel at a time. read more

Not only are my kids happy when we go there, we are too. We enjoy listening to good music, hanging out with friends and family, celebrating events, and eating the home cooked food on the menu. Drinks here are sub-par but they charge for them like you're in downtown. Servers need an attitude adjustment. The security guard that is built like a blueberry also needs to get his attitude checked. Didn't eat the food while there, from some of the reviews below I'm glad I didn't. The service is poor. I was their last weekend and the service was terrible. I asked for tea and they kept sending me to different waitress. No good service. I will just go somewhere else. Also the concert menu sucked it wasn't that good. It was cold and the sound system sucked. I payed $70 for general admission and I wasn't even that impressed the sound system can be improved. I have been to way better concert menu. So please train ur staff to speak English to people my fiancé is American ans I'm they never speak English with him. As well train them to respect people when asking for service to offer tea and answer questions not be lazy in which they don't even help u instead they keep telling lies. My Family and I have been coming to Compass Arena's restaurant since they opened. I've never had a bad meal and so many dishes remind me of how my Saint of a Grandmother used to make. The soups are out of this world along with the perfectly seasoned gourmet meats they make. And my kids favorites are the "Palačinka" for desert that is just done so darn right. Soft and light crepes. I usually go to Compass because it's close, and their concerts have been the most organized and well kept. It was such a shame yesterday that they allowed people to smoke inside. When I complained the owner seemed to take care of it, but the people smoking were all his crew. So he continued to allow indoor smoking and just had the guy move. I'm sure the health department is totally against this, but for some reason the owner, Roy, allowed it to happen. Several times the smoking was complained about because it is not an indoor smoking place. He simply "took care of it" on the down low. Such a shame. Compass Arena seemed like a decent spot, a good atmosphere visually. Entered the restaurant about a hour and 27 mins before closing. Was told the kitchen closed 9 mins ago (now 9:39) but she would check if the cooks would keep the kitchen open. She took about 7-8 mins to return with an answer. She came back and notified us we can put in orders with the full menu, which was much appreciated. We were able to put in an order but then she left for 10 mins while I patiently waited to put in my drink order. She left from the kitchen with food and began eating it as she passed me. Had to call another server over to make a drink order. He was cool for a second but started making the drinks 5 mins later and away from us like he was hiding. It was weird. We were sitting at the bar and he didn't make the drinks in front of us. It was taking over 8 mins for the drink to be made. I asked him if the drinks were done and he said yes, but he was lookin in the fridge for something. So I asked again and he said yes but never gave eye contact.. again weird.
