Tickets say seat 18 and 19 but once arrived was told our tickets did not include seats.

This place is beautiful inside and with the right management and ownership could have AMAZING potential but buyer beware if you are coming here for a concert. Paid for two general admission seats as pictured. When arrived, we were set at a table behind a bar, where you cannot even see the stage and told that due to low ticket sales the band is set up inside of this small bar rather than the concert venue you paid for. You can see where our table is and the bar that sets between me and the stage. We explained to Management that we cannot even see the stage and they proceeded to tell us that that is just how it is and there is nothing they can do. They told us we could get up and go stand by the stage when the band starts, but cannot take our seats although our general admission seats pay for a chair as noted on our tickets. Our tickets say the music starts at 7 PM and we called to verify this but once seated, was told the band will not start until eight or shortly after. BUYER BEWARE when buying concert tickets from this venue. The problem is, they had good intentions to have the concert in the compass Arena, but due to low sales, they switched it to the bar area without us knowing making for poor viewing of stage and space. You will not find this out until you arrive at the venue. . We asked for a refund and we were told that was not an option. Buyer beware! Also note that two drinks was $37 because they automatically add tip on bill. Horrible way to build business! Wow

This is our view of a cover band we paid $40/each to see. The location was supposed to be in the arena but was moved to the bar where we can't see the band we paid to see. Ridiculous!!!!!!!

Cute and comfortable inside, and the smoothies are delicious. Big selection of pastries and food,…read moretoo. I don't know why anyone would go to Starbucks over this. Plenty of parking. I'll be back.

First time at Nectar this morning, I just moved into the area and honestly, I probably won't be…read moreback. Hear me out, from what I gather the food is pretty good here. I got the avocado toast, but too much feta on it I took most of it off. Other than that, it's good. I spent $31 total not realizing the avocado toast came with two slices instead of one, the price made just a little more sense. I also got the chocolate chia pudding with strawberries and bananas on top, that was good, hard to mess that up though. And finally I got a pistachio matcha latte. I will say yumm to that one. Now, when I go to a coffee shop to sit and enjoy, the ambiance matters so much to me, especially for when I go alone like I did today. The music they're playing? Hotel lobby music. It's fine, eh, not the worst but not enjoyable at all either. I'd suggest for them to get a better playlist asap. My recommendation is look up chill coffee house music on Spotify or something. It's not hard to make a place more enjoyable, you just have to put in a little more work. Music is so important to us, it sets the mood, enhances your energy levels, your domaine levels. Pay attention to this. This comes to my next point, the furniture? Tacky. It's that cheap furniture with the "gold" legs to make the place "look" fancy. The chairs are so thin and uncomfortable actually. It's funny when a place decorates a place "simply" and think it looks good when you can tell no real direction was implied. Did they ask themselves "how do I want my customers to feel when they sit in here?" Doubt it. Don't get me started on the tacky pink telephone booth that looks like Legally Blondes Wedding Planner threw up on it. It makes no sense for the space. The sugar caddies on the table are ugly. The white wall with the green letters spelling NECTAR needs color, needs paint. It's boring. Add some real life, love, and vibes to the place, and you'll have a solid joint. Ask yourselves the reason for opening a coffee shop in the first place. Was it just for the money, the profit? Makes sense. But did you actually have love for the idea of bringing people together? A love for quality conversations, and good energy, good food and drinks and for people to say things about your creation like "have you been to Nectar before?! Wow it's so good, it's my favorite coffee shop. It's beautiful in there and all of their food and drinks are amazing!" Because I promise you, although your food and drinks seems to be good from I'm reading, you're not people's favorite coffee shop. Do more, do better. With love, Alyssa.
