They didn't just plug into the OBD-II port, read a code, and call it a day. They actually took the time to inspect everything and pinpoint the real issue instead of just relying on what the computer said. Another thing that sets them apart is that not every shop can work on taller vehicles like my van because of lift clearance, but they had no problem getting it up on the lift and making sure everything was checked properly. It's hard to find a shop that's this honest, knowledgeable, and focused on getting the diagnosis right the first time. Hyundai said they couldn't recreate the issue, so they essentially did nothing and charged me an arm and a leg for diagnostic fees. The owner at T&N plugged in his diagnostic tool, identified the issue as a drive shaft sensor. He replaced the sensor, provided pictures, and topped off all my fluids and had the car back to me within 24 hours (this was Friday to Saturday).
